Just signed up, I'll give this a try.
I've reached level 2. Has anyone found the "optimal" town layout yet?

I have an AC3 key that came with a graphics card I bought last year, willing to sell it.
I'm willing to send first since I'm not sure if it's still valid.

68 MH/s with those settings. A bit better, but not as drastic as I had hoped.

About the same hashrate on aggression=10 as guiminer on a GTX 650 Ti, 50-ish MH/s.
I'm not too familiar with the other settings (gpugrid and gputhreads) so I'm not sure if those would raise the hash rate a significant amount,

I'd like a compiled binary for the 209 error, I tried doing it on VS2012 and got a bunch of errors.

Bought a 650 Ti for gaming, got an AC3 key from Newegg.
I'll take 1 BTC.

Is there such thing as "difficulty" in terms of proof-of-stake?
Yes there is. You can see it with 'getdifficulty'. So what does difficulty 1 represent, a certain amount of coin-age you need?

Stopped mining LTC because the CPU time wasn't worth it, but I haven't received my payout even though my balance is around 7 LTC. Not enough funds?
|

My miner frequently drops to around 50Mh/s, when I usually get 160Mh/s on other pools. Is this just a thing p2pool does, or is it server load or something?

Yup, CGminer works well.
There isn't much of a reason to go solo nowadays, with 0% fee pools you'll get less variance.
