Hello, my Order #14318 has been stuck on "Private Key is in queue to be funded." for a little while. Could you check on it? Thanks!

Edit: It's been processed now, Thanks again!

Hey, if we get ripped off, you can come to my house and join me in shooting guns at old computers.
I feel like it couldn't hurt the situation.  Lips sealed

Ever loaded up some targets with tannerite and shot at them? Good fun if you have the land  Cool

13 hours ago I transferred ~$100 through BitInstant to BitStamp and it still has not shown up.

I just got a quick reply from customer service when I used the "Contact Us" form on their website.
I got no response from support@bitinstant.com (email sent 10 hours ago).

I will update this thread once I have something more to share.

Oh, I just got a reply from customer service as I wrote this post.
"I apologize for the delay. We have a low balance on the exchange that has caused orders to get ‘stuck’ in our system. As soon as we have the appropriate balance, I will manually transfer your order. Thanks for your patience!"

I will update when the funds are in my BitStamp account.
Problems are unavoidable, but BitInstant seems very willing to fix the problems.
I'm content with the process so far...  Undecided

I got the exact same email reply. I don't know why they are accepting orders if they have NO BITCOINS TO GIVE IN RETURN!!! This is just stupid. I could have used another bitcoin service this morning rather than being inpatient and wanting to deposit them last night, and I would have had them by now. Why didn't they just temporarily shut the site down until things were straightened out.

And can newbies not send PM's? I want to PM the owner but there is no ling to. I've been getting fucked for money all week and I am about to explode with anger.

You should be able to PM after your first post mate.

I picked the wrong day to buy bitcoins.  I have been trying since yesterday to contact Bitinstant.  I don't know where my funds are!  They should have posted something saying they were down and not to use them.  This is really pissing me off.  Bit Instant my ass.

I'm in the same boat, I hope they decide to start communicating.

The NSA could takeover 51% of the hashing.

How long does it usually take for BTC-E reserves to be replenished? My order didn't go through yesterday, it says "Order execution failed" and I suspect this is why.

Luckily I got my funds last week even though it took 5 days.  I came back on here because I need to get some more Bitcoins but it looks like Bitinstant is still not a viable option.  Does anybody know any other reputable companies where I can pay cash at a location and receive Bitcoins within a day.

Bitfloor.com lets you do cash deposits at Bank of America branches.
