Wenn ich aus meiner Sicht die Kryptowelt der letzten 6-7 Jahre ein wenig Revue passieren lasse, dann gab es drei Wellen von Projektarten: Die erste Welle bestand aus reinen Coinprojekten wie Bitcoin, Namecoin und Peercoin. Gefolgt von Plattformen wie NXT, NEM und Ethereum. Die dritte Welle hält seit einiger Zeit an und besteht hauptsächlich aus spezialisierten Projekttoken wie beispielsweise Lending, Trading, Loyalty und Rewards.

Vielleicht kann man die Wellen nicht ganz so deutlich trennen wie ich es gemacht habe, aber im Großen und Ganzen kann man das schon so abgrenzen. Ich frage mich welche die nächste Welle sein wird. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass diese hauptsächlich Projekte im IoT-Umfeld und Plattform-Protokolle hervorbringen wird. Was ist eure Sicht darauf?
