Now I know the reason why the financial service took attention at us.
Our main profit is from a Bitcoin trading, not from a mining, I told it before. Our bots are trading on 4 markets. One of the market is cryptsy.com After cryptsy.com became a scam, the financial service analyzed a trading volumes and maybe decided that we are connected/owners of cryptsy.com (because our deposits and withdrawals from cryptsy were huge).
Then they arrested our servers. We have two copies of a full backup of a database and a wallet, and these backup are placed on servers from two different Ukrainian companies. But servers from both companies are currently arrested.
Firstly we decided not to place servers in USA or in EU, because servers in these places can be easily closed by any government service. As I already know, in Ukraine servers can be closed too. Well, it's not good.
Our lawyers will finish their job soon. Their conclusion is that we did not break a law and we should win. But I also have been noticed than in some cases there are no any laws for government services. Any funds or companies can be arrested, any person can be arrested or even killed and nobody will look at the law. I did not say any word about a country which is doing that, but I guess all of you know which country I am talking about.
Some bad news: In case when we will take a control of our servers again, we will need to close some mines or to reduce all the production of users. Or I will set all bonuses fields as empty. We have some losses of our funds (about 22.6%). It was a trading volume on cryptsy.com. Now I really think that they will not allow us to receive this money back.

If ANYTHING, you should only alter bonuses. Don't screw over existing investors that put their trust into you.

Thanks for the news. As long as we get our New Years mine profits Ore-Mine will stay the titan of cloud mines. As soon as some people confirm big withdrawals come February I was planning on putting my profits back into a Level 6.

Thank you for the honesty Sector, but Cryptsy has been crumbling down for months. You should have changed your trade to somewhere else some time ago Still, I hope you can get us out of this mess, and if we have to sacrifice our production bonus, I'd be (painfully) okay with it, but not too much if you'd cut our production. Let's try to cut losses as less as we can.

I have a HUGE sick feeling in my stomach....as I just earlier today purchased a lvl 1 new years mine......and then later once messages refreshed saw a post to come here. Admin is there a possibility of getting paid in full or at least partially if the servers are not returned. I know you have a lot on your plate and 1000's of people messaging you....however if you could PLEASE respond to this post and let me know it would help my brain/thoughts greatly. As well as any other reader that sees this.
Thanks for any update and for lawyering up!!!

We paid for the mines we have. Dropping off bonuses or giving full refunds is the only acceptable way to handle this. If any mines must be "closed" a full refund must be given to the customer. Bonuses were actually calculated into the monthly earnings of each mine that was sold. Dropping them will reduce everyone's return by about 25% per month. That is irritating, but significantly more acceptable than cancelling mines we have paid for.
I'm just concerned that this took place immediately after everyone bought their mines, and it has to do with Cryptsy. I stopped using Cryptsy over a year and a half ago. If I understand what Sector was saying, they basically had a large amount of BTC on Cryptsy and lost it when the exchange went under. It has been well known that Cryptsy was going under for months, and they didn't withdraw everything? The fact that their servers are "arrested" shouldn't be a problem if they backed them up offline. We've all lived through so many scams and traps, it's hard not to be jaded. I want to believe them, but part of me thinks that they knew that they had lost over 22% of their trading funds with Cryptsy before the big mine sale and that it was done just to make the funds back through sales. Those funds would then be used in active trading and they would likely try to double/triple the money as BTC dumps. Dropping our bonuses then allows them to reduce what they have advertised to pay by about 25%-30%, thus giving them breathing run to continue doubling the money in trade. I'm sure the majority of customers will be happy to just continue receiving payouts.
I would just say that there should be a specific time frame set for when the bonuses will recommence. I for one noticed that my account went 7 days without a single bonus ore. It has seemed to me that they have been reducing bonus ore for the past 2 weeks. When I first started, I was getting 1 bonus ore every day. It led me to believe that accounts would get about 5-7 bonus ores per week. The past 2 weeks it has dropped to 1 bonus ore per week. Significant reduction. This reduction started happening a week before the withdrawal issue came up on 1/11. Not sure if others with mid sized accounts and up have noticed something similar? I really want Ore-mine to continue and be successful. I just like to make sure that we all know exactly what is going on and there are no surprises or omissions of truth.

You do make good points but I still stand with my argument that it is a complicated ponzi with just enough seeding money to make it seem as if they are paying
