Hello,

After making two bets today, Cloudbet deducted much more money/Bitcoin from my balance than what I risked with my bets.  So, as of now, CloudBet has taken Bitcoin from me for no reason.  I have sent an email to customer support asking why this would happen and for it to get fixed.  I haven't heard back yet.  If there is a CloudBet person on this forum, I'd love to know what happened and how I can get my balance corrected.

The other problem is that I don't see on CloudBet where I can see a running historical total of my balance after each bet.  So, I'm working off my memory as to what my balance was before CloudBet took my Bitcoin and what it should be, although I'm pretty sure i know about what it was and should be.

Really? I'm not getting anything but negative reviews on this site from this thread. I placed one winning bet and there was a delay before winning amount got credited to my account. I've withdrew my money and won't be placing any bet on this site until they fix all these long delays and error.

please bring back the game & set handicaps on the ITF tour. That was the main reason why I have used your sportsbook. You have blocked these markets for over 3 weeks now.

I apologize for my post.  It was an error on my end.  However, I did send an email to customer support about this.  They responded quickly to acknowledge they received my email but did not respond for several hours after that.  After about 6 hours, i emailed them back to say it ws my mistake and they sent an email back quickly acknowledging receipt of that email.  I did have an issue with them before regarding a mistake I made with a betting amount and asking them if they'd correct it before the game started and I didn't get a response for several hours.

So, disregard the issue with my balance, but they don't seem to be quick about responding to customer support issues in my experience.

You guys were my favorite gambling site until recently.

Obviously lowered payouts for slots, higher deposit times, and not giving me bonuses i won during slots.

I just tried to make a withdrawal from the my account.  The page is simple, you just enter the amount and your Bitcoin address but when I do that and clock withdraw, I get an error message that says "Unprocessable Entity".  I may be screwing this up, but i don't think so.  There isn't much to it.  I just sent an email to support so we'll see how that goes.  But, I would like to make a withdrawal and it isn't happening so far.

I might have figured it out.   They list a fee of .0001 at the bottom.  I assumed they took that out of my balance on their own but you have to reduce your balance by that amount in the withdrawal blank for it to work.  Weird and probably something that should be mentioned but when I reduced my withdrawal by their fee amount, it seemed to have worked.

Yes once I messaged the support and asked about a bet, what they always have a fix reply is : We will look to your query as soon as possible " or something like that , basically person was waiting for you to look into it, not for a reply.. even then my problem wasn't solved. Anyways later was sorted though.

Really? All you have to do is credit the account, Im not asking you to send to a specific btc address. I simply asked you provide me with the 2 bonus games in slots instead of course they are just going to steal from me

Adding another update. They finally cleared my btc from the craps game. At first the cleared btc did not show up in my balance. It was added after I sent a followup email to their support. I still do not know if the craps game works properly and I am not trying to find out unless they tell me it is working.

I have been trying out their live blackjack. If I come out of it with a profit, I'll update if my withdrawal come through or not.

Yah, the odds of this site is really good, particularly on the sports, they also offer a lot of sports to bet on, but the main problem is just the support. It really takes time to solve simple issues. Admin please improve your support so we will stay on your site. Good Luck

You are an anonymous betting site, I asked you 0.5-1 years ago and it is industry standard that an anonymous site puts an online contact form into their contat us section , so the customers do not have to change their names in their client app, when they want to contact you but they dont want to share their real names with you.


When will you add this standard online contact form to your page ?


Hint: Never.  Because cloudbet has no real customer support and with an anonymous online contact form they would get more messages.

well said and one other thing i do not like about their support is the number of personnel on one case such that any problems brought forward take over a day to be resolved. i personally dont see it to be a control as it doesnt benefit me with their so called investigations
