Since LOCIcoin is a utility coin and not a security technically investors would be a bit of an excessive term. Contributors yes since there will be a big need for these coins from a use case perspective.

However since not one word in this comment mentions this project I would conclude that this comment falls outside the scope of this project and needs to be flagged as off-topic here in this [ANN]Thread and belongs somewhere else such as 'Marketplace'>'Securities' which you can locate on the 'Home' Page of BitcoinTalk.org because its relevance is General comparable to a passenger wearing a seat belt while riding in an automobile. Any thorough study or even highlighted reading of the whitepaper or SAFT clearly shows that when it comes to legalities the Officers of this project spent most likely over $100k USD and retained Cooley LLP to write up the SAFT and cover all legal basis. If your not familiar with Cooley LLP they are the Law Firm in the Silicon Valley that has represented Facebook, Twitter, Cisco, Tesla, Google, Uber and the Golden State Warriors. In my opinion there are no real competitors. We have never seen anything like this project to date. LOCI is by far one of the best 'use cases' for a Blockchain that I have ever seen.

Your welcome to provide any feedback here in this thread as I am sure that a lot of us participating in this historic project appreciate others views on this topic. Any person looking at this thread can clearly see that not only is LOCI an advanced project unlike anything we have seen yet in Crypto from a 'Use Case' perspective, but also it is obvious that LOCI has attracted a very well versed, highly intellectual community that works well together. This technology will usher our society to the next level. The LOCI project is a game changer. Without question CEO John Wise has brought us a platform far ahead of its time.

Nothing has been done here to warrant a scam accusation from you. Give them a week or so to build the OP, and once its complete do your due diligence and properly research and vet all aspects of this Membership Offering. If you still believe their "looking to scam people in an ico" then state your reasons that lead you to come to these conclusions, so that they can be addressed. Hopefully you can come off your suspicions and get in on this while it lasts. If you can't then just don't buy any Memberships.
