1  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [2900 TH] Kano CKPool (kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: November 27, 2015, 04:28:17 PM
I look at the website and it says we have 1858 Workers.     Aside from the big boys at the top of the stats, the only one doing their job is kano,

I am going into my garage and picking up my miners and Shaking the piss out of them... I advise everyone to do the same...

I am going to yell at them as well... "None of you miners are doing your job... !!" I need some blocks and I need them NOW!!"
Heh, my miners are pretty slack also, never found a block on the pool and only mine about half the time ... makes them sound pretty lazy actually ...
They get a jolt every day (when I switch them on at night) but that doesn't seem to help so far Smiley

Payout 385383 sent
145ed443982b500fa82e295437cf0bc65b2987c6c95a5950786f5d2e4f29049d
and confirmed

Kano - The payment for this block (385383) has not yet appeared in my wallet. Should I have received it once you get it confirmed as sent or can it be delayed further?
Thank you.

Have you looked it up on blockchain.info?

Thanks RealMalatesta, I should have done that first. My payout is there so it must be my wallet not updating (I hope).

Last block still showing +1 confirms after half an hour.
 Is that normal?

I was just curious how long it usually takes to get past the +1 confirms.

Wooohaaa.
Well done to kotodama. Stats shows them at 240GHs. Am I missing something?

Just updated my S3 again to the latest build and all went well. The instructions are easy to follow even for a noob using putty.
Thanks again kano.  Grin

I have just updated my Ant S3 to the latest Kano cgminer build and its back mining happily on the pool. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.
A big THANK YOU to Kano for all the hard work.

Thank you for the update Kano.
You did mention stratum+tcp://104.194.28.194:3333 a few posts back, just noticed. I'll switched to this for now.

Just checked on my S3 after reading the last post and it too has failed over, so its playing the lottery at solo ckpool at the moment.

I don't think anyone else spotted that last one. It'll be our secret.  Wink

My miners have been failing over all morning (here in UK) but as my failover is solo.ckpool its not so bad. (maybe I get lucky)
I think they are mining on Kano pool at the moment.

I imagine not much sleep for Kano, again.  Embarrassed

Quote from Kano "I think I can handle both (if I ignore everything else Tongue)"

What, like eating and sleeping?  Cheesy

I for one will be looking forward to any updated software for my old s1's. I cant afford to upgrade my miners so anything to prolong the life and efficiency of my S1's would be very welcome.

Respect to you Kano.

Miners just started beeping, that's not good.
What just happened? Planned reboot?

My miners are back online but web page showing 0 GHs.

Edit: Miners now showing up on web page. GH's going back up.

That will match your payout on the top of the mining payouts page Smiley (and the top of the payments page)
... for all except people who mined 'dust'.

mining dust? someones gotta broom up the mess them big guns leave behind :<
The MPayouts page shows all payouts - dust inclusive.

Kano,
I really like the updates you have done to the web page.
You always put such a lot of effort into the pool. I guess you must sleep some time - maybe.

I bet you don't get this level of honesty at any other pool.  Smiley

Thank you Kano for pointing that out. i could see my miners still working but didnt look to see where they were mining.

This is a total newbie question but ... what factors go into making a long 78 +hr block? Is it just down to pool size?
17  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [1400 TH] CKPool (www.kano.is) from the cgminer devs [0.9% PPLNS] on: November 18, 2014, 10:51:21 PM
And its back.
Just a shame it still says 78 hrs.  Cry
