You stupid miner cunts..
You dumping the coin to make a quick profit Huh

Stupid assholes....

Well done you made 20% Cryptocurrency or whatever pool told you to  mine said was profitable..

They are big companies owned by BTC holders and you sold your hard work for nothing....
Idiots !!!

Mine and hold for the rich and famous :-)

A message to all miners.. This is a community coin not some corporate coin that takes 20% of everything you mine.
Take your time to sell these coins.. DONT DUMP THEM !!!

We can try and raise the price therefore making better profits...
This coin has the potential to be close to the same price as Zcash...

I'm mining and holding these coins until they reach at least 0.1..

Would be silly to throw them away now for next to nothing, you will be kicking yourself later if you keep dumping them..

I'm not losing my faith to this coin.. Yes I believe that it will going to reach 0.1BTC

Thats good. You will be happy you did.
The price is only going down because BTC is going up.. All alts go down.
People start to panick and sell everything.. This is a bad decision.. Then they try to buy back when the price goes up..
I have seen this many times before. If you want to make money mine it and hold it.. dont try to sell it lower then the next person.. in the end you all lose.
Be a winner for a change  :-)

I like the idea of this. Its the way Bitcoin was done.

1) No slow start bullshit to kill price discovery
2) No founders tax
3) No secret investment round
4) And no "company" minting off my mining power

Zclassic has a pretty big community for a coin thats 9 days old. People are gonna choose something because lets face it... the technology is pretty damn good.

The Zcash coin company (yes thats right. Company) had a private investment round that we "plebs" never had a chance to invest in and now they are going to flog it off x100 on us? No thank you.

The people have chosen this coin and I respect that. I do too.

Now lets get this baby on some larger exchanges next week so CCEX can stop crashing on high user load!

Bittrex anyone?

moonrock

Yes well said..
If someone knows how we can apply to various exchanges to get this coin listed.. please post the links..
I have already applied to Poloniex. The more people that keep applying the better the chances are that ZCL can get listed.

Here is Poloniex request coin link.. https://poloniex.com/coinRequest

Thanks in advance

ZClassic ...Congratulations on your great and speedy work..

I too agree that ZEC devs are being unreasonable taking away 20% of every coin that is mined and traded. Plus pre-mine.
I understand that dev's need to be paid for their work but it doesnt cost 100's of millions to develop this coin further..
It is one thing to cover your costs and make a decent earning but quite another when you rape the community that supports you and gets you off the ground.

I like it when people are successful but I don't like it when you get Ferrari's, Porshes, Lamborghini's, swanky New York penthouses and Malibu mansions at the expense of the people that form the community that supported you when you were unknown. We placed our trust in you only to be shafted.

The truth is that just like most other coins... The devs copy/paste from Bitcoin.. tweak a little add a name and then use the community to build that coins name. XRP (Ripple) is a great example.. Then when the company/devs get noticed by big companies, corporations and banks they forget about the community that helped them get there and sell off the technology behind the coin to get rich quick, while the rest of the community don't benefit from this at all. Man and his greed for money hey !!

Golem is another classic example of rich getting richer and poor not even having a chance to begin with.
$8.4 million raised in 20 mins.. That money is our money !!! Worst part is they create a coin that they sell back to the traders for even more profit.. What a joke.. I guess the sheeple are easy prey...

Anyway the way I see it is like this..
When ETH goes POS and can't be mined by people like me and you.. the mining power will go to the next 3 most profitable coins..
ZCL and ETC and ZEC (in no particular order :-)

The hashrate will grow exponentially and at first at the current prices it will be unprofitable to mine so the correction will force the price up..
Lets hope that price increase will go to Zclassic in support of the miners and traders alike and not more money in greedy ZEC dev pockets..

The community has many times stood together and every time come out on top.. This will be the same.
Mine those Zclassics or Zickles and hold them.. miners don't dump them... and let us, as a community, make some money together to be shared equally for our efforts

It is NOT high enough  Wink

I would gladly pay double to be able to use your miner.

Thank you for your time and effort.

adaseb, First you write:

For everybody that keeps repeating the same question over and over again...

HE WON'T BE RELEASING ANY NVIDIA OR LINUX VERSIONS!!!!

A really large improvement using v3.1.

Fiji: 85H/s (!)
Hawaii: ~80H/s
Tahiti: 50H/s

That is really great !! Ive got Sapphire RX470 OC 4GB Hynix Ellesmere.
Please can you advise what bios and settings for these..
I'm currently using 1375 straps and auto GPU with lower voltage and 1850/875
Getting 55H/s to 62H/s version 3.0

Which exchanges are currently trading Zclassic ? I looked on Cryptrader.com but couldn't see it listed there.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v3.0 on: November 09, 2016, 06:38:51 PM
Claymore is MEGA-monster!  Shocked
RX480 4G with mod. mem timings = 70-72 sol\sec

wich timings are you using?

can you share the rom?

thanks

ROM (from MSI RX480 4G, only for HYNIX memory):
http://hushome.com/img/patched2(1950stable).rom (click rmouse and select "save link as...")
Overclocked memory from 1750 to 1950@1000mV (or 2000-2050@1250mV - this may damage your card)
Result:

Thanks for sharing this. How stable is it ? Should work on Sapphire 470X OC 4GB (Hynix) right ?
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v3.0 on: November 09, 2016, 06:31:51 PM
Around 75 on the 390s (2 are running 80-82),  37-38 on the 380s, 55-60 on the 470s480s, and 62 on the 280x
not bad at all.  about 25% increase from previous version for me.

A bit off topic, but I have the sapphire nitro 470 I got (return from RMA)...and in atiflash it always fails....cant read rom.  Unless claymore is running then it reads it and "pass".  any ideas ?  I want to flash it but so far the only way would be to flash it while its working....which doesnt sound too good.

I had the same problem.. puzzled me for ages. Some rigs it read fine others not. I worked it out that if you copy the ATI folder with all files and put it in downloads and run it from there as administrator it works fine.

17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v7.3 (Windows/Linux) on: November 04, 2016, 11:39:36 AM
Very excited about the release of the new ZEC miner.. Thanks in advance Claymore.

Ive got a question about the current miner version 7.3 and was wondering if anyone can tell me if there was any increase in hashrate from version 6.4beta , which I am currently using, as I do not want to go upset the apple cart if its not necessary. All cards are RX470 OC Hynix and was getting about 25mh before changing to ZEC with Extermal miner and currently getting 35 sols per card. Excited to bump it up to 50 sols ASAP :-)
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Open Source ZEC (ZCash) GPU Miner AMD & NVidia (up to 45 sol/s on RX480) on: November 03, 2016, 11:31:20 AM
Thanks for updated version.. works very well.. Im getting 35 sols on Sapphire RX470 OC Hynix.
I have modded bios with 1500 straps all up.
It runs very stable although I am using a .bat file to restart miners every 300 secs.

What I would like to know is what settings to use.
For Ethereum I was using 1050/850 and 1850/875 but for some reason ZEC does not like this.
It seems to prefer auto GPU.
All settings that I have tried eventually cause the hashrate to drop to about a quarter.
At auto GPU it is stable for days and no issues but with 4 x RX470 per rig it is pulling 1200w at the wall.
Maximum for each PSU.

In one room I have 4 of these rigs with 4 cards and it is too much load on the circuit and trips at the board.
I would like to find out if anyone has any settings that work for these cards so I can reduce power draw.

Thanks in advance
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Hashrate RX 470 on: September 06, 2016, 06:42:25 AM
Yeah thanks. I flashed the cards with new timings and copied over the .sys file and used wattman to make adjustments. I can confirm 3 days mining with Sapphire  RX470 OC 4GB at 25.5Mhs each. Total draw at the wall for whole setup with 3 of these cards is 470w with monitor off. 500w with monitor on :-) Best settings is core 1050/820 and GPU 1850/850. This is dual mining ETH and SIA.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Hashrate RX 470 on: September 03, 2016, 07:31:51 AM
for the xfx cards, I dont know, I havent tried with those.  try setting -5mv to start and see if that sticks.  For the other question, yes it is worth it, but if you've never done it before I highly suggest only doing it on a card that has a dual bios switch (like the sapphire nitro).  there are many guides out there, in my previous comments I put a simple step solution to get it working.  but bricking cards is real, hence the dual bios switch.  and yeah its better to dual mine, but it uses much more electricity.
Thanks Fr4nkthetank...  I can confirm that dual mining does not use any more electricity.  Tested with a meter at the wall and both readings are the same at 570w. So I have decided to mine both Ethereum and Sia as I have worked it out that Sia will pay for roughly 60% of the electricity bill.  I believe my cards do have dual Bios as they are the Nitro version however before I do that I would like to know if anyone has settings for this card that work.  I'd prefer not to experiment and guess.  Thanks again.
