Do you have some contracts with russian authorities about water production? Also it will be great to see the smart contract as a proof that you already collected almost 2mln$
Yes, we do. There is a quota and contract with Federal Agency of Water Resources, untill 2035 with prolongation +30 years. Major part of funds are under SAFT. |

Hi, its good point! In fact we have cabinet for pre-sale investors and SAFT agreements for private sale. Most volume of investments have been done under SAFT and this not transparent. Is this Baikalika water going to be distributed globally? If I hold those tokens how can I get the water that I am entitled to if I live in the US?
The terms of the water delivery is EXW Russia, China at the beginning. To set another market for EXW availability of the water, it should be 50 000 BKL portfolio. In other words, as soon as 50 000 BKL will ask to provide availability of its water in USA, we will arrange that. Does this mean that your platform works like a franchise system? If somebody owns a certain number of BKL then that individual or organization can request you to deliver water to a market of choice? There is no franchaise system, but option to set a stock by 50 000 BKL tokens. For example, if you find unatractive availability of your water from the stock in Russia and China, provided by Baikalika, you can apply for setting another stock at your country. soft cap is relevant to investments in high speed bottling line with output 60 mln litres per year. Hard cap is relevant to ultra speed bottling line with 160 mln litres per year + arrangements of logistic hub and transportation fleet. This is based on actual cost of equipment and constructing here. |

Actually Baikal Lake is already the property of Russian Federation, and Baikalika project have license to get water from it. What's wrong with you guys? War for drinking water?
what do you mean? we extract water in an ecologically clean place. we have all licenses and permits. and we want that people from other countries can drink clean and safe water. what is the problem? and in what quantity can you extract water from this lake, according to your licenses and contracts? where i can read these documents? how is this implemented? do you have a base directly near the lake? We have state quota for 2015 - 2034 to source 73 mln L per year with prolongation + 30 years. We have in hands sealed contract with Federal Agencie of Water Resorses. FYI - Baikal ecosystem frienldy limits of sourcing is 400 bln L per year. The plant is located 700 meters far from the shore and pipeline goes 2.8 km from the shore to the point of extracting. Price in China for imported natural water ~3$/L, we are targeting double affordability on this matter. As a tokenholder you get 100% of profit generated on sales of your water. Literaly by purchasing BKL token, you invest $40 in 1200 L of the best natural water, as much as 0.03$/L on the EXW China supply terms with charging your token with 0.07L daily for 50 years. |

No, the tour operator has nothing to do with our company. Only a very limited number of companies have the right to extract water from Lake Baikal. Baikal - a protected place, nature protection zone.And for this, companies need to have a large number of documents and permits. thanks, that's another proof that this project, I Mean Baikalika will have a great future. In respect to your world: 1) Have you heard about projects of Australian baby food to China, with confirmation of the product originality on blockchain? 2) Do you know the risk on heavy metals contaminating in purified water in China, sourced localy? 3) Are you aware of the scale of disaster with fake branded natural water in China? 4) Have you safe baby food powder, due to proven originality by blockchain, what else would you need to have same safe, in order to make a milk drink? 5) We have state quota to source limited volume of the unique Baikal water and we have permission to distribute, after 3 years of delivery to laboratory for tests on safety and composition sustainability. Though I still can't see any direct links between Chinese kids and Baikal, I'd like to have a look at permission from point 5 ) Yes, you can't see, because there is not any. From such a point of view I'd rather to consider parents sence of safety, with no relevance to any geographic aspects. I've just facilitated you with simple case for easy understanding why is blockchain here. Stay tuned and will see much more benefits we will introduce for the market due to this fantasic techology.
