I am truly sorry for the capitals in the topic title, but i really need your help guys. Because we are missing a person which is my friend, but also one of the freedom fighters of the digital area. For months there is no activity coming from the corner of KIM.COM. For all we know he had a heart stroke last year and one of his last messages on X was a picture with his family on the 20th of January this year in the hospital. After that, total silence. Not even a word from his wife or kids how he is doing. He just vanished without saying a word. KIM.COM is a dear friend for me, although i never met the guy. He was fighting for interweb freedom for all of you people. The US were after him for his Megaupload case and last year the judge said they could extradite him to the US ( https://www.theguardian.com/technology/article/2024/aug/15/kim-dotcom-to-be-extradited-from-new-zealand-to-us). Not long after this decision he went to the hospital with heart problems. And there it all stops. Since the 20th of January he didn't say a word anymore while he was very active in the community of crypto and X. So why am i doing this? Because, if Kim would have died, because of his heart (for instance), his wife or children would have said something on X about him. But this time, there is total silence. So, where is Kim and his family? What has happened with this man? And not only that, where are his wife and children? So i hope the community picks this up to force something about the status of Kim. Because he was a big guy in every way and he could not just vanish of this earth all of a sudden. So who knows something about him? If you have any information, please share, because i am worried. Not only about him, but also his family. thank you |

I am working with trading tools for my daily trades, but i have the feeling i haven't found the best trading tool yet. I have tested Haasbot, leonArdo and C.A.T, but they all have their flaws which annoys me a bit (missing tools, resource issues etc.etc.). Paid already a nice amount for these and they have surely paid me back already, but i want to trade with an ultimate relaxed one without worrying about resources or using multiple programs to complete my trading tools. What is a relaxed trading tool for me? - 64bits and uses less resources (important) - works on OSX - Must have all tools like - Full charts
- Daily volume, total wallet outputs
- Loading older trades from exchanges (could be API restriction though)
- Interval refresh
Like a copy of the Poloniex structure in a program. So, why am i not using the browser then? Because that uses a lot of resources (Chrome even 5GB) and i would like to have tabs in a program tools of all exchanges instead of multiple browser tabs which are eaten my pc resources. So, which tool is everyone using? Or what do you think it is the ultimate tool i'm looking for? I am of course prepared to pay for it, but a fixed price and not a monthly fee. |

This is a pre announcement for an upcoming ICO to take over the XVC project by hiring good devs from ICO funds.
Why this take over?
Because John Connor thinks he can play games with his community. It is time to show him what a community is by taking over the project and finishing it by friendly and good developers.
No coins to divide?
Yes, there are XVC coins...which are very cheap at the moment in the exchange. This is a community take over and that means the community are investors.
Why would this work?
I don't know if this works...i never did this before and i don't know how this will go. But what i do know is that the project is gorgeous, but the former dev had no emotional skills. So i'm trying to find 2-3 devs who can work on this project which will get paid by the ICO funds. And i do this at the moment when this coin is at a very low price. Maybe we can show John Connor that even he needs a community to get something done. You can code like a badass, but if you act like a autistic prick everything you make will fail in crypto world.
How much should be raised?
I don't know. Maybe a discussion how much should be raised is welcome in this thread. Also if it is possible to fork it. But i want to do something, because the code is stunning. And not because i am a bagholder also.
So, let the community decide now. It would be great if we could organise an ICO which attracts developers to work on the code. Because with a good community this code has great potential. And a big middle finger to John.
