This new exchange rate is totally ridiculous. I've been using Wirex for some time and it was good but with this 6.32% margin it's clearly time to look for another card.

What's up with GM support? Opened a ticket 3 days ago and still got no response... Maybe someone here can help me: I purchased an X11 contract with a credit card about 5 weeks ago. 1 week ago I started receiving daily payments to my btc address. But all my daily payments from the first month are still held by GM ("pending balance of credit card payments"). From the GM faq: Quote When you order via credit card, your payouts will be held for a month, as stated in the Terms also. Unfortunately we need that to protect ourselves from credit card charge back. Once the month has passed, the full amount will be released to your wallet, and from then on you will receive a daily payout. In the mean time you can see your earnings accumulate via My Account > My Orders, under "My pending balance of credit card payments"

lol discovered that site a few days ago and was planning to try it out one of these day. It was a very nice looking wallet. There must have been a better way to do something with it instead of just shutting it down after a month and running away with the money.

Problem solved! Short recap: about 2 days ago I made a transaction of 25 LTC from my LiteVault wallet to Cryptsy. The funds disappeared from LiteVault but never arrived at Cryptsy. I mailed Someguy123 at LiteVault and got this response: Quote Aha, I found the issue. http://ltc.blockr.io/address/info/LN6Q8ajoDxYyUbh2jMPC4DEhctsgRYcMin Your sent 25 LTC is currently unconfirmed (no idea why, sometimes transactions randomly take a long time to confirm, not LiteVault's fault, blame the miners). It's definitely sent. That's why it's showing your balance as 0, because the 25 LTC was sent (but is unconfirmed, that's why other block explorers don't show it properly yet) Thanks, Chris (Someguy123) After waiting and waiting and waiting I decided to open my back-up of this address in Electrum-LTC.... My missing 25 LTC were right there! Made a new transaction from Electrum-LTC to Cryptsy, my funds arrived without trouble and now I can finally get rid of these litecoins Moral of the story: Don't keep coins on LiteVault because they steal them (and make sure you keep back-ups)

My experience with Exmo has been terrible. I'm pretty new to bitcoins. But recently I decided I wanted try out trading on Exmo. After getting my account verified I did sent a SEPA-transfer to fund my account. According to the Exmo-website it can take up to 12 hours before receiving the funds. So after 24 hours of not receiving my money I got slightly worried and contacted support. Their first message: Quote Hello! Please, send us details of the deposit. I did. This was their reply: Quote Transaction time up to 12 hours! Please, check the time of the this operation. I pointed out (again) that I made this transaction over 24 hours ago. Their reply: Quote Hello! Your request have been passed to the technical department. Please, await for the answer in the nearest future. It will be sent on your e-mail. That was about 1 day ago. I'm still waiting... It has been over 2 days now since I made the transfer. No communication from Exmo Support and no money. Not fun
