Do you live in London?
Someone who lives near to the office should visit them I think...
I can understand if they were wrong about the september 20 but they are just gone... strange...

I'm an hour or so away from London.

Getting a bad feeling about this  Undecided

You will be our hero if you could check it out and report back.

Thanks . . .

To be honest, I would be expecting the worst and to find an empty office.

Simon is actually subscribed to this thread and no doubt reading all these posts.

Might just be easier to communicate with your customers on here, hey Simon ?

Even if it is to be the bearer of bad news  Undecided

I ordered from Hashra in August and waited patiently for my tracking number to be issued around the 20th of September.
I've cracked off 4 emails now, all of the emails I sent are tracked and send me a little message when they have been viewed.
None of the emails sent to info@hashra.com have been viewed/opened.

The office in London is used for plenty of other businesses:
Hashra Ltd
145-157 St John Street
London
EC1V 4PW

http://interfraud.org/ni_british_connection.htm

Supposedly another 32405 businesses are listed at the address (lol):
http://www.ukaddressbook.uk/a/145-157-st-john-street-london-england-ec1v-4pw?search=hashra&filter=

Company type: Private Limited Company
Company number: 08828755
Company status: Active
Owner Director: Simon Bright, Born 1980

The Hong Kong Office (Virtual Office):
Level 9, Central Building
1-3 Pedder Street, Central
Hong Kong
+852 3975 2888

http://www.compassoffices.com/hong-kong-serviced-offices/home_en.php

I'm sure I read that if the item wasn't received by the 18th of October that a full refund would be issued in $ ? I paid in Bitcoin.

Anyway they only accepted Bank wire transfer or Bitcoin, so zero chance of seeing the money again.

I've purchased plenty of mining equipment over the years but the HashraTech price did seem to good to be true, lesson learnt.

i am also waiting for my order...

but let's be honest.. you can not produce such miner in one month ( small preorder .. means that they take money, then build it and ship it.. )
their first miners were produced by gridseed and zeusminer..
now wo do not really know who makes it..
maybe they try it themselves.. and did not have the many obstacles in mind..
the obstacles Alpha-Technology, KNC and mining-asics-technologies did not have in mind..
who are really in bad delay now..

so buying their miner was a bet.. a bet that they could manage it.
now it seems they lost their bet.
so they have to pay the money back on 15.10.2014 in fiat, as promised.
so we can bet on the next company...

I like your trust in Hashra that they will issue refunds, but the simple facts that a)Simon refuses to answer any emails b)has not even read emails from the user above who used read receipt c)had not even logged onto this forum, on his companies thread - that he is subscribed to and will receive emails also about -  all points to us all being scammed.

I am tracking him down.

May also be worth looking into, but I don't have a linkedin account: http://uk.linkedin.com/pub/simon-bright/1b/a67/99

Facebook picture https://i.imgur.com/H3uNrLA.jpg

Oh and Vumu Ltd is listed at the same London address as Hashra.

maybe a 192.com search may bring up a few details......

Anyway lets hope we are jumping the gun and we will all get a response from Hashra  Huh

Well spotted ! So thats conclusive then...yes this is Simon.

His options for hiding from customers who paid him all this money are getting smaller and smaller...

If we don't get a refund we should all report hem to the UK's national fraud reporting centre via their website: www.actionfraud.police.uk . I bet he did not pay his tax as well so the government can prosecute him as well http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/s_to_u/sentencing_manual/fraud/ (10 years imprisonment.)

It is very easy to report. Maybe i'll even dedicate a site to prosecuting Simon.

I have also submitted reports with the UK Online Fraud group, actionfraud.police.uk and the United States Fraud Group, https://complaint.ic3.gov/default.aspx.

I gave them both details about my transactions and everything I knew about the suspected Simon Bright. If we raise enough stink about this maybe we can push some action.

Does anyone else have any ideas on how to raise more legal/authoritative awareness on this guy?

Would we like to build a document to signify how many individuals have been scammed and to what fiat amount?

Just food for thought.

Just some more info:

House for sale on peck - contact detail - Simon Bright, same phone number as SimonBright.org (2007)
http://www.sellproperty.net/?page=out&id=58876&print=yes

Cached copy of whois for yogum.com before he added privacy on sept. 5 2014 Wink (second link is the current whois)
http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:CyYQ3VPdii8J:www.v3whois.com/w/yogum.com+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=ca&client=ubuntu-browser
http://www.v3whois.com/w/yogum.com

So it looks like his actual phone and address, by cross referencing are:
Simon Bright
39A Prairie Street
London, London SW8 3PL
United Kingdom
+44 7941159485

Anyone live close by to go knocking on his door?
