There will be no big BTC Halvening price rise. You heard it here first.

Down 13% in the last 24 hours.
Seems my prediction was incorrect and the post-halvening crash* has been brought forward a couple of weeks.
* use the word 'correction' if you are a BTC shill Spoetniktard and find it more palatable.

Brilliant. It's amazing and proof positive in ETH how all the Ethereum community are pulling together to counte move against those that attack it. DAO is not dead yet. Tomorrow I will be buying more DAO and ETH.

|
|
Apparently the DAO attacker has now been identified and he is attempting to plea bargain out of criminal proceedings.
More updates to follow.

Any posters 100% in balls deep in only one particular coin? If so what coin is in your bag?

This really is everyone's last chance to purchase Ethereum tokens at a reasonable price. The price is exploding upwards as more and more people discover Ethereum and its limitless potential. The only trouble is that you need to act now and take decisive action if you'd like to now own a respectable amount of ETH.
It's time to act. It's time to buy ETH.
This is your last wake up call.

Add your name to this thread if you are bag hodling LISK. This is for future reference.
|
|
|
Sell LISK. Buy BTC.
Don't be left a LISK bag hodler. The devs have already dumped their shitcoinage.

Looks like it's all going through the floor. Get out while you can if you still can.

Ethereum is going to the moon. I'm a PhD educated professor and I've done the math. Ethereum, smart contracts m, and the DAO are going to change the world... for better. I know a s appreciate that many of you fear change, especially against your BTC hodlings however we all need to take a step back and appreciate the present situation. BTC is stalled floundering, and centralised in China. Ethereum is growing dat by dat with new devs, it doesn't suffer 2 hour confirmations. And it's fucking scalable. Ok let's rethink this: BTC unsalable unscalable stalled. ETH salable scalable growing.

A one day poll of the ETH price as at 2016-05-19.
Poll results published tomorrow.

Pretty shocked to hear this tabled. But what do others think of the proposal to increase bitcoins supply above Satoshis preprogrammed 21 million supply?

Is it possible that in the future that the blockchain could be truncated and archived off? For example, are the miners still interested in transactions < block 100,000. If not why keep it on the blockchain indefinitely if it no longer computationally relevant? To cut down the size of the blockchain could it not be truncated at say block 100,000.
