1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what a great month on: October 09, 2018, 05:35:20 PM
how do you feel the market hopes there is changes now, because some months ago there are some person's(me) here in this forum whom has been worried about the market price but today the market is really up... $245.15, so hopefully there is change in the market.

what do you think?
Investor concerns will continue to be felt during the decline several months ago, it is normal because their assets continue to decrease. But with a slight increase that occurs at this time, gives little motivation to continue to believe in the future of Crypto. I hope this increase is the beginning of the crypto market revival!
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: goodbye fiat and USD. on: October 09, 2018, 05:00:01 PM
USD currency is very good because many countries accept it for purchases, sales and more. Even now the price of bitcoin still refers to the USD, initially investors can buy bitcoin only with USD, but after crypto develops around the world, Crypto can be bought with local currency provided at the exchange place in their respective countries.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to effectively promote projects? on: October 09, 2018, 04:17:56 PM
When I didn't know crypto, I often saw ICO project ads on Facebook and I ignored them, so I don't think that was effective. in my opinion, it would be more effective if ICO project advertisements were displayed in the crypto community. Currently, the bounty campaign is used by most ICO projects. It is very effective because it has a large community and has been proven to be able to advance cryptocurrency.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Expectations of experts on Bitcoin on: October 07, 2018, 07:41:19 PM
No single point that you mention will affect the market in the long run. It looks like this year we have to forget about the bull market and it seems that this year may not be the year for Crypto. But we have seen prices remain stable for almost a few weeks. We cannot expect anything now unless all FUDs are lost and the rate of adoption of crypto increases.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Did bounty hunters really get token for free? on: October 07, 2018, 07:27:34 PM
For me, the reward the token at the end of the campaign is not free because to get that result, we also spend a lot of time and energy to implement campaign rules, so that the project we advertise is successful and reaches its popularity. sometimes we get tokens that are worthless or managers don't pay us because their projects fail. Is that all still called free tokens?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2020 is best year for cryptoholders on: October 07, 2018, 06:47:17 PM
Yes, I'm optimistic that one or two years later our assets in Crypto will rise, but it's not a short time, you have to increase your patience, because 2020 is three years from now, if the cryptocurrency marketcap increases in large volumes, I think you will be paid for your patience. that means you have succeeded in a long-term investment.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi. What did he found to create something like bitcoin? on: October 07, 2018, 03:32:35 PM
I think Satoshi created bitcoin because he was not satisfied with the current currency system, he tried to create a peer-to-peer transaction system that did not involve third parties to cut transaction costs and add anonymity features to protect the privacy of Bitcoin users. Bitcoin comes as an innovation in the banking world which in my opinion is very helpful in everyday life.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When was the first time you bought in cryptocurrencies? on: October 07, 2018, 03:14:15 PM
My first crypto purchase was 2 years ago but I can't remember the exact date and I had the right time to buy crypto at a much lower price, I got a little profit from the purchase and since then I have been involved with lots of coins and it's very easy to make a profit in crypto daily trading or long-term investment but now it is very difficult to make a profit, maybe because of a bearish trend.
9  Economy / Speculation / Re: Q4 prediction for Bitcoin? Time to buy now? on: October 04, 2018, 05:50:18 PM
Q4 predictions are not a reason to invest now, because I see, at any time it will be profitable if we can read the direction of the market. But because the crypto market is currently falling and this is an opportunity to invest when Bitcoin reaches $ 6,000. Bitcoin has been in this price range since 6 months ago so support at $ 6,000 can be considered very strong and this might even be the basis for last year's bull run correction.
10  Economy / Speculation / Re: No Bitcoin bullrun this year. on: October 04, 2018, 04:59:43 PM
A lot of people telling that there will be no Bitcoin bullrun this year. Do you think it is TRUE? I am worried because Bitcoins price might fall to the lowest this year.
At present there are many predictions in the crypto market but all of them are only predictions and will not be certain. But what I see in the crypto market is currently difficult to predict and if we review and review current events and situations I agree that bitcoin will not grow very big this year. Especially at the beginning of next year, maybe in the middle of next year something can arouse market enthusiasm.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Power consumption of Bitcoin mining on: October 04, 2018, 04:46:25 PM
Today I read this article.....

https://www.ccn.com/bitcoins-electricity-usage-could-power-all-of-austria-in-the-future/

It says in 2018 Bitcoin mining may consume 0.5% of world’s electricity in 2018.
I think this is because the mechanism "PoW" of Bitcoin. It costs a lot of power. And it looks like this statistics only includes Bitcoin, but there are still other coins can be mined.
I am sure for some people this is not environment-friendly and this could be used as the reason to restrict Bitcoin.

Will this affect the future of Bitcoin? or will there be any new energy-saving mining method for Bitcoin or other coins? How do you think about this?

This has been handled many times in this forum. And it is always exaggerated, whether it is for what purpose, which surely drops the image of Bitcoin. If it's true that mining consumes a large amount of electricity to exploit Bitcoin, of course the government will offer a more reasonable price to minimize this. So you don't have to worry too much about that.

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Criminal life is easier on: October 02, 2018, 06:00:28 PM
How do you think: does crypto make criminal life much easier? We all know that criminals use crypto to sell drugs, guns, people and everything else. Did crypto make doing such things easier? Earlier criminals had to think how to keep their anonymity and get paid, how launder their money, how to not get catched with this. But now they can just use crypto and all the headache about this financial troubles passed away. Of course there is much bigger positive points of crypto and not every user of crypto is a criminal, but anyway are you worried about this? Criminals also worsen the reputation of crypto that is not really stable itself.
Until now I still believe that crypto is only a tool, as long as people use it in a good way, crime will never occur. We can't control crypto but use it in a good way is worth doing. Just ignore people who use crypto for crime, because bad people have been present before crypto was born.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the King ! Why ? on: October 02, 2018, 05:52:34 PM
I think bitcoin is considered the king of all coins in crypto because bitcoins have very high value, and bitcoin is the first crypto coin that is already popular, its limited supply makes Bitcoin rare and has high value, so it's not wrong if bitcoin is king of crypto, because until now there are no coins that can rival the price of bitcoin.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I join 50 bounties on: October 02, 2018, 05:46:08 PM
I join 50 bounties and spent my time in front of a computer what was reasonable..?
Than you join many gifts, you better handle one really good project. because it will be a waste of time if you handle too many gifts, which I fear you don't have time to analyze projects and study cryptocurrency in depth.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your HODL motivation on: October 02, 2018, 05:38:57 PM
Hold is the best way for the current situation because if I sell it I loss. My motivation to date is the market situation that is still unstable today, so it's better to hold bitcoin so that I can benefit when bitcoin rises because I believe Bitcoin can rise again after its fall like last year.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why creating more coins. on: September 23, 2018, 01:17:32 AM
With recent market situation, I begin wondering why creating more coins. Does it means that if all effort is put on bitcoin, the community will not achieve her goal? If that is true, why not we maintain the existing ones to enable them have more stability and gain global recognition.
Some of the said coins are duplicating functions, why not merge coins with same functions to enable the community grow faster.
Currently some investor are passing through hard times and if all our effort is targeted towards the first 10 or 20  widely known coins, their standard is maintain, investors will be happy.
They come to the crypto market to compete, to be the best and gain the trust of investors, but that is not what they get, most investors still believe in the top rankings such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, so dear to those who have developed projects to bring new coins to the market, it is not profitable but often the items used to get temporary profits, everything becomes hampered after many coins are listed here.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is one and only no matter what on: September 23, 2018, 01:00:00 AM
You are right, Bitcoin is a pioneer of cryuptocurrency that is very popular throughout the world, because it is present as the most popular currency and investment at the moment. But, there are several altcoins that try to follow Bitcoin's success like Eteherum. BCH and EOS. But, still, they can't even replace Bitcoin as the No. 1 crypto in the crypto market.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Bounty Hunters also considered Investors? on: September 23, 2018, 12:36:30 AM
I normally see some crypto projects which promise Investors certain amount of dividend depending on how much coin/token they own.

The word "Investors" is normally used for people who own shares of a particular project/company, but in cryptocurrency this "shares" normally refers to coins/tokens, which makes me wonder if bounty/airdrop hunters are also considered "Investors" since they hold certain quantity of these coins/token
Every individual who holds a number of coins can be called an investor. and some prize hunters save campaign prize coins as their future investment. That is why in projects that ask you to confirm your identity, not only do investors need to go through this process but prize hunters too, and that makes sense because they get a share of coins and dividends that might, if any, the difference is that investors enter money into the project while the prize hunter puts their effort and time.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: COMPANIES IN JAPAN PAYING SALARY IN BITCOIN on: September 23, 2018, 12:18:28 AM
COMPANIES IN JAPAN PAYING SALARY IN BITCOIN
This is very good for bitcoin and also altcoin  if all contries like Japan  become crypto friendly then crypto world be amazing for crypto lovers  and many will become millionaire and billionaire
this is old news, I am already familiar with this news, and in fact has no effect on the price of bitcoins or even altcoins, I think if Japan pays workers with bitcoin then what does it have to do with altcoin?
Indeed it does not affect the price of altcoins, but some Bitcoin holders usually always venture into the altcoin and look for altcoins to be potential investments, if the adoption of the altcoin increases the price of the altcoin will rise.
