If we don't get a refund we should all report hem to the UK's national fraud reporting centre via their website: www.actionfraud.police.uk . I bet he did not pay his tax as well so the government can prosecute him as well http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/s_to_u/sentencing_manual/fraud/ (10 years imprisonment.) It is very easy to report. Maybe i'll even dedicate a site to prosecuting Simon.
