I want to thank you MyRig for the response and offer of a refund for the second repair. If we charged you 2x on the same hash PCB, please let us know the Order Number (invoice number) I will escalate this to get you the refund for the 2nd time payment. I sent my bad S9 board only to Bitmainwarranty and they fixed it. I did not have to send the whole miner. I just looked on the website and they show you how to pack the boards https://bitmainwarranty.com/how-to-prepare-item-for-sending-to-bitmainwarranty/(They charged me I think like $175 total and after a week the board went out again. Sent it back in and got charged another $125 I think and it’s worked great since.)

Dancing increases the number of blocks we find. Obviously, some users haven't been doing their dance! And the chicken? Actually the chicken thing started a couple of years ago when a guy said he was eating chicken when we hit several blocks in a row. So the ritual became if we needed some extra good luck during slow times we all needed to eat some chicken. It seems that the chicken eating ritual became the chicken dance along the way somehow. I believe this was the post that started it all... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=789369.msg13499983#msg13499983

I never could understand how a newbie starts a mining pool and who only looks like they might have 1 very small miner themself? I wish you luck but i would not think you will get to many to jump on.

When will the s9s be unprofitabily?
it all depends on your electric cost and where the price of BTC is at.

Did you look at the bottom of the page at the other boards for sale? Did you look at the sellers other items? Look I don't care what you do, but they are there, they are for sale, they are reasonably priced. I'm just trying to help man, like I said, I don't care what you do. Pay the same, ship your miners, lose mining time, it's ok, it's not me. Nooby noobs lack experience, but they are also unburdened by preconceptions. I hope you get your miners fixed the best way for you, I really do.
Wow slow down and come up for air...yes I did look at the bottom of the page and they are all control boards. We were discussing hash boards and you will not find a working s9 Hash board for sale for the price you were stating. I was also trying to help so you or someone else would not purchase a Control board thinking they were hash boards. My bad, you're right. The other boards were s7/s5 hashboards. I could have sworn I saw some for s9s but maybe they were all control boards. There's certainly none now. No problem, peace

I believe you are confused some. I think the way Counbase verifies bank accounts is by THEM making 2 deposits into YOUR bank account and you telling them what those 2 amounts were, that way they know you have access to that bank account.
The amounts are very small and then they reverse and take the amounts back, but they will still show up on your bank statement or online. Everything they do is for your protection.
Sorry this is not correct - they make you send a small amount and if you read my post above you will see how bad they treat you when they do that Well I guess it’s different depending on where your from. I never had to send them any money and had to verify my bank account how I posted. I have made many withdrawals since without a problem. I have no doubt that many people withdraw from Coinbase without problems. But the fact remains that I could not get money out of my account after being with Coinbase for nearly 2 years because of some ludicrous need to verify a bank account with 6 Euros and this became impossible because they choose to not communicate with their customers. Well Coinbase is a USA based exchange following all US rules and regulations, so I take it since your talking Euros that your not in this Country which would make for different rules to follow to keep from money laundering, ect..... hummm maybe we need a decentralized virtual money system....or maybe you should have used an exchange in your own country. I don't really agree with what you are saying. I have used Coinbase both in Singapore and the UK. Both of these countries are countries in which Coinbase state they operate. They operate in these countries and I have had to go through some of the hardest AML/KYC procedures with Coinbase to set up an account and operate an account. They have certain restrictions on operating in these countries and part of that is withdrawal limits. My request to take the money out was within my verification and withdrawal limits for the UK in which I now live. These limits are all set by Coinbase and I follow there procedures. So I am certainly not going to applogise for Coinbase because I could not get my money out after weeks of trying. The only reason I could not get it out was because they would not communicate with me and ignored all requests for support. The fact remains regardless of them being a US based company. They did not treat me fairly as a customer and this is a plain fact. wow so what is it can you get money moved out or not? are they making you re-verify bank info or not? you seems to state you have used them before and it worked fine? Coinbase has limits set on my account as I am sure with everyone else. you seem to talk in circles...you have plenty of other exchanges to use with a lot looser rules and regs...good luck

When it goes down are you able to find your miners on your router or access the status page?
Which pool are use using and do you have back up pools entered?
Can you move one somewhere else in your house and give it a try? ( different power outlet and/or ethernet cable)
Do you have a voltmeter to check the output volts under load coming out of the PSU? I have a couple cheap digital LED voltmeter hooked up to both my PSU’s and they show 12.2 and 12.3 on each S9.
Are your S9 the older ones that you can adjust the frequency or the newer ones that are auto? ( I have one of each and prefer the older ones.)
Are you showing the right hash rate for your miner when it is running?
Update: 1: Using Slushpool. backup pools are the slush pools in other countries. USA as #1. 2: I have a 240v outlet in my laundry room. I installed it with a Chinese outlet, as my wife is Chinese, and we have some appliances, I can try one there, BUT (Will get to that below) 3: It's about 12.3 at full load 4: Newer batches, automatic frequency. I'd prefer the older style as well. I'd sacrifice a little mining power for considerably cooler running equipment, likewise with the fan speeds. 5: The hash rates are slightly higher than advertised 13.5TH. So here's the deal, was going to try and move them, but FIRST, I was going to run a hard line to the garage (Ethernet, Cat5e). Since we had a break in the weather, we've been at -5 to -10 *F in Wisconsin here (Great for mining!!!), but yesterday was 55*F (And today we're back down 1*F), so I went for it, and ran a new ethernet cable. Had to go along the outside of the house. I was using both Powerline Network adapter to get it from my office to the garage, and a Wifi to Ethernet adapter. Each miner is on one of the devices. And they still are. Thought I'd try the Ethernet first. By the time I ran the ethernet cable, the two miners were running with no cut outs. Thus, as long as they were working, I have NOT touched them at all (Other than looking at monitoring via the web interface). So ethernetis all set, switch is all set, but one is still on wifi and other is still on Powerline networking adapter. So for at least right now, I'm going to let er go! I have a different bigger switch on the way from Amazon, so do the move all at one time. Will update. Cool I am glad they are working! I would not mess with them either.

Where are you guys located? I'm in Dallas, TX. Give me a day or two to run some power numbers but I may have some extra space available in my racks.
Will be moving to Austin soon ( already bought a house) and May very well be the interested for 2 spots for my S9 miners. Let me know thanks!

We also prefer bitmainwarranty.com over bitmain (proper). They’re much faster and the saved time is worth the fee.
I agree once you do the math it’s well worth it.

Bitmain Warranty is not associated with Bitmain at all - its a separate company.
I am aware they do not repair and they have two places... So Bitamins main purchasing site will eventuqlly lead mr to your site above ? It is NO WHERE on Bitmains site. I'm just a noob, but my e9 might have a bad board, and when I was looking for a replacement I saw s9 replacement boards for 125-150 usd on ebag. New, they say. If you have to pay that anyways - and ship your miners out - it might be cheaper and faster to buy that and replace yourself. Good luck. I do not think you can buy a working S9 board for $125-150. It’s either a scam or in the fine print a non-working boards.

It is not going to be on Bitmains site because they are not the same company. Bitmain Warranty is in Colorado USA. Not in China. They are an American company that sells and repairs miners. ou I know they outsource repair's....BUT i have to go through the sellers return procedure. Yes its in Colorado USA but you have to weight the cost of loss mining sending the whole miner back compared to paying to get 1 board fixed and while still mining with 2 boards
