I don't know why but it seems some people are still not sure whether that so called seizure is fake or not. Of course it's fake! As I said yesterday here the seizure notice was using https. Of course the Government doesn't do that, they seize the domain, not the SSL certificates so they can't use https. To make things worst the SSL certificate the seizure notice was using was granted on 10/05/2015. Even if for some crazy reason the Government would have decided to use SSL of course they would have used a new certificate issued in January. I already left negative trust on OP's profile with this information but it seems only a few read it. And it seems definitely OP read it because he already modified that fake seizure site removing the SSL certificate and making it http instead of https. I found that there is a page about domain seized placed on our server instead of ore-mine site. I am not controlling the servers now, because it were arrested. ? Maybe not, but hosting provider said it is.
Who do not understand: We cannot login to our servers using our administrators passwords.
For that period of time, while the servers are not in our control and we cannot access our BTC wallets and databases, all payments are frozen. When we will take a control again all the production and balances will be as two days before.
For the current period interest is not added to your accounts.
We are doing all what is possible to return servers to us again and to continue our work. Just watch for updates.

Sector, you are not done here, there are still believers. Really, it looks almost religious here in this thread. You might as well tell everyone something like "The funds are currently confiscated, I have no money for the lawyer, please send a donation here...I will get everything back, I promise." You probably get another few BTC this way.
I will not ask for any donations because I already paid to the lawyers. I do not need money from users and if you are supposing that I am a scammer - you are wrong. Personally I did not take any satoshi from the users money. If we have a huge problems here, there are problems of a business. |

Now I know the reason why the financial service took attention at us.
Our main profit is from a Bitcoin trading, not from a mining, I told it before.
Our bots are trading on 4 markets. One of the market is cryptsy.com
After cryptsy.com became a scam, the financial service analyzed a trading volumes and maybe decided that we are connected/owners of cryptsy.com (because our deposits and withdrawals from cryptsy were huge).
Then they arrested our servers.
We have two copies of a full backup of a database and a wallet, and these backup are placed on servers from two different Ukrainian companies. But servers from both companies are currently arrested.
Firstly we decided not to place servers in USA or in EU, because servers in these places can be easily closed by any government service. As I already know, in Ukraine servers can be closed too.
Well, it's not good.
Our lawyers will finish their job soon. Their conclusion is that we did not break a law and we should win. But I also have been noticed than in some cases there are no any laws for government services. Any funds or companies can be arrested, any person can be arrested or even killed and nobody will look at the law. I did not say any word about a country which is doing that, but I guess all of you know which country I am talking about.
Some bad news: In case when we will take a control of our servers again, we will need to close some mines or to reduce all the production of users. Or I will set all bonuses fields as empty. We have some losses of our funds (about 22.6%). It was a trading volume on cryptsy.com. Now I really think that they will not allow us to receive this money back.

I received a small withdrawal just now as well. Whats all the talk about a scam about, are the new years mines not paying out or something Same as what's going on with scrypt.cc , small ones get paid to lure in more sheeps. So much for confiscated server lol. We have to pay about 328 BTC for our new year's mines. Believe me, we can do that and it's not a reason to close ore-mine! |

Well, I am not saying that ore-mine is not turning scam right now, I simply don't have the knowledge to do so. But a comment to the request of cancelling all stucking payouts (given that Sectors tells the truth):
To cancel the withdraw you need to have access to the server in order to actually prevent the transaction going to the blockchain. Just imagine the server gets eventually restarted and continues making transactions before the cancel command gets processed.
But I am skeptical: Which provider lets you down for so long? Were is this server running? It would really not surprise me to hear this "We have been hacked"-Story soon. But the still payout small withdrawals and telling people not to deposit any more money does not really fit to the scam-hypothesis. What would be the point of that? It would be easier and bring more profit to just not pay anything, not showing up in the forum and put an auto reply to the support forum: "We apologize for the inconvenience, the problem is known and our technicians are working on it.". So I have reason to doubt Sectors story, but I also have reason to doubt the scam-hypothesis. In any case (scam or not scam), Sectors advice is good and it is the only thing you can do right now: DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MORE MONEY UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED.
I see it as a good sign, that Sector is still showing up here!

There is NO OFFICIAL post or NEWS about DO NOT DEPOSIT your coin in his main website at ALL.. He is just trying to bid his time and do a show here.. THIS IS VERY VERY OBVIOUS already... You can send a comment to ore-mine that users should not deposit now, and I will approve this. I can do this because it is controlled by scripts, but I cannot change the view of a site directly now without accessing servers. I am not going to prove you here that we are legit. I have more information now: our servers are arrested!
We took 2 different hosting providers to make the risks lower, but something is wrong.
We still did not receive any reply from our first hosting provider, but our second hosting provider wrote us that our servers are arrested.
What does it mean:
We cannot login as administrator to our own servers!
The reason is: "Illegal banking" and "Illegal financial operations".
Why is it illegal and who control it?
I am disappointed. I am from Germany, our company is from Germany, one our support manager is from India, another from Germany, both of our hosting providers are from Ukraine, our domain registrant is from Russia.
And our servers are arrested by "Global Illicit Financial team" which is from a country in North America.
Why is it possible? I am totally disagreed and I already hired a team of lawyers.
DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY DEFINITELY until we will solve this problem.

Believers or clones will log in to worship and cry that it's legit.. cause the site has been running for 1 yr+.  And guess what.. even if the 2 servers are not linked.. magically all the small withdrawal can be withdrew out by the operating 1.. but all the bigger amount cant be withdraw out... oh talk about bad luck all of them encountered the 'problem' server... It's no brainer actually cause if small withdrawal can't be withdraw.. many will post and soon all will know this site is a scam. Their server excuse is hilarious at least and dumb at the worst. "Ooo boys, something happened to the server(which for some reason, didn't have a backup server) nor the private key so that if the server does crash etc, poof goes the BTC" but in the meanwhile "We will let some guys withdraw 10s of bucks so that they vouch on the thread that its still legit". Doesn't seem different than any cloudmining ponzi or any ponzi for that matter. You can think absolutely what you want. If you will think that our site is a scam, it is your decision. I said about our problems and asked not to invest while we are solving it. I am working for all users and it is not for me I am doing something. |

Well 11bucks cant be considered an ok size withdrawal imho. An okay size would be 0.1 and above.

I was trying to solve these problems all night.
Nothing clear for me until hosting provider will not answer.
We have 2 different hosting providers.
Some of withdrawals are in a "SENDING" mode because our web server sent a command to pay for our BTC server. And BTC server still did not make a payment. We cannot access this BTC server right now and cannot see the reason why payments were not sent still.
Another BTC server is working fine and we can control it, as a main web server. The payments from the second server are OK.
That's why it does not matter which amount will you request.
Stop your panic, please. If I would be a cheater, I would took the money, stop all the payments and just leave this thread, do not trying to solve problems and explain it to you.
Ore-Mine DID NOT STOP any payments, all delays are because of our hosting provider.
As you can see, payments, which are from our second server, are being sent as usually.
I also did not ask for donations, it was our users.
To say the true, donations will be pleasant for me, because I personally have not so much an income from a ore-mine.org site, we paid more than a million dollars for our users, but all my income is less than thirty thousands.
I did not take any penny from our users money, all my profit is from ore-mine.org profit.
For example, I have less than half of a percent of all LANDS games and about 5% from ads.
Ore-mine.org site has enough resources for operating and it should not collapse, because we never sold more mines than we can serve.

Actually we have 2 BTC servers and some of payments are sent from one and another part are from another server. One of the servers cannot send payments now, usually it is because of a technical reason and I always said you just to wait, because our team can resolve any technical problem. Here the situation is different and I said you not to deposit until we will solve it. We cannot access our own server for a while. I am awaiting the response from a hosting provider, where one of our servers is placed. I think it is a technical problem, but 3 full days and some hours of a downtime is not a normal situation. Our support team email's sending scripts are on the same server. If we will have more delays, we will run the support on another server. 2 other servers (one web-interface server and one BTC server) are placed with another hosting provider and all is OK there. |

Contact us if you will have any problems or if your payment is delayed for more than one day. Thank you." Contact us means use the support form. For the current moment all payments are paid. If some payments are pending, or you did not cannot your deposits or withdrawals, the problem is 99% on a BTC server side. Most likely BTC software crashed or something. After the problem is solved, your payments will be processed. All payments are in database and all payments are always processed. |

It means that BTC server had some problems with it's BTC software. In this case you really should try later. Now all is OK and you can withdraw any funds free, as always. Once again: Sometimes deposits or withdrawals can be delayed for technical reasons. It's normal. Contact us if you will have any problems or if your payment is delayed for more than one day. What do you mean by does not get? Im not sure if i understand you but if you already have activated the 2fa sometimes the pin will be sent to as spam, check your spams email if the ore mine pin is there on my part i always receive pin without any hassle.
Or if you dont have yet 2fa activated on your settings tab activate it first.
