I based my price projection 7600 BTC/USD on 2 theories:

1) We are now seeing the second (correction) wave (counting from the beginning of bitcoin).
2) The usual level when 2nd correction wave stops is 0,382% Fibonacci level (from 0 to 20000 in our case). So this level = about 7600 BTC/USD


But, because the first correction wave from 20 000 to 10 900 was so great, it is also possible that we will see some flat at the level 7600, followed by a slow increase to 10 000, and then we will see the final gap to the level of about 4700 BTC/USD. After that the 3rd great increase wave will be starting that bring the price much more above 20 000 btc/usd.

Ниже перечислены основные действия, которые помогут вам избежать отзыва денег со стороны покупателя после того как он "заплатил" через PayPal и получил вашу крипту.

I) Вы должны понимать что продажа крипто активов и прием оплаты за нее посредством PayPal самый геморройный вариант из всех возможных (онлайн платежей).

II) Если вы все-таки решили принять оплату через PayPal то прежде чем отправлять покупателю крипту попросите его строго следовать вашим инструкциям:
- делать платеж как "другу или семье"
- назначение платежа выбрать "подарок"
- предоставить вам дополнительные документы * (какие именно описано ниже)

III) Выведите деньги со своего PayPal счета сразу же как только их получили.


* перечень документов которые покупатель должен вам предоставить:

1 Фото паспорта в хорошем качестве

2 Селфи (полностью лицо) на фоне паспорта

3 Скриншот ВЕРИФИЦИРОННОГО PayPal счета покупателя с показателями остатков на балансе

4 Информация PayPal и паспортные данные покупателя должны совпадать

5 Скрин с доказательством того что покупатель оплатил вам из своего личного баланса PayPal

7 Селфи покупателя на фоне, написанного им от руки, соглашения со следующим содержанием:

"Я (ФИО покупателя полностью) подтверждаю что приобрел ХХХХ количество биткоинов через ПаэПэл по цене (вся сумма сделки).
Я разрешаю предоставить данное соглашение в службу поддержки PayPal в случае если произойдет попытка возврата (сумма сделки) с моей стороны. Я подтверждаю что данная покупка совершена мной добровольно.

Подпись (ФИО покупателя) + номер паспорта"

I have tried to summarize the main actions which will help you to avoid cheating while selling bitcoins (or other crypto assets) via PayPal.   ++ to karma to all of you who gives me merit for this topic=)

I) You should know that PayPal is the most inappropriate way to trade crypto assets! There are many other safe payment methods.

II) If you positively choose PayPal as the method of getting money from the buyer, then (BEFORE sending BTC) ask him to:
- pay as family and friends;
- send the funds only as a “gift”;
- provide additional documents* (see at the end of topic)

III) Withdraw money from your PayPal account immediately after acceptance of funds from the buyer. Depending on where the seller lives, these bank transfers can take 2-5 business days, although the money should be relatively safe as soon as PayPal marks the request as “completed.”


* list of documents which the buyers must provide you:

1-Proof of ID (Passport, Driver license or ID Card) (IN HIGH QUALITY)

2-Selfie (entire face) with ID in hand (readable) (IN HIGH QUALITY)

3- Screenshot of the buyer's OWN VERIFIED PayPal Account balance - ONLY PAYPAL VERIFIED ACCOUNTS -

4-For Business Account, Proof of address

5-Paypal info & ID must match

6-Proof of payment with own balance

7-The letter, authorizing the trade.
must be written by hand and then take a picture of the buyer next to his/her face ('selfie'):
I, <buyer's name>, accepts that I am buying XXXX amount of WICKED bitcoins for the PayPal price of $ XXX.XX. I am willingly acknowledging that if I attempt to make a chargeback that all information will be presented to PayPal including this agreement I am voluntarily acknowledging that this is a valid purchase and the compilation of this information is for validation purposes. Signed <buyer's name> + the number of the buyer's ID CARD

If the buyer's account is business, then he/she will have to do the same, but in a stamped sheet of his/her company and duly stamped.

So, believe me, if a dishonest buyer, using PayPal as a means of cheating, faces all your requirements he just cancels the transaction.

- плюсы популярных бирж (Bitfinex, Kraken, CEX, и тд.) такие как возможность торговать в "стакана", видеть глубину стакана, получение ценовых сигналов и проч.
- и плюсы P2P бирж,  такие как низкие fees, когда юзер платит только за прямой перевод фиата контрагенту по сделке

Мы не хотим создать аналог Local Bitcoin,  где люди размещают и стыкуются с рекламными постами друг друга.

В нашей бирже, люди смогут торговать/обменивать любую крипту на крипту или крипту на любой фиат посредством Аукционов. Каждый такой аукцион (или инструмент) это уникальная комбинация из 4х параметров:
- Страна
- Базовая валюта (BTC, ETH и проч кипта)
- Валюта обмена (USD, EUR, RUB, крипта и тд)
- Метод оплаты

Например  {USA - BTC/USD - PayPal]

Такая концепция (капсулирования страны, базовой/обменной валюты и метода оплаты в один инструмент) позволила нам внедрить графики, стакан в под каждый инструмент (аукцион) и применить прочие аналитические инструменты, такие как "A-B спрэд".

What do you think about the starting of a new P2P exchange that has:
- the pros of favorite exchanges (Bitfinex, Kraken, CEX, etc.) like the ability to trade on the order books, seeing market depth, getting price alerts, etc. and,
- the pros of P2P exchanges like low fees, when you just pay for the fiat money transfer to a counterparty (a person like you).

THIS is NOT another Local Bitcoins or similar P2P exchange, where people place and match with peers advertisements.

In our Exchange, people can trade any crypto to crypto or crypto to any fiat by using Auctions. Each auction (or instrument) is a unique combination of:
- Country,
- Base cryptocurrency,
- Quote currency, and
- Payment method.
For example, {USA - BTC/USD - PayPal}

Such concept (incapsulating county, base/quote currency, and payment method into one instrument) allowed us to inbuild Charting tool, order book into each auction, and to apply other analysis tools like A-B Spread.
    For example, through A-B Spread analysis "big" traders, who have money in different countries and on different accounts (paypal, banks, etc.) can instantly discover where to buy and re-sell with the highest profit margin.

Our MVP is ready on 90%, and now, we are looking for team members and investors in different countries to help us prepare for ICO.

Monetization will be based on the low subscription fees applied only to high-volume traders (Qvolta is planning to use the same fee strategy). Qvolta called itself - a competitor of LocalBitcoins, so we are too-).
By the way, Qvolta's ICO (performed at the end of 2017), reached 1,400,000 USD. The price of Qvolta token had risen from 0,2 USD during ICO to 3,4 USD after ICO (now it's about 1,05 USD). The Qvolta's team have just released their MVP, and this is again "Ads" posting platform. So, we believe there will be a strong demand on our P2P exchange ICO, especially, if the starting price will be around 0.2 USD and total token distribution = 10mln (the same as Qvolta has).


I would be highly appreciated for any feedback from you:
- Do you need such P2P Exchange?
- Do you want to participate (as a team member or advisor)?
- Do you want to invest before pre-ICO?
- Would you invest in pre-ICO (if happen)?

Пример: провела компания pre-ICO (распродала 20% всех токенов), в течении 2х недель.
Спустя неделю начислила контрибуторам по pre-ICO +50% токенов,  а далее через месяц стартует само ICO ?

как это ICO проводят? Распродают оставшиеся после pre-ICO токены на биржах?

Вопрос: зачем делать ICO если можно :
1) выпустить токены имея на 90% готовый продукт (SAAS)
2) переодически продавать выпущенные токены для развития/раскрутки продукта

Подскажите пожалуйста, как наиболее эффективно можно решить следующую проблему:

Действующие лица:
- B2B Платформа (где участники находят друг у друга) saas web-приложение, ни как пока не связанное с блокчейн.
- Участник (продавец/покупатель из любой страны мира)
- Товар
- ОД (беспечительный депозит = 5% от цены товара)

Схема:
- Чтобы подать заявку о покупке/продаже товара,  Участник должен перевести на счет Платформы 5% от цены товара в качетве обеспечительного депозита.
- Задача платформы держать обеспечительные депозиты и в зависимости от исхода сделки либо вернуть депозит Участнику либо нет.

РЕШЕНИЕ (дорогое):
- Учатник заводит ОД на Платформу и видит ее там у себя в виде балансе. Далее эту сумму он может испольщовать в качесте ОД. По мере необходимости Участник может: докупить ОД, вывести ОД частично, вывести ОД полность. 
Делать все это через банк счета очень дорого и накладно в плане документооборота.

ВОПРОС: Можно ли как то кардинально удешевить, вышеописанную схему, с помошью блокчейн технологий?


ВАЖНО: участники 90% вообще не знают что такое блокчейн и пока побаиваются его - поэтому решение должно быть максимально простым и понятным для них.


КАК ВАРИАНТ:
Может самостоятельно создавать под каждого участника Etherium кошелек и предлагать зачислять OД туда. Доступ к каждому кошельку будет только у платформы,  она же и будет распределять OД между кошельками и синхронить их через API с балансами на платформе. А когда участник хочет получить часть/или все свое OД обратно себе на счет то платформа делает как бы Refund.
Таким образом участники и не вникают в суть каких то там кошельков и не создают их - максиммально просто для них.
МОЖНО вообще так?  Какие накладные расходы возникнут? Может поизящней решение существует?
