81  Bitcoin / Wallet software / [LIST] Wallets supporting Taproot on: November 15, 2021, 06:13:06 PM
Taproot has been successfully activated on November 14 at block height 709632, and that is a great step forward for better privacy on bitcoin blockchain.
It needs time for all wallets, services and exchanges to update and add support for Taproot but it should be much quicker than it was in case of segwit fork.

Some wallets already started supporting Taproot and I will follow updates and changes in this topic:

Software wallets supporting Taproot:

* Mobile wallet

Hardware wallets supporting Taproot:

Ledger wallet is the first hardware wallet with Taproot support and they made this available as experimental feature with their latest update of Ledger Live v2.35 desktop, using Bitcoin app 2.0.0.
Trezor and Jade wallet will probably Taproot release updates in December.
82  Bitcoin / Project Development / Suggestions for Arduino Nano BTC project? on: November 15, 2021, 12:26:55 PM
I recently ordered something online for my one of my DIY project and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that I received some free gift from seller.
It took me some time to identify what this gift really is, but with a help from one friend we found out that I received free Arduino Nano device, based on ATmega328 with Mini-B USB cable connection.

I found some projects online that are using Arduino Nano, like traffic light controller or pulsating LED cubes, even one BTC price alert but I a not interested in using that.

Do you know any other interesting Bitcoin related projects that could use Arduino Nano?

Note that I currently don't have compatible LCD screen or other components but I can order them online if I find project that I like.

83  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Why I wouldn't buy Ledger Nano S ever again? on: November 12, 2021, 01:41:42 PM
Ledger Nano S hardware wallet was first released in 2016 and it's arguably still one of the most popular hardware wallets in the world with millions of sold devices.

I will post here my reasons why I wouldn't buy this device again, and I will post ways how you can try to fix some of the Nano S problems (if possible).

1. Closed Source
Ledger Nano S is closed source device with no intention to change that in future, that means it could potentially store hidden backdoor for years.
Firmware updates are often causing more problems and only few closed circle of people is working on it.
There are even cases when updating devices with new firmware simply breaks the device and makes it unusable.

How to Fix this? Switch to other open source hardware wallets, or ask Ledger developers to release their code.

2. Small Memory
Memory for Ledger Nano S is very small with around 144kb 138Kb, but even bigger problem is that size of apps for coins is growing all the time and memory stays the same.
With recent 2.0.0 update size of Bitcoin app has grown from 40kb to 64kb, that means you can support less coins on your device at the same time.
Developers now claim this is only temporary but I don't believe them because it's getting bigger constantly.

How to Fix this? Uninstall apps that you don't use on regular basis, or use only Bitcoin app.

3. Display dies after few years
Ledger Nano S is using cheap OLED display that will die or start to dim usually after few years even if you don't use device so often.

How to Fix this? Easiest way to prolong life of your display is to change and reduce brightness in settings and keep device in dry place.
If you already have faulty display you can order new cheap display online or locally and replace it yourself following this video instructions.
Make sure you are purchasing this display with 12 PIN connector.
Some people are even using smartphone cameras to see characters on dim display.
Last and most expensive option is to buy new hardware wallet and import your seed words.

4. Cheap plastic body
Nano S is made from cheap plastic that gets broken easily if you hold it stronger when removing USB cable.

How to Fix this? You can try to superglue the plastic, but you should be extra careful when handling and removing cable.
Maybe it's possible to make custom 3d printed case or order it online from other people, but I couldn't find one myself.

5. Nano S could soon be discontinued
Ledger have a history of defunct and discontinued products like Ledger HW.1, Ledger Nano, Ledger Unplugged and Ledger Blue.
One more thing is that Nano S is using old Micro-USB to USB Type-A cable, and most of devices switched to USB Type-C.

How to Fix this? Simple. Don't buy Ledger Nano S.

6. Bad Multisig support
Ledger is probably one of the worst hardware wallets you can use for your multisig setup.
You can't display own or cosigner xpub on demand, it's not showing Electrum Zpub and Ypub formats, xpubs are not registered inside the device, and ledger is not
showing multisig receive address for verification, it always assumes that cosigners are trustworthy.

How to Fix this? Use other wallets for your multisig setup and avoid Ledger and Trezor for this purpose.

7. Leaking personal information
Ledger leaked personal information for millions of their customers leaking everything including full names, address and phone numbers.

How to Fix this? Buy in local reseller or use PO boxes when ordering your device.

8. Bad support
Ledger has one of the worst support I ever saw, that is very slow and they probably have small stuff so there is really no fix for this, except if they hire more people.

Price of Nano S is currently around 60€ (+shipping) and that is not a lot today but considering all I mentioned above I don't think it's worth the money.
It's still a better option that Nano X epic fail with battery issues, and probably better option than keeping coins on hot wallet.

Are there any alternative hardware wallets? Yes there are, but you need to pay a bit more money and get better quality and open source device.
Do your own research.

84  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Bitcoin Full Node on Mac on: November 10, 2021, 02:58:35 PM
I am not a big fan of Mac computers but if you have some old Mac lying around and collecting dust, you can also use it to run full Bitcoin node using GordianServer.

GordianServer (previously known as Bitcoin-Standup-macOS) is opens source project made by Peter Denton and Christopher Allen, that enables you to run Bitcoin Core full node on your computer or VPS with all privacy tools like Tor.

This provides easy one-click solution for installing full Bitcoin Core server with nice UI and QR codes connecting full node with other devices, remote desktop and mobile phones.

With full node you are going to have the benefit of better privacy, you will be able to validate your own transactions, and you can carry you portable Macbook with full BTC node anywhere in the world if there is active internet connection.

Requirements:

- macOS 10.15.7 Catalina or better (or try using Catalina Patcher)
~ 400 GB of free space for a downloading full blockchain (or much less for pruned version)

Installation instructions and all other  information can be found on GordianServer github page, and you can check signatures and checksums before downloading anything:
https://github.com/BlockchainCommons/GordianServer-macOS

I think most people are running Bitcoin nodes on Linux OS, however GordianServer is interesting alternative to try on Mac but some bugs are expected in early versions.

85  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / SeedSigner DIY Signing Device on: October 27, 2021, 03:13:08 PM
I was following this interesting SeedSigner project for a while and I decided to create dedicated topic in bitcointalk forum after noticing that more developers are joining the project, and device functionality is getting better.

SeedSigner is open source Bitcoin signing device based on Raspberry Pi zero, that can be used for multi and single signature wallets, it can be used as a co-signer and it's not storing any seed phrases or private keys permanently in memory.
SeedSigner works offline, it is airgapped and it can be assembled easy and relatively cheap depending on prices of components, only problem now could be current supply shortage and higher prices than usual.

Shopping List:

- Raspberry Pi Zero v1.3 starting from $5 (No wi-fi/bluetooth)
- LCD Display HAT Waveshare 1.3" 240x240 pxl ~ $18
- Pi Zero-compatible camera Aokin/AuviPal with OV5647 Sensor ~ $17
- MicroSD card with minimum 4GB

Software Installation:
Latest software release should be downloaded from Github and then flashed on MicroSD card using Balena Etcher or similar tool.

Only user entropy is accepted and that is a better option for me because you are not depending on questionable onboard RNG or STM chips that can always have backdoors.
SeedSigner is running on Linux Debian OS and one thing I don't like about that is slow boot time of 45 seconds, but I think this could be fixed in future updates.
You can find several video instructions along with one provided on github and SeedSigner website but I would mention one I recently watched by BTC Sessions.
There is also a good tutorial from BitcoinMagazine with all the parts and installation process:

source: https://bitcoinmagazine.com/guides/how-to-use-the-seedsigner-bitcoin-wallet

There are two types of enclosures Orange Pill and Open Pill with original STL files you can 3d print on your own or purchase from other community members.
Some people have even gone step further and they are in process of making their own version of full metal enclosure for SeedSigner.

86  Other / Meta / Moderator merging non-consecutive posts on: October 25, 2021, 09:15:03 AM
Today I received multiple messages for deleting and merging of my posts made in topic Binance Seizing Accounts!.
Member Binance Coin later deleted his posts, maybe to hide the fact that he is a scammer who is impersonating Binance exchange, like it is suggested in this topic by suchmoon.
I clearly quoted his replies in conversation and I even edited last post after he deleted his own, as you can check in his archived posts.
You can check original unedited posts for that topic in Ninjastic.space and loyce.club website.

Is it ok for moderator to merge my posts that were not consecutive at the time of writing, after other member in that topic deleted all his own posts?
This looks like a time traveling case to me, and having conversation with someone can't create consecutive posts.
87  Other / Off-topic / Encrypted USB backup suggestions on: October 23, 2021, 01:57:47 PM
I have regular USB stick that I want to encrypt, password protect and use as a backup for some crypto related stuff and passwords, but I can't find any good software for that purpose.

Software I want to use must be open source and free so I don't have much choice and first option I tried was VeraCrypt (previously TrueCrypt), but I don't like how it works.
After I encrypt the drive, each time I enter the stick in computer I get double asked to format my USB that is very annoying and I can only open the content of USB with VeraCrypt.

I tried to find some alternatives for VeraCrypt but without any luck and only thing I could find is some encryption for individual files.
One more option I was thinking about is to install separate portable linux OS on my USB stick and use it only for purpose of keeping my backup stuff.

Do you have any good suggestions for me?

PS
I don't want to buy new hardware encrypted USB drive so please don't suggest that option.
88  Other / Beginners & Help / Coinmarketcap hack leaked 3.1 million emails! on: October 23, 2021, 09:02:38 AM
If you have account at Coinmarketcap (that is owned by Binance exchange btw) you should think about changing email address and use new unique password, because of the hack that happened on October 12 that leaked 3,117,548 email addresses!
Consider that email address you used for CMC account is now compromised, don't be surprised if you start to receive some spam and scam emails, so you should not use it anymore.

Coinmarketcap confirmed that hack happened and today they released blog post claiming that there was no password exploits, but only email addresses and they still don't know exact cause of the hack.
https://coinmarketcap.com/alexandria/article/good-security-habits

Report from haveibeenpwned website:
Quote
During October 2021, 3.1 million email addresses with accounts on the cryptocurrency market capitalisation website CoinMarketCap were discovered being traded on hacking forums. Whilst the email addresses were found to correlate with CoinMarketCap accounts, it's unclear precisely how they were obtained. CoinMarketCap has provided the following statement on the data: "CoinMarketCap has become aware that batches of data have shown up online purporting to be a list of user accounts. While the data lists we have seen are only email addresses (no passwords), we have found a correlation with our subscriber base. We have not found any evidence of a data leak from our own servers — we are actively investigating this issue and will update our subscribers as soon as we have any new information."

Breach date: 12 October 2021
Date added to HIBP: 22 October 2021
Compromised accounts: 3,117,548
Compromised data: Email addresses

89  Economy / Exchanges / Binance Seizing Accounts! on: October 17, 2021, 03:13:32 PM
There are multiple people from Canada, UK, Brazil, and Colombia who reported that Binance seized and frozen their accounts because of Netherlands Tax Investigation, even if they have no connection with Netherland nor they are Dutch citizens.
Binance apparently flagged their accounts for money laundering and criminal activities, and one guy from Canada contacted their support and got this reply with strange future date October 24th.
I can't be sure if this is legit, but I noticed that r/binance reddit moderators are deleting any post connected with this, so it's best to think twice before you use Binance again.

Quote
As written Previously. My account was Seize by Binance without notice. They said the Dutch Financial Police is doing an investigation on money Laundering. I have no relation to the Dutch whatsoever. I am asking Reddit community to help find a way to reach out to binance to present my case. I have all financial records from how I earn my money to where I purchased my coin via Bank transfer to VirgoCX exchange and all email contact with them. No one is hearing me out. I don't know what to do. I am crypto trader and this is what I do for a living now. My wife and I sold our house and put everything in this and now it's taken away from us without notice.

What is needed now

- a lawyer that understand this type of situation or been through it (please no spam).

- someone from Binance to guide me on how I can proceed this process faster

- someone from the FIOD (Dutch Financial Crime Unit) to let me to talk to them so I can send them whatever they need to prove my innocent. I want to help them, Help me. Please, I left you my email and phone number numerous times. I just call me back!

Attached is the email I received from the FIOD (Dutch Financial Police) which make no sense because the date is wrong! "Also, Binance Support was the one that gave me the email to contact them"

90  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / LNURLPoS - DIY Lightning Network PoS on: October 15, 2021, 07:25:07 PM
Arcbtc made interesting completely offline Bitcoin Lightning Network point of sale device for around $10 using simple TTGO T-display device with keypad membrane.
LNURLPoS uses the LNURL-pay protocol that allows lightning wallet to make a secure request to a server to get a lightning-network invoice, with bech32 encoded URL string.
Interesting thing that I like about this project is that it doesn't need internet connection and if you add battery you don't even need to have direct power connection.

Hardware needed:
- ESP32 TTGO T-Display (around $10)
- Keypad membrane (around 1$)
- Angled male/male GPIO pins (around $7)
- 3d printed case

Arduino software install:
- Download/install latest Arduino IDE
- Install ESP32 boards
- Copy libraries into Arduino IDE library folder
- Plug in T-Display, from Tools>Board>ESP32 Boards select TTGO LoRa32 OLED V1

Source: https://github.com/arcbtc/LNURLPoS

Video Tutorial:
https://youtu.be/ofCv2cHZ5b0

Watching this tutorial you can find one more interesting open source project called Bleskomat that is using same LNURL-pay protocol for next generation offline Bitcoin Lightning ATM device, that is using shared secret to encrypt data.
91  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Trezor Suite added Sign & Verify on: October 13, 2021, 07:02:18 PM
With latest update version 21.10.1 Trezor Suite now added option to Sign and Verify message in similar way like we can do it with Electrum wallet to prove ownership of a specific address.
Navigating to Accounts tab and clicking to 3 dots is opening Sign & Verify popup, and if the signature is correct, you will receive notification message confirming that.
Opening Trezor Suite will show you the update button or you can update manually from official github or website:

92  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Passphrase question on: October 06, 2021, 09:45:59 AM
Do you think it's better for security that passphrases have spaces between words or not?
Space is consider as character in passphrase, but some people may made a mistake and ignore them.

For example in this random six word passphrase:
Code:
penny demand local fellowship railroad happen
or
Code:
pennydemandlocalfellowshiprailroadhappen

This two are obviously totally different passphrases even if they contain exact same six words, and only difference is spaces.
Do you know what option has better entropy and why?
93  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / The Bitcoin Machine on: September 29, 2021, 02:17:40 PM
Non-technical users can now easily run their own Bitcoin and Lightning node with plug-and-play solution by Umbrel called The Bitcoin machine .
It has beautiful aluminum design with 1.8" display, Raspberry Pi4 with 8GB RAM and 1.6 Ghz quad-core CPU, Storage capacity 1TB or 2TB SSD and Umbrel OS.
All you have to do it connect this device to your router with ethernet cable, turn the power on, and open umbrel.local.

Price is $429 for 1TB SSD version and $559 for 2TB SSD version, and you can purchase it in five colors including orange. (Bitcoin is accepted for payment)

I know this is not for everyone, and yes you can get all this separate parts and run your own node much cheaper, or even use some old computer, but this is first easy solution for the masses.
Let's now check individual prices, Raspberry Pi4 with 8GB RAM is around $80, and 1 TB SSD drive is around $90 so I think that $429 is reasonable price for The Bitcoin Machine, and I expect other similar and cheaper options to show up in future.

https://thebitcoinmachines.com/

PS
Extra cools stuff is that sats/USD custom Bitcoin ticker is shown in display:
https://github.com/doidotech/TBM

You can assemble your own Bitcoin Machine if you want with following this instructions:
https://thebitcoinmachines.com/setup/

I am not affiliated with The Bitcoin Machine in any way.
Do your own research.
94  Economy / Economics / Gavin Andresen prediction for Bitcoin in 2061 on: September 27, 2021, 05:30:18 PM
Arguably one of the biggest mistakes Satoshi Nakamoto made was transferring things over to Gavin Andresen, the guy who worked with agencies, than with Craig Wright, and now he writes some grim sci-fi future for Bitcoin on his blog.

This guy become so irrelevant in Bitcoin crypto space that maybe his only fun in life now is writing stuff like this, claiming Bitcoin will be worth 6 Million USD in 2061, but most transaction won't happen on BTC network but on multisignature and other network tokens.

Andresen claims that only whales, big holders, exchanges and banks will hold this tokens, and in year 2100 network will shutdown after closing down bridges for this tokens and fees becoming unsustainable.

Now lets remember big mistakes Gavin Andresen made in past, like the time when he claimed that Craig Wright is Satoshi, or how he ''visited'' three letter government agency back in 2011, shortly after Satoshi left the Bitcoin project.

Quote
Gavin Andresen: Um... I haven't had email from satoshi in a couple months actually. The last email I sent him I actually told him I was going to talk at the CIA. So it's possible , that.... that may have um had something to with his deciding
Quote
Gavin Andresen: It Was a Mistake to Blog Claiming Craig Wright Is Satoshi

Andresen's full fantasy story:
Quote
Take this as a little piece of science fiction; the chances the future looks like this are small, but of all the possible futures I think this has as good a chance of any of happening:

Imagine: it is the year 2061.

The BTC price is six million US dollars– equal to about a million 2021 dollars because of inflation.

Miners are being rewarded 0.006103515625 BTC per block, plus transaction fees of about 5 BTC for 4,000 or so transactions ($7,500 per transaction).

But most BTC transactions don’t happen on the BTC network. Most BTC is locked up in multisignature outputs secured using multiparty computation and mirrored on another chain as “wrapped” tokens. People moved their BTC either because they want faster transactions, lower fees, more privacy, or want to invest their BTC in decentralized financial stuff. Or maybe all of the above.

The transactions that do occur on the main BTC network are high-value, mostly between super-whale-size holders (centralized exchanges, central banks, and the decentralized multiparty computation addresses that hold all the wrapped coins).

These whales maintain the BTC network forever. They are the miners and the transaction creators; they don’t care how high transaction fees go, because they receive as many fees as they pay.

In the year 2100 the whales notice that the mining reward is basically zero, and there are fewer and fewer transactions happening on the slow, expensive, zero-privacy BTC network. So they decide to simplify and save money by shutting it down.

One by one, they shutdown the “bridges” that move BTC between chains. Then they burn any BTC locked on the BTC chain by sending it to the 0x000… address, to make sure nobody can ever spend it on the BTC network.

Eventually, there are zero new BTC being produced on the BTC network, and zero BTC circulating on the BTC network. There is nothing left to secure, and the chain stops.

But 20-or-so million BTC live on, circulating on other blockchains, valuable because there are a limited number of them and because BTC was the first scarce digital asset.

95  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / AirGapped Hardware Wallets on: September 23, 2021, 09:54:02 AM
AirGapped devices by definition are never directly connected to internet or to any other devices that are connected to the internet.
However, most devices including computers and hardware wallets still have USB connections and that is the easiest way to breach airgapped machine, but not the only one.
Airgap malware exist today that are using acoustic or other type of signaling like light, magnetic, thermal or radio frequency, so we know that AirGapped devices are not providing perfect protection.

Hardware wallets are never directly connected to the internet and most of them are using USB connection with secure device-to-device FIDO protocol,
but if we want better protection we should look for True Airgapped wallets, and remove any USB connection with computer.
There are currently only a few Airgapped hardware wallets, but I expect this trend will grow in near future with better devices and better protection.
Always choose Open Source and tested hardware wallets.

Airgapped Hardware wallets:

- Safepal is closed source, claims it is airgapped, but you need to connect it with USB cable for every update.
- Ellipal is closed source.
- Ngrave is unknown source (they plan to be mostly open source)

DIY Airgapped Hardware wallets:

* Signing Device

Most of this wallets are communicating with QR codes or SD cards and they have their own flaws.
Nothing is perfect so do your own research before using any of this wallets.
96  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin Politicians in US on: September 21, 2021, 01:10:55 PM
I am not a fan of any politician or any political party but they must exist in system we have today and it is good to know and support politicians that support Bitcoin.

Bitcoin Politicians website is crowdsourced data project for tracking US politicians who took the Bitcoin pill, and this data is based on publicly revealed financial disclosures.

This project is maintained by Jameson Lopp, and so far we have only a few confirmed Bitcoin politicians like Cynthia Lummis and Patrick Toomey that support and own Bitcoin.

Other politicians like Mitt Romney own gold bullion, Joshua Hawley owns gold trust, and Dwight Evans owns ARKX, Paypal, Tesla and Western Union stocks.

If you know any other Bitcoin politician missing from this list you can make Github contribution here:
https://github.com/jlopp/bitcoin-politicians/edit/master/README.md

Website:
https://bitcoinpoliticians.org/

- Cynthia Lummis ($100K - $250K of bitcoin owned)
- Michael Waltz ($30K-$100K BTC)
- Michael McCaul ($1K-$15K GBTC in children's trust)
- Jefferson Van Drew ($100K-$250K Grayscale Trust)
- Barry Moore ($1-15k "crypto currency")
- Patrick Toomey ($2K-$30K GBTC & ETHE)

98  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / (Real) Human Right Foundation Donated 3.75 BTC to Developers on: September 15, 2021, 05:25:56 PM
Human Rights Foundation announced today they made ten donations of total 3.75 Bitcoins to various developers who are working on creating better experience with Bitcoin or improving Bitcoin privacy.
HRF is non-profit organization who made similar donations in past and they created DevFund for that purpose, and they continue to support Bitcoin Core development.
Anyone can donate to this fund, they are accepting Bitcoin and Fiat currencies, they started with this project in 2020 and donated more than more than $900k to more than 25 developers so far.
It is interesting to see what projects received donations this time:

- 0.50 BTC to Fodé Diop for creating Bitcoin Developers Academy, targeting West Africa

- 0.50 BTC to Bernard Parah, Carla Kirk-Cohen, Tim Akinbo, and Abubakar Nur Khalil for Qala fellowship that helps growing Nigerian talents.

- 0.50 BTC to Vasil Dimov for his work on Bitcoin Core in implementing Tor v3, BIP155 and I2P support.

- 0.50 BTC to Fanquake (Michael Ford) for his work on Bitcoin Core.

100  Economy / Exchanges / What we know about new Dex Exchange by Jack Dorsey? on: August 30, 2021, 02:15:31 PM
Few days ago Jack Dorsey made a tweet announcing new plans to make new decentralized exchange for Bitcoin, so I am collecting all news and updates in this topic.

We know they plan to make this exchange as Open Source project, and this came after recent news that Square is working on new Open Source hardware wallet, and for few years they are talking about decentralized Twitter called @bluesky.

I am not sure if this exchange will be called Square or something else, but they already created twitter account for that @TDB54566975 and they have a team starting with Mike Brock @brockm.

Some interesting questions and answers by Mike Brock I found on twitter:

Quote
Is there going to be some foundation or governance model for exchange?
-As we said, this platform will be entirely developed in public, open-source, open-protocol, and any wallet will be able to use. No foundation or governance model that TBD controls. Permissionless or bust.

This a good starting point, make everything Open Source so that anyone could inspect the code, contribute and find potential bugs.

How will you deal with KYC/AML laws? You could be setting yourself up for a major fight with the US government?
-  Entities exchanging fiat for crypto will have to comply with KYC/AML laws, yes. We are going to be focused on a decentralized identity solution to that end.

So we know that this dex exchange (let's call it Square dex for fun) will be with full KYC and with some unknown decentralizes ID solution, I didn't expect anything less coming from big tech.

Are you going to use Bitcoin network or something else?
- We’d love for this to be Bitcoin-native, top to bottom. And that’s leading us to consider things like @RSKsmart.However, the gaps needed to build this may be too large, which would also have us consider other chains as a bridge.
Some of the gaps we currently see are around cost and scalability. Lightning is solving for this with payments. We need a solve for exchange infrastructure between digital assets, like stablecoins.

It looks like they are going to use Lightning Network and some kind of smart contracts that are connected with Bitcoin.
Using main chain when there are a lot of transactions would make this exchange almost unusable, so this is understandable.

How is this exchange going to work in real life?
- Make it easy to fund a non-custodial wallet anywhere in the world through a platform to build on- and off-ramps into Bitcoin. You can think about this as a decentralize exchange for fiat.

Non-custodial wallet and fiat on/off ramps sounds great, but real problem is providing enough volume while not forcing people to KYC, maybe give option for face-to-face trading like Bisq is offering.

This topic will be updated in due time.
If you know more information or have some fresh news you can post them here, but please don't go off-topic if you don't want to see your post being deleted.
