If the feature is available on our site then it should be available for your use.  Smiley

So after 5 days of long transfer from my bank account to Dwolla, you guys just removed the option for Dwolla to VouchX?
Disappointed...

This feature should be back in the near future.  Check back.  Smiley

If I use local cash deposit to VouchX, will there be a delay too like others?

Just wondering what the process is for getting funds into BitStamp via BitInstant cash transfer?

Not complaining (yet), but I created the order via BitInstant at 5:19 PM, Paid via MoneyGram/ZipZap at 6:35 PM. ZipZap is confirming the payment on their orders page.

I never received the email from BitInstant (verified the email ID as I captured the order screen). And nothing yet in BitStamp account. The only emails I got was from ZipZap about the payment slip.

I hope this one goes smoothly than transfers to Bitcoin or other exchanges ...

You did. But I didn't get any reply to the post that basically said this:

And if Coinapault is responsible for dealing with this process, is there not some sort of alternate voucher or code that I can get instead since you already have my money?

i.e, What is this "issue"? Why is there an issue? How long is this going to take?
I still feel 100% in the dark over something that is EXTREMELY important to me/need taken care of ASAP. My stomach is in knots reading complaints everywhere of people not getting their bitcoins for days or weeks..

Coinapult is working on your issue.  I personally spoke to them and watched them solve some of the earlier escalations I had given them.  Thanks for your patience.

It has been over 19 hours since my I got my ZipZap successful payment emails. I'm just wondering when I will receive my coins and if I will get them at price of BTC at the time I payed for them.

The reason these were never processed is because both BTCe coupons were for $0.01 (the minimum deposit is $20), but these were entered as $1000 deposits.

I don't have an order number. I have the account number that I made the deposit to but have not received anything from bitinstant with an order number on it. Just an email from Zip Zap saying the merchant has been notified to complete the transaction. So the issue is on bitinstant's side of things it seems...

Its a shame because I did two orders at the same time. One was BTC to email (worked fine and now headed to my wallet) and the other one was vouchx coupon. So its coin-a-pults fault but they have already processed one order for me today with no issues. Do I need to contact them?

When explaining my issue to you yesterday I accidentally mixed up the two transactions. (one was paid, the other was not)

This is the one that was NOT paid in which earlier I said it was-

I emailed support about this last night and opened a ticket but here I am 12 hours later and still nothing. Coins have risen over $10 since I have tried to get my loot. So not only am I loosing time but money as well at this point. Please help with this ASAP.

I was hoping to do more business with bitinstant today but with them being anything but "instant" I might have to re-think my bitcoin buying strategy as BTC are too volatile to wait so long for an order to process. I can't see how a business can be ran like this with so many continued complaints and orders that take weeks to get processed.  Sad

I was just told by MTGOX that after 24 hours, bitinstant recalls the mtgox codes to their own account, and so the code that was emailed to me did not work. I made a deposit on 4/3/13 and it has still yet to show up. here are my details:

Yes. I first contacted bitinstant about this 2 days after the transaction was meant to go through, and it has been 2 solid weeks since then. I have sent 2 separate inquiries, one by email, the other through the support channel, and neither has been addressed.


It looks like you may of been issued a Gox coupon.  Did you ever try redeeming it at Gox?

As I wrote in my first post, mtgox said bitinstant recalls them after 24 hours. I have tried it and it does not work. I need another code emailed to me, or I need these funds manually deposited into my mtgox account as they were slated to have been when I made my order over 2 weeks ago.

It has been several days since this assurance was given. I have not had any money deposited to my account, nor has your support staff contacted me ONCE since I first entered a support ticket well over 3 weeks ago. This is unacceptable. It has been almost a month since I made the deposit, and I have not recieved a damn thing for it. Would you please clarify what "escalation" of my mt gox coupon reissue entails? I can not wait another week. I need this resolved and there is no way that it is so complicated that it would take you a month.

I feel like some sort of legal action can definitely be taken. With all of these guaranteed delivery times and blatant lies.. Definitely about to do some serious research.
