I've made a SEPA transfer on tuesday 09-04-2013 at 13h. I've a open ticket since 10-04-2013 still with no reply.

It appears that several people are facing the same problem. I'm just disappointed with the fact that i haven't got any reply to my support ticket yet and to my emails. I've opened a new ticket hoping they reply to this one quickly. It would be great to have some kind of help from member Hazek that seems to be the bitstamp contact here on the forum. Cheers, Ricardo
