Jack (asiabtc) is awesome. My LA3M arrived today and was shipped express.

Will update with pics and review later!

Just call DHL directly( 1800-call-dhl ). They will ask for your name and zip code then they will let you know if you have a package on the way yet.
Good luck!

I paid on the 10th, just called DHL. Nothing on the way. Starting to get worried now. I emailed all those email addresses, PM'd asiabtc. Nothing, not even one reply. They all just ignore me.

I can only assume that they haven't been able to verify your payment yet for some reason. But I know how you must feel, going through the same experience for a short time that felt like an eternity. My best suggestion to you is to keep emailing and PMing. They will eventually respond to you. Good luck and I hope they communicate with immediately.

I can't speak for anyone else, but Jack (asiabtc) should have no trouble whatsoever verifying my payment. I sent him the TX ID immediately, and the last email I received from him was confirming he received my payment, which was on the 6th.

Not a word since....

I think it would probably be a good idea for Jack to start addressing the customers who still haven't received confirmations or shipments, rather than pushing Bitcoin mining hardware in this thread. I was fortunate to track down the status of my package through DHL myself, but there are still many who ordered weeks ago that can't get any answers. I, for one, can't see myself doing business with them again.

Can I ask how you were able to track your shipment? Did you input your address somewhere?

I feel like Jack and LightningAsic has me on some strange 'ignore' list or something. I'm not sure why he's ignoring me, I followed all his instructions and he had great communication with me prior to payment. I understand he's likely busy, but I'd like to get the equipment that I paid for.

Attention asiabtc!

I paid you on the 6th and haven't received any responses to my messengers that I've sent here and via the 2 emails I have.

If there's still no reply, can someone from this forum please help me get in contact with Jack about my order? People who ordered after me are getting their gear already before me, and I was promised a date, which has since passed.

Try sending an e-mail to Angela (la.paymenttrack@gmail.com) they have replied to all my emails.Jack also has replied to all my emails.

Thanks Ruben. I did send messages to that email. Twice.
By what means did you pay, if you don't mind me asking?

I sent Bitcoins. Well, it's nice to see Jack is online and posting at least....

 Huh

This should have gone through by now.

Your issue is related to Coinapult so I have escalated your issue to them.  Thanks for your patience.

1. No, I haven't tried to contact bitinstant as I've never received a response from them directly with issues in the past, only from you here on this thread.

2. I'm not sure about coinault, I did not use them. I simply did cash > bitinstant > btc wallet address.

1.  If you don't log your issue at bitinstant.com/contact then you risk delaying ANY solution

2.  I am letting you know, your issue is related to Coinapult.  We work with several companies to seamlessly complete your orders.  Once they fix the issue on their end then we can resolve your issue.  Log your issue so it exists in our system please.  bitinstant.com/contact

Thanks.

Ok, will do.

I'm sad to hear BI still having problems.

I need instant bitcoins today. What are the alternatives to bitinstant? I'm not going to wait around for days again while BI scrambles to cover the funds.

Ok everyone, my issue has now been resolved. I came home and found my funds accounted for, and I appreciate hazek of Bitstamp PM'ing me as to how he can help, and URSAY for all his efforts. The whole thing was a bit inconvenient, but now that all my funds are available to me, I feel happy with the help I got.

19  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Official Newbie BitInstant Support Thread (Active Customer Support) on: April 03, 2013, 11:35:19 PM
I'd like to believe that everything will be OK, but why hasn't bitinstant even replied to me directly via their chat, phone or email support? Why do I have to go on an internet forum just to get somewhat of an answer? It shakes my confidence in the company a bit.

Trying to be a gentleman, but WTF??

20  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Official Newbie BitInstant Support Thread (Active Customer Support) on: April 03, 2013, 10:17:30 PM
Nothing yet

Just promises from URSAY, but no money and no email from Bitinstant.

What a joke.
