1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What makes you still join the bounty campaigns? on: October 17, 2019, 04:16:03 PM
you can’t argue, the payment for advertising is really very small, but believing in the incredible potential of the crypto industry, I continue to work, even if not all projects bring a lot of income, but if you continue to work for years, which doesn’t take so much time, I’m sure that it will be an excellent result
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To bounty hunters & investors on: October 17, 2019, 04:12:41 PM
Good advice, I agree, but everything happens in the world of cryptography - everything is possible, to say for sure that ICO is a complete fraud - you can’t, there are many projects that raise funds just as quickly and pay well for advertising participants
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Day Trading or Long-term Hodl? on: October 17, 2019, 04:06:51 PM
Despite the fact that I have many coins over the past couple of years that have lost their value, and they will remain for the long term, I prefer to trade in the medium term
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think of tokens that did not update their Bitcointalk thread on: October 16, 2019, 08:15:52 PM
I've participated in so many bounty campaigns and invested on some tokens coming from ICO, but I notice that so many of these projects are not or stopped updating their Bitcointalk announcement thread but they are so active in their telegram channel.

Do you think this is good for a project in general, let's admit it, Bitcointalk topics always shows up in search engine like Google while on telegram you have to scroll a lot or wait for an answer and they are missing up some potential investors who first look on Bitcointalk for project that they want to invest in..
stopping communication with the community, I think it’s a bad signal, the team stops answering investors' questions, it’s just like raising funds without obligations
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to invest safely in cryptocurrency? on: October 16, 2019, 08:13:13 PM
if I think personally a safe way to invest in cryptocurrency is :

1. the project runs according to the roadmap and whitepaper that has been made;
2. cryptocurrency that we invest in already has a product;
3. the team always updates about the progress that is happening in the project that we invest;
4. invest in project that are in the top 1-500 in coinmarketpcap (have a high volume);
5. the project we want to invest has been running for a long time (if I personally never invested in a new project), because investing in new project has a greater risk than we invest in old project.

Here is a simple example. It is about investing in the top 500.

See if the project is really good and he conducted Bounty, you can safely buy the tokens of this project on ForkD. If you have done a full analysis and see the potential in the project. Because hunters often sell coins there very very cheaply. Say for $ 20 you can buy a large number of coins. And there is a big chance that in the future $ 20 will turn into $ 20,000. It's all about analysis.
that's right, analysis, buying for a pittance, a great scheme, but also do not invest those funds that are afraid to lose, it is ideal to do this on an ongoing basis, investing free funds
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Blockchain-based social media worth it? on: October 16, 2019, 08:09:12 PM
Now there is a massive data leak, and it is not yet known what all this can lead to, a social network based on blockchain technology will probably partially solve this problem, but then all the information will be available to all participants, there are pluses, but also a lot of minuses
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about the Facebook Libra cryptocurrency idea? on: October 16, 2019, 08:01:09 PM
I am against this.

They are givingg Mark Zuckerberg a chance to dominate the financial industry.
If this goes on then he will be a part of the manipulators of the world which we all dont want to since our privacy can also be in danger.
Why? Facebook. A lot of people are using that application for ease in communicating with their love ones.
It cannot be stopped and it is still growing everyday.

Now, he have your money and also your information. What do you think is next?
Yes, I also think so, if such resources are used to manipulate the market and the monopoly, it’s scary to think what will happen
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reality of tokens on: October 15, 2019, 06:28:33 PM
I think ICO is less attractive now. Even though there are some projects that run ICO but eventually it will fail and bring novice investors money.
With this service, it can finally be seen that deceiving people is easy and inexpensive, not comparable to what they get from investors. It's better to learn more from experienced ones to invest in the right and profitable way.
IEO as a new tendency of token sales is replacing the ICOs and investing in the ICOs doesn't look attractive for me. It is now a type of fundraising for the scammers and the security concerns are no more barriers for IEO investors. Bearing the new features to the fundraising goals changes the opinion of the crypto population, the situation was changed from negative to the positive side.
Yes, IEO is better than ICO, but in fact after the IEO period is over and the HYPE period is over, prices that have soared become slumped immediately. So I think this is the same as money games. Whoever comes at the beginning gets the most. It was seen from investors who just want to profit quickly. In the long run, it depends on the development of the coin or token itself.

Absolutely, so I would rather buy the dip, waiting for the IEO, checking if it was successful, if it is and I know that it has potential then waiting for the exchange listing and buying at dip, or below IEO price, I don't usually participate in IEO nor ICO as I know how market works these past few months, it is not that good compare to the past years.
Yes, it’s difficult now to compare the market with, say, 2017, a lot of problematic projects, market correction, and the decline of altcoins, I also think that in addition to investments, you need to constantly trade, while it does not matter how much a coin costs, you can trade and a little profit, but constantly
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stablecoins Threats to Global Financial Stability? on: October 15, 2019, 06:22:51 PM
I believe that stable coins are not a threat in itself, the whole world of banks is concerned that the very rapid development of the crypto industry can shake the whole system, and in every way oppose it, although I believe that this is inevitable
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in multiple altcoins on: October 15, 2019, 06:17:07 PM
Investing in multiple coins can be leasing if you are not an expect in the case that you can get to loose track of ypur investment so i asvice you invest in just one or two coins and face focus on them only, that not been said i advice you buy BTC and any other alt of your choice
i will only invest to the coin that i think has a potential seperating your investment will be a good way but only invest in waht you are trusting most .
    For sure people only invest in those coins which they trustily having in their portfolio. I guess the bitcoin is the best coin to invest and hold for long term. I prefer investing in only one coin which has potential and  value in market. Bitcoin and ETH are my investment i know it’s going to be profitable and it is best Altcoin.
here, probably, the first 2 coins are the best investment, and even if you just periodically take profits in stable coins at a small elevation, you can well increase the value of your portfolio or at least pay back your investments
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Came Back After a Year on: October 15, 2019, 06:11:51 PM
Hey, Guys, I am jak3, I came back after 1year. (i barely visited this forum in this 1year) but I remember when I left this forum there was a lot of bitcoin campaigns and a lot of discussion topics. But nowadays people are only talking about altcoins. Can you guys tell me what I am missing till now or what exactly did happen under this 1year? I do have some idea about merits thought. Hope I can get a grip back into the discussions.
I think after the unsuccessful 2018, many became discouraged and went on vacation, but despite the fact that many projects simply cannot raise funds sufficient for implementation and testing on a good exchange, the crypto world lives on, and in general the picture is a little more fun than Last year
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Update List Scam Airdrop 2019 ...... on: October 15, 2019, 06:05:50 PM
Can you please explain how not receiving airdrops token will benefit scammers? the work is free, just join few channels and groups to get paid, i don't invest any penny, i do promote noia network and they haven't pay but who cares?
We want everyone to know about airdrop scams. When we work for them but do not pay. So hopefully everyone supports this topic.
We use our efforts to PR airdrop for them, when they succeed, they abandon us

the point here is not that scam projects are deceiving investors, but that we help them to advertise such projects relying on hopes, it would be nice to have such a resource where specialists could track such projects
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will crypto really go to zero? on: October 14, 2019, 04:50:22 PM
I completely agree, yes, there were falls and very strong, I think it is still possible in the crypto market, but a complete disappearance will never happen while the Internet exists
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fee-less cryptocurrencies...Are they the future? on: October 14, 2019, 04:46:09 PM
The cryptocurrency will not be able to survive without commissions, they are no longer large compared to bank ones, it will also be impossible to add new coins without a reward, the cryptocurrency market will not survive without a commission
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't Judge a Book By Its Cover on: October 14, 2019, 04:40:13 PM
the design issue is the money spent that the company attracts in the crypto market, many minor companies invest more in the cover, which does not always become true
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SEC blocks Telegram with its $1.7 Billion token sale on: October 14, 2019, 04:33:21 PM
I totally disagree with this decision SEC always took action very late against big ICOs why not they awake on the right time and now again people will lost their money without getting any refund. This is really unprofessional behavior what happening in this case because SEC has fishy track record.
I think that these delays are caused artificially, perhaps they see the new project as a payment platform that is suitable for the bank’s activities, it will be difficult to guess,  what the team should do, I think the project has the best minds of mankind, and with such resources they can solve this problem
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Privacy Scandal at its peak. on: October 14, 2019, 04:27:12 PM
Yes, storing information on the network is a big problem of the society in which we live, an example of posting data on the blockchain is not yet a guarantee of deviation, technologies are developing, and everything that happens on the network is constantly being analyzed, unfortunately this cannot be avoided
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New projects are responsible for the death of their tokens on: October 13, 2019, 07:50:28 PM
The fact is that at present there is mostly no responsibility regarding tokens. in my opinion many do not care or even tend to let what happens to the development of tokens so that there is indeed a name that fails to the number of projects at this time. and the victims are certainly getting bigger due to the failure of the project
perhaps many teams simply do nothing because they consider the market conditions unsuitable for any kind of active action.
it seems like, for example, I have many wallets since the beginning of 2018, and most of them do not even trade on any exchange, although the fees were successful
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What caused the emergence of cryptocurrencies? on: October 13, 2019, 07:44:36 PM
Beautifully written, cryptocurrency is the future of the world I do not think that it can now disappear. this is a very convenient payment system. I believe that in the future it will displace the dollar!

Yes, I think that crypto is forever, the world is changing, blockchain technology, and new projects in the crypto industry will help to quickly introduce crypto in all areas of life
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping crypto from mass adoption? on: October 13, 2019, 07:40:29 PM
which postpones mass adoption is regulation. in almost every country, the adoption of crypto is always hindered by regulations. To encourage mass adoption of cryptocurrency, the role of government in each country is needed. without it all we can only see the mass adoption of a dream.
Government needs to stand for their position regarding to crypto currency, mass adoption will follow if regulations will be implemented inside countries jurisdictions. It's delaying everything since people around certain place are still in puzzle to what position the government have for this crypto currencies.
If there's a positive treatment coming from the ruling government more people will embrace this system and adoption will be expected a lot.
yes, I agree, I also think that first of all the governments themselves should determine the rules and regulations, for example, in relation to new coins, and fundraising, then maybe there will be less fraud and confidence in crypto will appear
