I just wanted to thank you for providing such a great service. I've been using fairlay for almost one year now, and i have to say that you are indeed a must have bookie/prediction site.
Never had a problem, all withdrawals were processed instantly, bets get settled very fast and your odds are just like pinnacles or even better.

Since i am not allowed to use pinnacle anymore there wasn't really a reliable alternative on the FIAT bookie market for me. So i found out about fairlay, gave it a go and didn't regret it.

However, i don't really understand why there is such a low matched market volume on your site, it's really saddening to see that your site doesn't have the player volume it deserves.

I hope that your business is doing well because i don't want to miss your site in the future, you guys are indeed a better version of pinnacle.

Even bet365 or any other bookie that offers ITF can't keep up with that. You are my favorite bookie right now.

What happened to your ITF Tennis limits? Can't barely place more than $10 / 20 mbtc on a single match...

I know that you're offering a lot of markets so this little ITF Event in Hongkong may got overlooked, i do understand that.

Support said that they're experiencing technical difficulties and the tech team should fix it asap.

Won't bet there anymore until its fixed.

I love this sportsbook. Great odds, instant transactions and a friendly customer service.

I do not bet soccer, so i can't rate the odds there. My experiences with odds on baseball & tennis matches are great, the odds are even better than pinnacles!

Since you can see how many withdrawals were made (by withdrawal ID/ numbers), I am a bit surprised that it seems like they have not that much customers which they would really deserve.

I do appreciate your service since it has the biggest market and bet options available in tennis betting (especially ITF's) of all sportsbooks (even non bitcoin books), your tennis odds are even better than bet365s.

But on the other hand your customer support is the worst I have ever witnessed. I haven't received one proper answer from your support team, it's all the same automatic generated bs you get, even if you send a blank e-mail to support@cloudbet.com.

To be fair, this delay of grading is the first time I am having issues with your service. Every other transaction has been A+ and i never had a reason to contact your CS.

But since I had to contact you, your support wasn't able to respond to an issue that could have been solved in less than a minute, that is just terrible.

I do understand that the grading of bets may take some time, but anything above 6 hours after the official result has been posted on the event page on YOUR WEBSITE is just ridiculous.

Your book has the potential to become a big player in the betting industry, but if you don't improve the way to communicate properly with your customers i don't see this happening.

48 hours here even though the final result was entered on the event page immediately. Support won't answer either, kind of disappointing...
