Add me to the Got Fucked club. Been with Bittrex over a year. 3 days ago I find out that I have a .020 BTC withdrawal limit. Today I found out that I have a 0 (Zero) BTC withdrawal limit. Basic Verification told me to fuck off...and my I.D and a selfie for Enhanced? Helll Naaaaw. Luckily I keep my real deal shit on an offline wallet. Bittrex I'm done with yo ass forever as soon as I get my money back.

Hello guys and gals. How long does it usually take for "Fetching Basilisk Data" to fetch the data from the Blockchain. I can see my balance via the block-explorer but my Agama wallet balance shows 0 (Zero). I've tried to refresh Cache Data and Fetch wallet data but I get the same result info of a Zero balance available. What am I missing? No Data Available. I've been trying to access my coins for months.  When I try to switch to Full Mode and download the chain it says that Komodo is already running. By far out of all the wallets I deal with this one is the most difficult. This issue been there for few months now...just keep refreshing/resending until "hopefully" happens! Thanks for the reply. Agama has java script error. I've gone to GIT HUB and Supernet page. They both have the error.

I cannot request the payout because the page states that I have a ZERO balance even though the blockchain says that I have coins. You cannot request your payout when the ICO page says you have no coins to payout.

How the heck can you request a payout when the ICO page says you have a zero balance....but the blockchain clearly shows the the address has your positive, correct balance. Is the ICO page not synced with the blockchain?

Hello all. I have an issue. I can see my coins on the blockchain but my KMD ICO page says that it's a zero balance. Then...I requested a new seed and it changed the whole fucking address on the ICO page. Luckily I have a copy of the seed from the original address that has my KMD on it. Now...I have no idea how to access the old address...and my original problem still exist. The original address was showing a zero balance even though it clearly states my balance on the blockchain? I have lots of different coins...KMD is clearly the most challenging. Thanks for any input.  UPDATE: Ok...got the old address back on the page YAYYYY. However, it still shows a zero balance on the page but an accurate balance on the blockchain aka block explorer. I'll keep tying to hash this out in the mean time. Now you have to access the coins via a wallet. Going to download Agama wallet. Hopefully the seed phrase is the so called private key because that's all I have. I've downloaded the KOMODO GUI wallet and I'm waiting for it to sync. When I go to import the wallet it asks for the private key. I have the seed phrase. Is the seed phrase Komodo's private key? Yes the seed is all you need, though technically it's not the private key it is used to generate it. The seed is for agama wallet. Thanks man. I'll update the situation tomorrow. I really appreciate your guidance. |

Trust is cool and all but I'm a put it in writing kind of guy. I'm an ICO investor and I haven't sold a single coin. I believe in the project so I hold.
I'm a patient man too so I'll take the He say, She say, with a grain of salt until the whitepaper is available.
Also, debating is healthy. There's nothing wrong with heated argument. All ICN holders would like to see this project succeed.
