Yeah, follow the money trail of the bitcoin going into a random wallet, then being moved across the board via numerous people on LBC. Followed by the account being deleted. I already followed the money trail...moron. HBO committed identity fraud with PayPal by using an identity other than his own. Not to mention, he fraudulently obtained the HBOGo accounts that he was selling. Furthermore, the little shit head scammed hundreds/thousands of dollars here after my ex-partner hijacked him. He goes to the cops and he has the following: - a trial of his own (some in small courts, some in larger circuit courts) - explanation of why he committed identity theft - explanation of why he sold $5k worth of bitcoin in under 24 hrs ( http://www.fincen.gov/) ...the list goes on and on. Anyhow, do what you have to do. Regardless, you will be fucking yourself beyond oblivion with your foolish actions. Here is the lesson of the year kids: NEVER go on a scamming spree when you are owed money on the forum you are scamming people from. From this day forward, I will never return to bitcointalk. @quickseller, how does HBO press charges when he was money laundering? Better yet, how does he press charges when he has 3+ scams under his belt? Logical thinking is of prime importance.
He should have pressed charges long before he started scamming to recover his money. It is not necessarily true that he was laundering money via those HBOGo accounts, he could have just been a reseller edit: I take it that you pretty much are officially not going to be repaying him, am I correct? He was laundering funds via the HBOGo accounts and thru my Bulgarian partner. He also committed identity fraud... These are things that you are not aware of because you are an OUTSIDER looking in. |

I did not steal anything from you. I was the man in the middle. The individual I was dealing with was from SR and vanished. (exit scam) Sorry for the trouble. (use your head for more than a hat rack) Anyhow, I have HBO's full info --- including home address, parents' names, family members, age, ethnic, bank acc info, car, general routine, voice, etc. I will not release that though unless someone shows that he is a scammer. FURTHERMORE, HBO, I am not sure what is up with the threats but as mentioned before...all you have is a bunch of info I nabbed from retards sending proof of themselves....anyone will send you a pic of their photo, utility bill, etc nowadays; moronic individuals to be blunt. Long story short, one must cover their trail for everything. It appears you have failed to do so. Regardless, why scam? It's stupid and just something that sheep do. Do not conduct foolish behavior. I take precautions to secure my identity not because of bad deals, but because no one can be trusted on the net. The sooner you learn this, the better off you will be. I have a question, is someone with the card number and PIN able to cancel an order? For example would it have been possible for the OP to cancel the order then quickly place another order since he knew the card number?
It would probably be possible if they called into customer service. The activity on the codes shows that they were used once and the order was cancelled, and the balances were not credited back. At this point it's just rail birds commenting on the situation that haven't fully read the thread or know the situation. Wardrick is a piece of shit scammer who deserves to be banned. His password was recently changed --- is it the real him or the new purchaser of the account? HA, scammed someone for money...whether it be $1, $500, $5000, or $50k, you sir are a piece of shit. In order to make a police report you need to have personal knowledge of the situation. The only reason I know that a crime occurred is because you said it did. I did not see him give you the address to send the bitcoin to, I only have second hand knowledge. Segvec was also threatening to release your personal information, I don't see how you cannot take that personally and try to do something about it. I threatened to release his personal info. He actually released what he thought was my personal info... I never released anything of his...ever. Also, I did not steal his funds as explained numerous times before. And people who are saying court of law, police etc what is the use of snitching? If the dude can be traced down, how come he hasn't been yet from those phone numbers and address? Even if he is traced down and everyone is aware of his identity, that probably won't do anything either (Supa, Charlie Shrem, TradeFortress etc). Everyone just seems to be an Internet gangster on here but can't take any action in the real world.
How is it snitching if someone steals something from you? And the police have more powers at their disposal than those so called 'Internet gangsters' (though they likely won't be able to do much anyway but it's an option if you're not getting anywhere). I think it hasn't been long enough to say that he abandoned his account. I am also not sure how Vanilla works or if when you receive funds via vanilla the email address of the sender will be shown. If so then it is possible that he saw who he was trading with and decided to scam him OP is fucked. |
