1  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] Microwallet.org - API + free faucet script, start your own faucet! on: November 11, 2014, 08:09:37 PM
I've been using this Xapo wallet for last few days and I'm impressed. Would this not be a solution for all faucets? I don't know what needs to be done to implement it to a faucet but I know it literally sends payment straight to the users Xapo wallet which eliminates the need for the user to reach minimum payout. I'm seen a few faucets with this service and they are pushing it hard so it must be a cost effective solution for them.

I tried that website once, couldn't load it in the browser I was using. I found out it worked in another browser, but I didn't want to do that everytime I used it. Then I tried to see how to transfer funds out of it, and it requires a cell phone number (not everyone has one), it requires your name, address, and social security number. Also I found this article, and someone said something about them protecting your money but only if you pay to keep it in the vault, but I'm not 100% sure on that part. I just know from my brief experiences looking at their website, I'd rather not use it. Just my initial impression of them.

I don't like Xapo, like you said, it requires your name, address, phone number, and social security number. Too much info. Also, there are a lot of complaints. I personally think faucet box is best, but I read this thread, and some people have opinions against faucetbox, so I won't promote it here, but I like faucetbox.

I personally have been using faucetbox and it's pretty good.

4  Economy / Lending / Re: Just To Clear Things Up on: November 05, 2014, 04:15:48 PM
I believe Candystripes in all this...I've done several loans with him and it's been a smooth transaction every time.
He was lending .03 to a junior member.

Most lenders will not lend anything to a junior member period (most will ask for much smaller loans).

I guess most people can make their own conclusions about this

I gave him 0.03 because he typed and acted like an adult from the start. I am smart enough to know who to loan to, and who not to. He also showed proof of BTC coming in 3 days, etc.

Just because he has proof that money is going his way does not mean that he will give it to you once he receives it.

Also if you are lending based on his ability to speak english then you are likely violating fair lending laws as people who have a national origin other then the US tend to not be able to speak english very well. In other words you are discriminating against people because of their national origin.

Be honest, who is more likely to scam. The 40-year old American, English speaking adult. Or the 15-year old sounding bad-english speaker?
Well first of all, you come off as a very immature person, so by your own logic you will more likely scam.

Secondly, fair lending laws also prohibit a lender from discriminating against a person's age when deciding if they will make a loan (provided the borrower has the ability to enter into a contract).

I would say that just because a person does not speak english (or cannot speak english very well) does not mean they will more likely scam. All it means is that they are from another country.

1. I make the lending rules for my own service.

2. Foreigners are more likely to scam, it's a fact.

3. That is an opinion, and a post for another thread/topic. I am trying to focus on getting Pierre11 back to the right owner.

This was posted in a candystripes scam accusation thread... Foreigners are more likely to scam? You sir, are immature

These certainly are unique! They look pretty good! Definitely creative.

jsmit332 looks good too!

^took the words right out of my mouth. Jsmit's designs blow flash out of the water lol, Superhitech's ^design look very original and creative. I like the sun effect thing. As for roslin, I think that your colors are a bit too dull, otherwise great. Watoshi, your designs improve with every entry! The last design looked pretty good!

So I'm new to this forum (yay!)

Here is my first entry Smiley best of luck to all the other contestants!

728x90

I gave it a go.

728x90 (Will make more banners if needed):

With animations:

Without animations:

These 2 are good! They are probably the best ones here Except the flaw's are Superhitech's is simple (but then again they say nice and sexy and simple. It still looks very good) and minifrij is kind of hard to read, and it takes too long to process all features. (You aren't going to look at an ad for 3 minutes waiting for it to finish. Other than that, great job you two!
Here's my entry Smiley

This one is nice, but it doesn't match the site at all.
