So, basically BFL will ship the hardware when it's nothing worth anymore (for mining)
And they will use it in the meantime for mining themselves.

So that makes them a LEGIT SCAM. Or a half-scam, what you wanna call it!
So should I then get a GPU Miner? Or just give up?

EDIT - You can't build your own ASIC rig either

Why can't I build my own ASIC rig? And how could I build a good non-asic mining rig?
And where could I buy a non-ASIC miner?

You can, but... you need specialized hardware and software to program and ASIC. then you need to design a circuit board to support the ASIC chip.

How the questions about the non-asic stuff above?

Still no answers to this...

I know that Butterfly Labs is a SCAM!

Oh? You have some sort of supernatural information source that nobody else does? How do you *know* BFL is a scam? Share your sources.

You don't know which is better, ASIC or FPGA, but somehow you *know* that BFL is a scam?

The bitcointalk.org community awaits enlightenment at your feet, Master of BFL Knowledge. Fill up our empty vessel from the font of your bitcoin wisdom, O Guru of the Unknowable.

Well, please don't be so brutal. And I have that information from these forums!!!

And I still want to know about buying and building BitCoin Miners with ASIC Hardware?? So can anyone please help?

ASIC is the best, Where to buy I don't really know. Looking for it too Smiley because it's always limited stock so really hard to get... To build your own I think it will be hard. BTC is the main currency and worth much more than LiteCoins. It's easier to get but worth less Smiley

So if I get it right, for example:
I'll mine BitCoins 1 hour: earned 1 BitCoin> Value=100USD
I'll mine LiteCoins 1 hour: earned 4 LiteCoins> Value= 100USD

So I guess that it evens out?

Now I still want to know about buying and building BitCoin Miners with ASIC Hardware??

Hey, if I want to build or buy a mining rig...
What's the best ASIC or FGPA?
And where could I safely buy a Mining Rig? I know that Butterfly Labs is a SCAM!
And if I want to build my own, where could I get the parts and is there a guide or something?
And I've heard that LiteCoins pay out x4 the amount than BitCoins, so why shouldn't everybody switch to LiteCoin?

Well, that was a lot of questions at once!  Grin

So for complete safety I should exchange my BitCoins to Dollars or Euros and then buy the product on PayPal?

How can I make safe purchases with bitcoin? What if I buy a product but I dont get it?
14  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why BitCoin limit? on: April 08, 2013, 11:30:25 PM
Why is there the BitCoin limit? Because when the limit is reached we can't mine any BitCoins anymore  Sad
And why would people then continue mining?

If Bitcoin grows, then the amount of the transaction fees will be far larger in value than the mined coins.

If the fees remain small, then people will stop mining until it becomes much easier to find a block, and the miners that stay will be able to mine far more blocks than at present.

I dont get it? Why would I continue to mine bitcoins after the limit?

16  Other / Beginners & Help / Stratum or Getwork? on: April 08, 2013, 08:18:09 PM
Hello, I'm new to BitCoin!
I'm a bit confused,
What should I use Stratum or Getwork, what's the best?
And what is the difference?
