Currently what does not work: - Deposits (as other users) The deposit was not credited. Transaction has more than 10 network confirmations.Withdrawals are not working, at least not for me...  Today is exactly 7 days since I requested the withdrawal. I wrote to support 2 times and got the same answer: "We will pick up your ticket soon.". Instant 15-minute withdrawal is not working for me... I don't know how long I will have to wait, at this point, it's all the same because I will probably never make another deposit. I have 20-30 dollars on the site, I will gamble with it, and if I make something cool... Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me... Today I requested two instant withdrawals. Were successfully completed

I made deposit to freebitco.in today and there is NO MONEY inside ! It's 32 confirmations already...
I've had an account here for several years and this has never happened before, what should I do?
I have the same thing. The deposit was not credited. Transaction has 50 network confirmations UPD. My deposit credited my deposit was credited after 24 hours

But could the mail services improve on its own?I mean without the support to do something
last time the problem with the email service lasted about 7 days, then the withdrawal of funds stopped working completely, even with the 2fa function enabled, then everything worked fine for a while and now it all happens again. I would advise you to leave fbc before it's too late and you lose everything. After my entire account balance was stolen from me and other users (support never answered anything about this), I left this project

Now there is only one option - just wait and hope that the problem will stop on its own and the email will arrive at normal speed again. There is no point in hoping for support since there is none. As soon as the mail service improves, finally change your btc address to the current one and make a withdrawal of funds to this address!!!

This has happened before and it took way too long to fix. They promised to do better. I sent them a pm because idk how else to contact them. Hopefully the experience gained from the last issue will expedite it in being corrected much faster this time?
Why not do it this way? Try making withdrawals to the wallet address linked to your FBC account, then confirmation for withdrawal is not required. There are no other options

Are people able to Withdraw? I haven't been able to withdraw at all. I click withdraw, then it shows as pending, but then I get an email saying withdrawal was cancelled because I didn't click on the confirmation link (which I never got).
It seems that the link with the withdrawal confirmation is being sent to the email again with a long delay. Try making withdrawals to the wallet address linked to your FBC account, then confirmation for withdrawal is not required. There are no other options

Now the right decision would be to leave this casino and withdraw all your funds and just wait for what happens next. While everything is in limbo

I have 2 remarks: 1. The deposit and withdraw attacks were not just targeted against (recent) high rollers. I have not wagered on freebitco.in in months, and my account was still affected. Fortunately, I did not lose any bitcoin, because I did not try to deposit or withdraw when the attacks were taking place; but for a period of ~24 hours my deposit address switched to some unknown address. I have had the same deposit address for years and have not changed it recently, and so I knew immediately that something fishy was going on. After about a day, my deposit address changed back to my normal address.
2. This was absolutely not caused by "viruses or plugins they installed". I have 3 different devices that I use to log in to this site, and my deposit address was switched on every single device. Are you really going to argue that I had the exact same virus on all 3 devices?
I have ~100 messages on this forum, and in nearly all of them I have spoken positively about freebitco.in (they gave me a lambo!). I have to be critical here, though. Blaming users for these recent issues is not cool.
Thanks for your remarks. There are more and more of us. I also tried to log into my profile from different devices (ios, Android) and the situation did not change with the substitute deposit and withdrawal address.

Well, gentlemen who have suffered, this answer is simply ridiculous, and just an excuse and unwillingness to do something about our problem. We were deceived (robbed) and they are not going to do anything about it. Support is a useless thing freebitco.
