Bittrex Withdrawal Problem due to Verification

I am currently losing my mind with this. I tried to insert my street address several times before it got through, and now it's not in the official form that is used in my country. And I cannot change it. I have something like 100€ there in total, and I wouldn't have used bittrex in the first place if I had knew this is so hard.

Too i have a problem with Mismatch Name i cant withdraw any amount of btc and i dont have any kind of verification very bad position for me

My account is from 2014. I also had to try to verify it (there seem to be no legacy accounts as some wrote). Basic verification failed, and my data cannot be changed by me anymore.
I'm definitely not going to send some crypto exchange my ID or a fucking selfie. I never used fiat, only traded btc <> altcoins. So I will just use other exchanges from now on.

Thank god I never store any coins on exchanges, otherwise I would feel pretty much raped now..

So after raising a ticket to the Bittrex support, I was waiting 7 damn days and didn’t get any reply what might caused the issue with my account. When checking the Enhanced Verification, saw that there was again an other error message with Name Mismatch which is not the same than on the Basic Verification. It didn’t show my middle name and again have to wait up to 7-8 days, depending on the demand (whatever this means)

So was raising a ticket to the support with justifying myself and uploading other documents where my name was written without the middle name. After that I have enabled 2FA Authentication. Then again was waiting and waiting without any reply. Day 5, I checked the ticket status and saw that it has been SOLVED. So again logged to my account and there the account still hasn‘t been set as verified.

Had really big stress as I thought that I have lost my 8 Bitcoins. So what I did was I tried to withdraw the coins to my wallet and then was so happy that it worked. Finally I have control now over my coins.

Personally I won’t use Buttrex anymore. How they treat honest customers is not correct. Some have really big amount of money in these Exchanges and providing NO ANSWER is also an answer. I had 12 days full mental stress and for sure I won’t let them treat me this way again.

I had also same problem of name mismatch.. I had made support ticket.. Today morning my support ticket is showing status of Solved but still my account is not verify or i am not able to transfer my coin..

What to do now ?

ok do i have to have an uploaded pic of the back of identification i uploaded 4 different pics 1 being a ssn card i just put the ticket in Sunday and i have tweeted at them should i upload the back of the DL as well? thanks

yo i might need to get on that campaign to expose bitterex as scammers my ticket has just been marked solved as well but i still cannot withdraw i got the withdrawal too small error when trying to withdraw 0.004 btc now it says withdrawal limit reached i must wait 24 hours i have send messages to 4 people on linkedin and facebook associated with bitterex

UPDATE: withdrawals work now i was on their ass fytb i told them thanks though for solving it quickly the guy said the ticket automatically marked issue as solved it should not have done that but as far as the future goes i dont know

I don't remember exact date but I think it was somewhere in 2017. Based on what you have written you have that 0.025, seems you've gotten at least something out. So you have to take little something every day. I have 0 BTC, but I haven't tried to send my passport yet.

35 days without answer on name missmatch problem, basic verification also failed, my ID informations that ive sent them are 100% correct. My coins are locked on bittrex. They allow unverified users only to deposit coins but not to withdraw, bittrex is showing hypocrisy to us.

I also have this problem on bittrex. Does the team of bittrex doing something about this issue?

I actually sent my name properly and the address. Plus i sent pictures files of my identification card with selfie but still cannot be verified. And i cannot withdraw anything of my deposited amount. How long will i wait? i already sent additional files on the reply trail of the ticket status but still no respond from the team.

If anyone has solution or technique to it please will you help me.

Same with me. I was playing with some small amounts on Bittrex and until recently I had a withdrawal limit of 0.025 BTC, which I was fine with. But today I logged in and I saw that the withdrawal limit is now 0 (zero)! I applied for basic verification, but got the error "NO PUBLIC RECORD MATCH" and the only option given is to apply for "Enhanced Verification". Thanks, but no thanks. There's no way I send more information to these scammers. Spread the word guys, I have the bad feeling that they'll soon disappear with everyone's money...

I strongly recommend people with coins on Bittrex to withdraw them immediately if they still can. I couldn't withdraw them, but fortunately it is a very small amount in my case.

Bittrex sucks, one can't withdraw unless verified. earlier my account was legacy and now it's tagged as new, it's ridiculous. this is how they treat their early user. i got 50 mBTC stuck in there.

I am pissed!  Mine is tagged as new too, and I just made a similar withdrawal a few days ago.  If I ever get my money out, I will never use them again. It's beginning to look like they are just making up excuses in an attempt to let their deposits catch up to their withdrawals.  This happened to me at cryptsy too before they ran!  Same thing ---> looks like Bittrex has a liquidity problem.

Ok looks like a new policy again and because of your posts I will refrain from using Bittrex for now.

At the time this thread was created, what OP needs is just Basic Verification (basically just a mobile number) so that withdrawal will be available and it goes smoothly as confirmed by OP on previous page. Out of curiousity, I created a new account now and what I saw from Basic Verification now is we need to verified our details unlike before that mobile number is enough.

Weird. My account was tagged as BASIC there so withdrawals should be fine too. I supposed to transfer some of my funds to them a while ago but I saw your responses here so I suddenly not to do it at the moment. Maybe will wait for more responses.
