This sounds absolutely ridiculous. But for my case, they say that I am "exploiting" and refuses to elaborate further. I guess we are on the same boat. Here's another update from BK8, they approached me directly and is forcing me to withdraw just my deposit, and then close my account. I never agreed to it and I explicitly mentioned that I will not withdraw, just so that they can keep my account open, but they refused. It feels like they’re trying to quietly wipe the balance and move on, without transparency or due process.
