To all those whose order stays on-hold: Check the payment address you sent the coins to.
There should be only you who has sent into that address. If there are two transactions
into the same payment address, the system has errorneously assigned the same payment
address to two cusomers. You need to have Chris fixed that manually.

I have exactly this problem ! My order is stuck on "on-hold" since 15h and there are 2 others payments than mine on payment address  Undecided
I send a mail to contact@ltcgear.com and to chris@ltcgear.com this morning. No response. I hope my order will be fixed as soon is possible...

You and me and someone else too, because I sent it around the same time at 15ish hours.

I also have an "on-hold" order, which is paid. Contacted Support and now I'm waiting for an answer.
Hope I get something for my money otherwise I'd burn it myself, that's less effort.

I sent another email just Monday and was resolved by Tues afternoon. I made sure to put in 'on-hold' or on-hold in the text and he responded to me very quickly. After reading his post I sent a new email and was resolved rather quickly.

still waiting, getting kind of stressed, its been nearly 3 days without hearing from chris.

What s the problem?

I couldn't pay all the bitcoins for my shares straight away but I sent the rest 3 days ago and emailed him but he hasn't replied and my shares are still on-hold, I am very worried that they wont be activated and I wont get the share multiplication and/or that I wasted my money all together.

EDIT: and before I sent the rest he was in contact with me, it was only until after I sent them all that he stopped replying.

If you could not pay the order WHY would u send partial payments?Huh?

I mean I have purchased from him several times and every time I received my shares. You do know there are hundreds of clients and still you intentionally created a problem for Chris and yourself and now you complain.

I actually asked him that question in September and he said it was perfectly ok. He said you can order it whenever you want just let him know after you pay it in full. I asked him in advance to make sure it wasn't going to be an issue of any kind. I did it twice and asked him if he had any issues with it to let me know and he never mentioned not to do so again in the future. Its just unusual for him lately to not be as responsive as usual. However, it is also known people have other things to do with their lives too. So... if your going to ask for him to manually process your order, you may gotta wait till he gets back to you. I am, and I trust that when he is able to he will reply to me too.

It will most probably be alright, it is weekend. People sometimes need a break..

Yes according to my experience Chris doesn't work on weekend. He will process any request on Monday, don't worry.
Btw I'm selling a part of my shares here, almost new bought shares:

i've been waiting since a week... I sent another email on thursday but nothing yet. What email is everyone using? I just use the one on the website, on the contact form. I'm not worried, I'm sure he needs a break like everyone does.

LTCGear are currently running a promo for anyone that does not know see my sig, if you get in quick you will be included in tomorrows 1.35 multiplier.

Thanks for the heads up, I thought I would make it before the deadline but I purchased it with an order date of 23rd. I keep on forgetting that I am buying from outside my timezone.

Can anyone verify that they got the exact transaction ID from email (other than this person obviously)?

Be happy that it was only 50 dollars. Learn from your losses and thanks for the advise, I know I have.

Hi there.

First of all - can you ignore my trust rating; silly newbie mistake.

Secondly, I use Gawminers Hashlets to mine sctypt & sha256. Pricing has shot up over the last few weeks by a silly amount. To purchase a prime hashlet it it costs over 50% more than any other - and yes, we're yet to reap the benefits of the price hike. That all being said they are reputable enough for me to invest with them. Over the last two months I have probably ploughed in about $2500 and I am seeing a return of about $500 every 20 or so days (give or take a few)

I would discourage you from making a small investment - i.e. purchasing a 1MH/s hashlet - because you're going to see very little profit in the next few months. Unless of course you only have $20 or so to play with, and that is also fine Smiley

So far, at the moment a zenhashlet is just as profitable as a prime hashlet - not seeing any difference whatsoever between these two currently. Maybe they have something planned and upcoming? Who knows. Smiley

The Genesis Hashlet is also awesomely dirt cheap - but mining sha256 is very low roi investment right now. I just bought 40GH/s as a try out today. So we'll see Smiley

As for where they buy their hardware from. Who knows Smiley

Hope this helps, if at all.

Smiley

Thank you for your reply. That's interesting about the "Zen" model performing the same.

Do they show live hash rate when they are mining?

Thanks again for your awesome reply Smiley

They do, they show in addition an hourly mapping of each miner you have and your 24 hour daily payout. In the past few weeks they have been tweaking and fixing issues that people were having with the system. Payouts were slow yesterday and they report all the changes made the next time you log in. If you buy from the zenminer site, you take advantage of hash points. However if your going to buy a lot, you can use the reward points from the gawminers.com site (also the only method that uses credit cards, it was disabled on zenminer recently*).

Edit: Merged miners I heard in the past may not show up correctly in the first 24 hours, but I think they either resolved or in progress of fixing that.

*As of Sept 14 2014

Are you sure I thought leaving btc balance gets you hash points as I was getting them on my other account

You can earn hash points both ways, being helpful on their website also gives you the hash points. They're both incentives to help you help them.
