1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question about new projects on: February 21, 2021, 05:41:35 PM
Why do almost 90% of the platforms introduced through this forum have to create their own coins and tokens immediately?
What I've learned about the founders of giant platforms like Paypal, Alibaba, Google, Twitter, Facebook, etc. is that they don't. They just make a platform that really hopes it will be used by people around the world without creating tokens to attract investors early in the journey (maybe they did but it was privately so that in the end we only heard the story). So that when their platform becomes a well-known brand, the money comes naturally through big investors, sponsors, and partners from other well-known figures/brands.

In addition (funnier), platforms with social and community bases that have no purpose or solution to the financial case must force themselves to stay in the mainstream by tokenizing their services which in the end the token creation itself becomes useless.

Why don't the current projects almost all follow in the footsteps of existing famous brands?
The answer is obvious. We are on a cryptocurrency forum. Accordingly, all projects here offer their own token. On the other side of the coin, there is a huge number of startups that do not and did not have their own token.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is your worst loss in 2021 bull run on: February 21, 2021, 05:26:05 PM

The only thing I regret is selling the entire BNB deposit $ 16. I really bite my elbows for selling out very early.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Online Education, the future of learning? on: February 21, 2021, 05:22:29 PM
The year 2020 made us realize that we should be prepared for anything. So many jobs have been lost, businesses and establishments were closing. Schools have closed entirely as well.

So we are now into this new age that most of the things we are doing are online. Food, grocery, shopping, and most importantly, education. Schools have created modules for what they call distant learning. I know this is not that new, but I am just curious to know if this pandemic will change everything we know about.

I am not new to crypto or blockchain but I don't have any extensive knowledge regarding the technicalities. Do you guys think that there is a use case for blockchain on online education?
For some reason, everyone who is interested in cryptocurrencies everywhere and everywhere sees the use of blockchain technology. But I think in the education system it is not so necessary. And yes-the world will not change in the future time, it has already changed and will not return to the previous phase.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All of a sudden they want to join crypto. on: February 21, 2021, 04:50:43 PM
It's cool that you were able to achieve such a result, but nevertheless, anyone can deal with cryptocurrencies, the same doctors, lawyers, engineers without interrupting their main activity, spending not so much time on it, make periodic purchases of the main coins Bitcoin, Ether, Polkadot
Yes you're right. It seems to me that more than half of those who invest in cryptocurrencies have a main job.  But nevertheless, it is very cool that every year there are more and more crypto enthusiasts.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon musk changed the market circles on: February 21, 2021, 04:42:23 PM
The market is just maturing. I do not think that we should expect a correction in the near future. I hope that in March, many altcoins will show significant growth. Elon Musk certainly played into the hands of the market)
However, some people still expect the correction to occur because there are still many people who have sold tokens but have not been able to buy back at a low price, so they still expect a market correction this month.
Those who sold and recorded a profit clearly will not dictate the trend and influence the market correction. A correction can only occur if ,,a black swan,, occurs - for example, a claim from the SEC on USDT
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon musk changed the market circles on: February 21, 2021, 08:39:14 AM
we know that there is ups and downs in the market. But this time market correction not come yet.

Due to elon mask entering to this market so big bear market not come unlike 2018 jan ?

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: if the bear market starts next month on: February 21, 2021, 08:28:10 AM
although this possibility is low and probably won't happen. but I want to ask you. if the bear market starts next month, and bitcoin falls below 20k. which altcoins were still able to survive and which altcoins are feeling the big impact of the bear trend.

we exclude stablecoins, because after all the market situation this coin will definitely be stable.

so I think Ethereum can still survive and that Ripple will be one of the biggest impact altcoins during the bear market.
Regarding stablecoins, I would not be so calm. They also have certain risks: https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/articles/2019-04-26/things-got-weird-for-stablecoin-tether
Believe me, if something happens to USDT, we will see rivers of blood much sooner.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: And yet another problem for promoters on: February 21, 2021, 08:14:13 AM
There is going to be another problem for bounty hunters soon, now that ethereum is over 1900$ finally the gas fee keeps increasing and majority of bounties are smart contract, team can easily say the gas fee is too high so they can't send tokens to bounty hunters, I think it's the right time for bounties to start paying bounty hunters in USDT Tron or BTC, what do you say?
Bounty programs have been around for a long time, and I personally see that there are a number of objective reasons to pay bounty participants with ERC-20 tokens. Accordingly, if projects are built on the BSC standard, then payments will be made through this blockchain.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Altcoin would you Buy now and Why? on: February 21, 2021, 08:08:13 AM
- Kyber Network

- LoopRing

- Icon

- Bat

- Terra

- Ontology

- Iota

- Enjin

These coins are in the top 100 at cheap prices with low max supply, which of these coins has been established for years maintaining its top 100 rankings + which ones haven't been heavily premined + has a real world usage + not a shit/scam coin + has good fundamentals + very active project with regular updates from the coin team.

Which of these coins are new if not established and in what trend? De-Fi?

From the entire list, I think you can choose a IOTA coin. The technology on which it is built is too undervalued. DAG has strengths.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Short term solid projects? on: February 21, 2021, 07:55:09 AM
We are in bull run, why you think buy and keep for 6 months? After 6 months this trend can end and your investment can wait for years with a loss. We have seen many similar ones before Smiley
I would not make an investment that I would not touch for 6 months now. Keep it for a few years or think about a few weeks of investments. BSC and Binance looks great now but we don't know what will do, its so risky
I agree with you completely. On February 5, I bought pancake tokens for$ 3 and yesterday I sold them for $ 17. I have never received such a fast super-win in such a short time.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: will Binance be the next Ethereum? on: February 21, 2021, 07:50:59 AM
As long as the reputation of Binance (exchanges) is good and still become the top exchanges of Centralized exchanges, Binance coin could replace Ethereum.
But we can't deny the fact if Centralized exhanges always have been targeted of hacker and each year there at least 1 exchanges will be hacked, Binance ever got hacked once on 2019.

So, be aware if Binance will get hacked in the future... the coin value will got affected too.
I think it makes no sense to compare the hacking of exchanges with the blockchain. Centralized exchanges are really at risk, but still, if you look at the whole picture, no exchange (even centralized or decentralized) is 100% protected from hacking
12  Economy / Economics / Re: Does Bitcoin Help The Poor on: February 21, 2021, 07:34:33 AM
People ask why they should buy and support bitcoin.

One good reason.

Bitcoin helps the poor.   Grin

#1  BTC provides banking services to the unbanked  Millions around the world who cannot qualify for a bank account use BTC to conduct business and make electronic transactions.

#2  BTC allows immigrants to send money to families back home  Immigrants from cuba, the middle east and other nations who travel to the USA, europe or asia. Use BTC to send funds to their families back home.

#3  BTC empowers nations with troubled economies like africa, the philippines and venezuela  It provides a means of income to help stabilize dwindling economies like venezuela's. Provides options and opportunities to those in africa and the philippines.

There are other examples but I think people might get the gist of this without them.

Those who wish to help the poor can donate money to charities or propose government assistance. Bitcoin may yet be another method.
If we consider bitcoin as an abstract substance, then yes, it can help the poor. If we look at bitcoin in the current phase of its development, we can conclude that no one is specifically engaged in charity with the help of bitcoin. The potential of bitcoin is certainly huge and this is confirmed by today's price - $ 56,000. History is being made before our eyes.

14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is fake shit on: March 08, 2020, 08:11:41 PM
I have the impression that You are just a beginner in the world of crypto. If at the moment You have not given up on crypto, then you should enrich your knowledge.(for this, of course, you need to spend a lot of time). The essence of cryptocurrencies is not just about trading. You should look at them more broadly.Yes, there are undoubtedly a lot of scammers and deceivers, but there are a lot of projects on the market and the people behind them for whom cryptocurrencies are a challenge.Find such projects and reconsider your position.I hope it will change for the better.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ethereum be taking 1st place in 2020? on: March 08, 2020, 08:03:18 PM
Ethereum has been steadily on the rise for a good while now, and this first half of Q1 2020 has proven that they have brought that same energy into the new decade. They have started 2020 with a bang, more than doubling in value in just 2 months.

There are quite a few factors that have come into play to make this a winning year for Ethereum and here are just a few: https://thecoinshark.net/en/5-reasons-why-ethereum-is-winning-in-2020/amp/

What do you think we can expect to see for the rest of the year?

Many factors influence the future of Ethereum cryptocurrency. (If we mean specifically the price). In general, I think by the end of 2020, the price of this coin will grow at least 2 times.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BCNEX - "SCAM" Withdrawals are no longer available. on: March 05, 2020, 02:02:03 PM
BCNEX exchange has really turn scam now. I had only 184 tokens from the bounty, 80% of it was unlocked after like 4 months. I decided to exchange it to ETH and withdraw it.  It's getting close to two months now when I have initiated withdrawal on bcnex exchange, I have not received any ETH in my wallet. I complained on their telegram, they said I should open support tickets, I have opened two now, I have not seen anything. A scammer even impersonated the admin and asked me to send 0.05BTC if I want my transaction to be fast.
I think bcnex just want to gather some dollars through failed withdrawals and disappear.  This is what users of that exchange are experiencing now, I'm a victim too.
I sent a pretty decent amount to this exchange to participate in IEO.As a result, I still can't get my money back. And today they announced that the exchange is going to technical work. Most likely, they will not return from these works. It is a pity that even at first glance worthy projects become scammers.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am fed up with scammers and newbies. on: March 05, 2020, 01:49:59 PM
Last week, I found an airdrop project in Telegram called Marco Protocol, the airdrop looked decent at the first stage, I earned 200 MAPC tokens and that was instant! But you only can withdraw from your MAP wallet when Airdrop program will end, that's good, I am okay with it. Their airdrop tweet got 8K retweet and 9K likes, so, you can understand how hype it had!
But yesterday, they announced they are going to sell Bitcoin at a 50% discount to celebrate the halving. Can you imagine? 1 Bitcoin price is 8600 USD, people can buy by 4300$! I believe This is absolutely scam but many newbies already have fallen for that! As they saw MAPC has huge support in twitter, and they listed on CMC too.

50% off announcement: https://t.me/MAP_POB_channel/87
I'm already sick of new weirdos who want to lure new people into their questionable networks. But I am sure that no one will participate in this particular ,,competition,,.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WazirX coin over the moon. on: March 05, 2020, 01:37:13 PM
Hours after the top Indian court cancelled the ban of crypto currency this coin is over the moon, a massive pump of 60% within a day is a real shock to the entire crypto forum.

WRX is the native token of India and also a popular peer-to-peer digital assets exchange, guys just keep an eye on this I believe it will pump more and more.
To be honest, I treated this exchange and the IEO they conducted very suspiciously. But apparently I was wrong.Congratulations to all the hodlers and long live India)
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DAMMIT, I missed another profit opportunity!!! on: March 05, 2020, 01:13:26 PM
I bought more Litecoin at $61 a few weeks ago, then watched its price rise to the low 80s.

Then everyone started shitting themselves over this Corona Virus bullshit, so the price retreated to $60 again.  If I'd been able to predict the future I'd have sold at $80 and bought back in at $60, but I didn't.

So I lost some profits.  Farq.
Regardless of the coin in the portfolio, many lose their profits. The market is volatile and unpredictable, so do not be discouraged. There are a lot of people like you on the market.I'm like that myself.Alas I am not Messing Wolf.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coronacoin on: March 05, 2020, 01:09:42 PM
With the advent of new coins like this, I can say with confidence that this coin was created by some pervert. Is someone buying it?Even in the cryptocurrency market, someone wants to make a profit. This is nonsense.
