Advised = if you don't do it, you'll go to jail. That's what it means in this case. This guy may or may not be the Linode hacker, but he sure as hell knows who the Linode hacker is. Yes he does, and this is a separate matter all together! |

This person has submitted fake identification which wasn't picked up until we had a request to withdraw to another bank account.
It has been requested at least 7 times that this person sends in Notorized & Opistilled Documentation in both upload and post.
We would also like to note this account was monitored and suspended due to suspicious circumstances in which the Notorized & Opistilled Documentation were requested.

Yes, just confirming that Mr Bitcoin is owned by Kenseycol the same company as Crypto X Change.
The reason for Mr Bitcoin is, we have been asked many times fora quick fast and easy way to buy Bitcoin.
With the legal requirements for the exchange, it is difficult to make it simple and anonymous etc.
So the answer was a separate service, cash deposits upto $5,000 per day to stay legal with Austrac / AML laws etc.
We hope that people enjoy Mr Bitcoin, which will be open on Wednesday this week.

Automated Backups are taken Hourly, Daily & Monthly and are taken Off Site.
We perform manual backups also for DB's, Wallets and Data. This Data is also Taken Off Site.
We have a top level Cisco Hardware firewall in place.
Dedicated Servers only, with RAID 10 SAS 15K RPM Arrays for maximum performance and reliability
Data Center is the most secure in Australia by far ( Location & Name Will NOT be released for security reasons )
Access to our systems are absolutely limited to 2 people within our company via very secure means, code updates by our programmers are installed by one of the 2 people who have sole access to our systems.
We have services separated to each dedicated server, enabling maximum security
Our site is PenTested often, any and all updates are also checked prior to being installed on the production servers.
Development servers are also locked down to only 2 people also.
Our company has staff that have been in the IT industry for nearly 20 years with real world experience and working and servicing some of the largest government networks in Australia, we take security very seriously.
Our Exchange is a continuous work in progress, improving all the time, building new features. There are still features un released from when we opened the exchange, we have had our problems, slow trade engine, slow API BUT never any security breaches at all, or any issues with human error and data.

This is nonsense! If this were true any issues would have been sorted out promptly, place a ticket in our system and we will investigate this.
Its not the only example which shows issues at Crypto X change are left without being dealt with forever. There where other people waiting for weeks, including me with ticket 1500314 (19 days old). I've been querying about this already multiple times - with zero effect. Anyway, now after all this, I don't think I could ever trust you after you declared my passport "invalid" without explanation - it just shows that even if the verification goes through now, its possible that some error in your system will mark it invalid again, and you'll stop responding and hold on my funds forever. I will never put more then 100 AUD at a time into your exchange, unless your CEO publicly promises on this forum that he will never hold on my funds more then 24 hours, process all deposits and withdrawals within 24 hours, and if they ever need more verification they will not hold funds while waiting for it, but release funds to the accounts they came from, and then deal with verification. Even the verification form on the account shows that you have a mess in there: Level 2 has a lower AUD limit then Level 1. How can I trust you even if the forms don't really know what the limits are? Oh, and it should clearly state there are these limits per day, per month, cumulative forever or some other kind of limit? If a bank had such unclear forms and a mess, they'd have no customers. i search cryptoxchange.com on forum and i was surprise to find out a numerous of scams complains. I'm interested in buying gold bars from them but so far i got no response at all on how to purchase the gold bars or how the delivery will take place.

Hi Repentance, That is correct, sorry guys we are changing our outbound payment services, we will have the $5.00 Outbound service up and running this coming week, we had hoped to have it finished this week with minimal down time. Payments at the moment have been sent out at normal Australian banking costs and users had been notified. We will be emailing everyone this week with the update on our new payment services.
