Hello,
Can you tell me how long it takes for your team to verify an identity document that was uploaded? Mine was uploaded 6 days ago and it's still not approved.
I understand there can be a little delay in this holiday period but for such a simple task even in this period 6 days plus seems to be an annoyingly long time.

We have been paying rest of the fee (anything more required than 5000 sats) till today but we just have adjusted this to 0.001 BTC. I know this doesn't sound good but prior to this change, we have paid a lot of fees from our pocket. We will adjust the fee again once on chain fee changes. |

Maybe because so many people were already playing at their casino that the management raised the wager required to claim the promo code. But to be honest, this is a burden for the players  Such an adjustment for the requirement to claim bonus code is a common thing in gambling business. It is lower in the beginning to attract more new players and increased a bit from time to time, as it is also part of marketing strategy IMO. You should not take it as a burden, you are not forced to reach the wagering requirement all the time. Promo code like this is not something to hunt, it is a bonus when you are playing in the site. Perhaps somewhere on the bottom of the site? I think the welcome page should be more of a 'series of doorways' that guides you to where you want to go. Thats mostly the case with the new website but the VIP progress could be less "clunky" at the bottom or as a sidebar or something.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are always open to create a better place for the community. Previous posters are saying that some features do not work and there are withdrawal problems. This is probably a problem which might be attributed to the new changes. But still, I expect at least some level of quality assurance before I feel safe depositing any money.
Withdrawal problem was an issue when we had update. That doesn't exist anymore. Otherwise, you would see more questions here. |

cheers for letting us know. the chat support staff havent been very informative and are saying different things to people. others are saying that balances have disappeared. Some strange bets cant happen on originals. Auto play is very temperamental. Sometimes it will still bet even when you leave the game.

When I wish to open some in-house game I just see the "CoinsGame" logo and that's it, nothing happens after that, it's the same with slots... but at least the sports page is working well, it's Sunday, and there are a lot of games today.  It's a bit unusual. I have checked them all and asked one of my colleagues to check out if there's anything unusual. He also reported to me that everything is working fine. Thanks for the prompt reply denis! Also I want to report a bug I experienced on playing blackjack house game. The game end even though I still didn’t click stand nor hit while my card is just 15. It happened after I click hit that makes my card count 15 then the website becomes unresponsive.
This happened when the bonus code was announced on telegram channel that possibly makes the website busy. I try to verify the result but I don’t know how to check the final result details except for the lose result.
