Well I applied for the prepaid card for bitscamgold - I was approved, I guess 3rd time the charm? lets see what problems I get when I get the card, oh bitgold, such a adventure........

You know what's funny? Melaine joined the discussion and disappeared just like that!

LMFAO, so I contacted support, so in order to withdraw my $37 they told me there is a $25 wire fee.

What a fucking joke "company" bitgold is.

I'd say go for it, adding an extra $13 for expedient delivery, thus getting in front of them before they have a chance to change their mind. That'll show 'em who's the boss.

Lol gleb.

Nope you were clearly talking about redeeming gold. Redeeming via bank wire will cost you 1% of the amount so you should be fine!

Took 3 days, annnnd they denied my withdrawal, no reason given, fucking scammers, i am emailing them to find that bull shit reason, lol they wont even make a $37 payment...

When you deposit money via credit card, its almost instant. Same thing goes with BTC.

But when you withdraw, it takes 3 days and then all they say is " due to the price fluctuation, your withdrawal is denied. Please request a new one according do current prices .. etc etc'

Trust me, i was on the same boat as you are now. I am this much frustrated , just waiting for melaine to post back , if only they care.

Isn't $37 worth of BTC equal to $37 worth of BTC regardless what the exchange rate is? Please pardon my question, for I was born on a turnip truck at night, in which the sulfur concentration has affected my reasoning since my breech birth.

Don't think so since when i exchanged, i get the conversion rate that is lower than the current one that time.

I really dislike Bitgold, they denied me twice the prepaid debit card when I applied for it, they still do not allow USA members to send or receive gold payments (WTF is the point of using them if I can't use basic functions) , now they FINALLY accept a bank account I added, so I go to redeem $31 and what do you know, they only allow minimum of 1 gram of gold to be redeemed (which is $36) lol so I had to put $6 from my debit card to make it $37 and now it says it is in process, I bet I will have problems with this bullshit company, but I will keep you guys updated if they really send me the money.

Dear, Brothers Grimm

Sincerely, BitGold

Lol that's a funny cartoon. I can see why you relate this to grimm.

well already know that bitgold is scam from when they do giveaway for signing up on their site and get free 15$ if im not mistaken, so you need to aware things that too good to be true

Yes it is scam because they give sign up bonus and gave a option to sell that gold to any one but when you try to withdraw then they will limit you saying all those gold from signup bonus and it is not allowed. What a scam right?
Melanie is this true?

Difficult to know the specific issue without being about to check the user's profile, but sounds like they were trying to redeem bonus gold before the 60 day holding period had ended. Once the 60 day period ends, they can do as they wish with their bonus gold!

Hi Melanie,

Since you came forward and now that we have a chance to clarify if what people claims are true, i would like to email you directly regarding some issues i am having since july with affiliate payment. I don't want to email at support@bitgold.com since this email seem to redirect to the Mac guy who seem to not able to handle someone properly.

Looking forward to hear from you.

My second withdrawal put on review to check transaction details and don't understand what kind of system they develop.

Of course why not. Sometimes in order to withdraw, you need to call them and ask them to initiate it manually.

Someone said a month ago that they work from a garage,it was not believable but it is now.

i have always been paid my commissions from their affiliate program (note that it was never 100% of it) but i did not have that much signups, the amount was never a "big" one, never excedeed 180€...
Now for october i past 1000€, let's see if they will pay such an amount on november 1-5... I'm not very optimistic, we'll see...

All those from signup referrals? If yes, then I doubt on your payment. Good luck

I made a decent amount of $ and still making using referrals and still making and they are paying me without issues , however to reach such amounts as 1000 Euro then it's going to be hard and probably fake so if it's fake they will definitely suspend your account without questions asked . I'm not sure about everyone else but for me they was fair .
my october refs are from ads campaigns & personal email list. I reinvested all the money they paid me in ads campaigns so i can test if they'll pay a bigger amount for legit signups. We'll see what they'll do  Grin
they'll probably pay 10% lmao

I would rather no reinvest cause they don't really plan on sticking with referrers.

I had 0.8 grams and thy reversed my earnings, meaning thy took back their gold Huh
After inactivity on my account they claim.
Not logging in to it for 1 month, I was on vacation. This is quite the job they have there  Shocked.

They changed their ToS again and they no longer allow commission if your referrer is inactive or such.

You see, they continuously changing this ToS in their favor . They are now selling goldmoney's name on their own platform.
Who wants to deal with this BS. Seriously  Roll Eyes

No one. It's about time those few followers who are talking in favor just cause they are getting few bucks will see what BitGold really is, a scam indeed.

Jesus. Just change it to proper English:
Bitcold.com is a complete scam

end of story.  Sad

Yours: "BitGold.com IS COMPLETELY SCAM is not correct English" and for sure not an English phrase written in high class level language.

Mine: "BitGold.com IS COMPLETELY SCAM" is not considered proper English, and surely not an English phrase written as a higher class level language. (again, I believe my tail end sucks and is missing something)

That's all I FTFY. I can't change the title of this thread because I'm not its author. You are 100% correct that the title should be BitGold is a Complete Scam.

How come you are discussing the thread title without having the rights to change it?

What's your job?

Best regards.

Android simply suggested the correct title change, whereupon I simply did a FTFY. It's as simple as that. That said, what's a job?

I think whatever your job is, atleast you are doing it pretty good unlike those guys who tends to be bitches/ho's that are paid up by bitgold to come and defend them.

Reading this forum you can tell how butt hurt people are that bitgold is doing so well.  If a company with over 1.5 billion in assets and over 350 000 users KYC verified and willfully audited by the worlds top groups is a scam then what isn't lol.  There's no way anyone with a shred of intelligence would say bitgold is a scam.  It just amazes me how dumb and uneducated a small fraction of the bitcoin community can be when they get butt hurt.   Just because Bitcoin is about to be extinct isn't a good enough excuse to play like you're dumber then a snail lol.

I will just ask you to do one thing. Call BitGold and ask them about their daily audit.

Read my last post and explain why if you oppose.

Just because you are paid a few bucks doesn't mean you will ignore what is actually going on. Ofcourse they pay few people like you not that you deserve, but to tackle and talk in their favors in this sorta thread is what you are getting paid for.

Oh, and do not keep your gold gram on your account cause you will be suspended soon, just withdraw it or you will regret later.

Q: I have a question for your Q&A day on Wednesday. I'm thinking you must be aware of the new "Bit Gold" currency where physical gold accounts can be opened and accessed through debit cards just as any bank debit card. What are your thoughts concerning "Bit Gold"? And, when the Banking Holiday hits and all cash machines and cash transaction terminals cease working, won't these "Bit Gold" cards cease to work, also? Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Answer: There is no such thing as "Bit Gold." It was simply a marketing gimmick used by conniving bankers to get James Turk's GoldMoney public - which they did this Spring. Once it went public, and they hyped the stock up, they changed the name back to what it has always been, GoldMoney. And lo and behold, the stock has crashed. Not only that, now that it's public, we got a look into its books - to see it is losing money. And by the way, given that Bitcoin - which in my view is yet another scam - has been an utter disaster, why would anyone, or any banker, use it as a selling point? Unless of course, LOL, they actually mean a selling point. GoldMoney has been around for at least a decade. All it is is an un-allocated pool of metal that you can supposedly tap to pay for things. It has never gotten off the ground, and I doubt it ever will. Too complex, and in my view, has a big X on its back due to a) it's competing with fiat currency, and b) it is a relatively large, known pool of metal. And if the banking system collapses, I highly doubt it will save you. Let alone, if computers are down.

My withdraw request still not in my bank account. No evidence of there actually being a request other than in my email confirmation.
Balance still there and useable, weird way of doing it IMO

My signup bonus I got it after 60 days and I have also linked my bank account but to withdraw I need minimum of 1 gram so any advice for me here?
Maybe deposit until you get into a gram then withdraw?

Yesterday I have put up a withdrawal request but by mistake I put two times reason I didn't see my withdrawal request in transaction list. But for that they have rejected my request saying multiple withdrawal request. Today I put up again so lets wait and see.
Ik, there is no indication of any withdraw request. I requested, balance not removed or place anywhere, same thing happened to me. They refunded me 17$, but what the hell am I supposed to with that if the transactions cost 17$ to send.
Just wait for bitcoin withdraws (if they ever add it, which takes about 30 minutes to add)

They won't add btc withdrawal anytime soon. They accept btc for now just to stack them in large amount cause btc price will go up. They even keep btc in dubai vault, not any other places . They are shady with every move they make.

Just received the withdraw after many retries of redeeming
Turns out they sent 17$ less than I requested, and they blamed it on transfer fees and wont refund me.
They are a scam operation

Fuck Bitgold
There are other's place that you can invest your money
Invest via head not via ears  Roll Eyes
Its not even invested money its refer money. Such a scam charging 17$

They are pathetic liars. They change their ToS accordingly and tell you you didnt comply.

I wish someone would open a class action law suit against them, i would gladly be a part of it.
