Where should the Proof of Debt form be sent? Is there even an official receiver yet?

merely a clone of BCN without new feathers added = DEAD COIN!
It has all the innovative feathers of BCN as they come, plus an official GUI, without the premine. If you don't want to use most to all of your RAM just to send/receive transactions, and don't like massive premines, this is the best CryptoNote. It's not merely a clone, and it certainly isn't dead.

https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/syscoin-releases-legal-documents-moolah-ryan-kennedy/two of the documents are from Kennedy or his lawyers and explain his defense. In the following witness statement, Kennedy claims he discovered a bug in the MintPal code that allowed “unscrupulous users” to withdraw more coins than they owned, which drained the reserve accounts. Moreover, he claims he never personally had possession of Syscoin’s bitcoins.
A judge has now ordered Kennedy to hand over the server hard drives so forensic investigators can determine whether or not the alleged bug exists. CCN will continue to provide updates as the story develops. Sorry forensic investigators, I forgot to mention the bashbleed shellshock SSL bug allowed the hackerz to overwrite the server hard drive with 0's at the end of the day. Now you have no evidences, so at the end of the day, I am 100% innocent, bitches. I will proceed to sue Ferdous, everyone on r/dogecoin, every Bitcoin news source, every poster on this bitcointlak thread, every lawyer at Selachi LLP, and the judges who took Syscoin's court case for defamation. -- slex aka Ryan Gentle

Ferdous controls FLT, KARMA, MIN, XCR, XMR, FAIR, SUPER, and TES wallets (v1 wallets). Ryan controls all other wallets and mintpal.com v2, including withdrawal requests. Ferdous is trying to gain control over the other wallets and mintpal.com v2. However, Ryan will not give up control over anything else, so Ferdous is taking legal action against him.
I agree that Ferdous should get the database snapshot from Ryan to process the withdrawals. If he's not making an effort to do this, he is holding the v1 wallets in hostage.

I'm not so sure it's just variance. I wrote a script for monero that xnbya runs with some modifications here ( http://minexmr.com/pools.html ), and in my experience it's not sometimes, it is all the time that the sum of the known pools hashrates adds up to be 20-33% larger than the hashrate calculated from the diff. I think the diff is based on last 24 hours, and the pools base their hashrate on the diff of blocks over the last 10 or 30 minutes. Maybe I'm wrong, but if it was just variance in the hashrate, then at some point the calculated network hashrate would be higher than the sum of the pools (since this isn't even including unknown/private pools and solo miners), but in my experience this is never true - the sum of the known pools is always greater than the calculated network hashrate. I don't know why this would be, just an observation from monero that also seems to hold true for boolberry and bytecoin. If it is consistently true and doesn't swing the other direction as well, then the pools are overstating their hash rate. Simple as that. That seems reasonable. Maybe not anything malicious, but just a bug in the node pool software perhaps? Could this be the problem reported by monero.crypto-pool.fr where malicious miners are sending in some real shares followed by many fake shares all at once?

Nothing (I'll type it again: NOTHING) is anonymous if it happens online. There are allegedly anonymous solutions like Tor or secure VPNs, but if somebody wants to find you (provided he has the resources) he will do so. A word for XMR. Do not post your addresses online, for this is the only address you have. I've seen many people doing so; dood if you don't mind revealing your address, what's the point of using XMR anyway?
Simply knowing someone's address tells you nothing about their balance or their transaction history.

where i can rent rig to mine monero? Amazon Web Services Elastic Compute Cloud thank' i will search it in google You should only do this for fun. AWS is extremely unprofitable mining Monero (because you are competing with botnets). You are much better off buying, or perhaps buying/building a rig.

The previous network glitch was not a DDoS; it was an unreported error in the daemon. Removing the blockchain and resyncing fixes the problem. This needs to be examined, or this could happen again in the future.

FINALLY FFS. After XMR drops 40%

Looks like XMR is rebounding strongly. Hopefully this is a trend reversal.
The recent price decrease was not due to Mintpal XMR being sold. Those are not held by Ryan.
its not held by the original mintpal owners either. they seem to have the wallet but not the key. they say ryan has the key. so 100K xmr are lost? https://twitter.com/MintPalExchange/status/524963448917344256Where did they say that they don't have the "key"?

What about the other coins? Individual lawsuits for each person costing $10000 each? Have you filled actionfraud.police.uk? I have now. But Ferdous Ahmed / Torihiki LTD has my XMR, so it's very complex.

How do you contact Mintpal v1 team?

Is moolah/Ryan liable for for loss of value of the coins while he is holding them or refusing to let Torihiki LTD have access to v2 withdrawal info?

I'll match all donations up to 5000 BBR total. What that means is that I'll match every BBR donated one for one until 5000 have been raised. So if 5000 is donated I'll throw in another 5000 for a total of 10,000 BBR.
I'll donate 1000. Transaction ID: b7c988ecfda2b992b7e091a0298fd535e7a79c1b2e7194d95bc7da7cb1a90a22 Payment ID: 1111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111747275656265727279

If the developer isn't doing a good job or completely abandoned the project it could be hardforked and a new donation address could be set up or completely removed. That in combination with the no votes makes it pretty fair in my opinion.
