1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: EtherDelta is dead, long live the ForkDelta on: March 07, 2018, 11:10:10 PM
Etherdelta seems dead to me ,  for now forkdelta works good . But there are still a lot of improvements to be made so we can have better dex's in the future. I can't wait for these developments.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ETH beat BTC someday? on: March 04, 2018, 01:14:53 AM
It is possible , just because they have the better technology . Bitcoin seems to be a bit of a dinosaur in this fast moving space . With the only advantage that they were the first.
3  Other / Meta / Re: why i do not have merit? on: February 26, 2018, 12:00:38 AM
Just keep improving in english and keep learning about bitcoin in general . This will make your post quality better overtime .
4  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin had a drop recently, that means is a good time to buy some? on: February 25, 2018, 11:57:34 PM
It seems like it is a good opportunity to buy some more right now , it looks like the price is consolidating at this level. Most predictions say the price will go even higher after the Chinese new year is over , but take it with a grain of salt and pick a good entry point for yourself.
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The current BTC growth seems abnormal [Late Feb 2018] on: February 20, 2018, 11:24:11 PM
I should agree and its always been happening that includes panic selling.. I believe that there is a big group behind this after the burst drop now its getting pumping.
I don't see any news that could help to increase the price back.. What i see here is Exit pump..
If they handle a large amount of bitcoin when the price was drop at $6k then they are slowly buying just to support the price to increase and leave it to other traders to pump the price until they hit their goal before they sell,. While they are holding a large amount of bitcoin they can sell and get profit that can cause panic selling. So they can buy low price of bitcoin again after that..
Its always happening and i think they are a large group or a rich man that could invest a large amount of bitcoin and sell if the price is high enough..
But for me it is normal movement of the price its just like the same as what happen from the past years ago,,
I agree that the btc price growth from the last year or so isn't so abnormal for btc , but when you look at a few years back it has been insane . But what you see now is hedgefunds and bankers getting in and using some simple tricks in an unregulated market. When you have money in this space it is to easy to make money.
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin Volatility Be Controlled? on: February 16, 2018, 11:54:50 PM
If bitcoin keeps going on like it is going now the volatility won't go away. There is just a fixed amount of bitcoin , and if more people want it the price goes up and if they don't it goes down. Fiat money is kept at a certain level artificially , bitcoin is something entirely different.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you even read whitepaper bro? on: February 16, 2018, 12:21:00 AM
Well if you want to invest in an ico or an existing coin it would be a good idea to read it and i always do. I know people can just buy a whitepaper or take i from another project but it is a pretty good guideline. But i think most people who are investing wouldn't understand half that is in it.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [Airdrop] Nevra (XEV) - Equality, Freedom, Trust on: February 15, 2018, 11:31:30 PM
This all looks good , it is a good attempt at a fair distribution which is hard to find right now. I'm also wondering what is your take on smart-contracts since i didn't see it mentioned in the whitepaper but i saw it mentioned in a post here.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Bitcoins taxable? on: February 15, 2018, 09:02:35 PM
They are but it is hard to check for the government. I think it is smarter to just pay it because else it will bite you in the ass.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin become a daily currency? on: February 15, 2018, 03:52:49 AM
If they find something to solve  the scalability problem then it is possible i guess . But there are so many other coins working on that problem that i am scared it is gonna be to late for bitcoin.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin bull run begins now? on: February 15, 2018, 03:50:48 AM
A lot of people have been saying that , and the market gives some signals that it looks like it is gonna happen. But when everyone is so sure about something i am just extra careful , nobody can predict this market.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange or Wallet? on: February 12, 2018, 08:26:08 PM
Like most people here a wallet and especially a hardware wallet is the safest and makes the most sense. Only when you hold a very small amount ,$100 or less it isn't worth it to take it off because of the fees. And make sure to do your research on the exchanges you are using , usually there are red flags around the bad ones.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think Ethereum will over take bitcoin? on: February 09, 2018, 06:54:03 PM
Not this year at least , but i do think they have more use cases then bitcoin has atm . I don't think bitcoin will stay king forever.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance is back on: February 09, 2018, 06:51:37 PM
There still seems to be problems , i hope they can fix it soon.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin bull run begins now? on: February 08, 2018, 03:32:04 AM
I think so yes , it will take a couple of days before the market fully catches up  to the good news.  But if we see the same pattern like we saw last year it would be even better.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin vs. Gold Prices on: February 06, 2018, 11:11:52 PM
I don't really care about prices atm , but i think gold is gonna lose popularity with the years. Maybe to bitcoin or an other new asset.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it just me or do the smartest people all still support bitcoin? on: February 06, 2018, 10:51:21 PM
I think they support the blockchain technology more then bitcoin in itself , because bitcoin as a currency is getting harder and harder at this point . Most people see it as an investment rather than a currency.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hollywood Coin -HWC on: January 21, 2018, 02:33:38 PM
Why can't hollywood use bitcoin? Or an established digital currency? Why would they want to use a digital currency at all actually?
This i really don't see any use cases here. Seems like a quick moneygrab with a flashy name.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum will explode after the upcoming hard fork of EtherZero? on: January 21, 2018, 02:02:48 PM
I think most people won't put trust in a hardfork of eth just look at etc. I think eth will keep going strong.
20  Economy / Economics / Re: what is the worst thing did you did in crypto world? on: January 21, 2018, 01:58:17 PM
Sell on the wrong time , i thought it wasn't going up anymore and i was wrong . But you live and learn i guess.
