1  Bitcoin / Hardware / Spondoolies miners not mining on: August 26, 2017, 07:15:39 PM
I have several SP30 and 31 Spondoolies that have stopped mining. I have taken them apart, cleaned them up, and put on fresh high-end thermal paste. When I try to fire them up again they do not start mining properly. This is an excerpt from the log file. Anyone know what I am looking at and what the solution is? Time is Bitcoin after all. Huh

2  Bitcoin / Mining support / Spondoolies SP30 Issues on: February 18, 2017, 03:39:36 PM
One of our SP30s is having some issues I'm hoping someone has experience with. If we power it up we can see it on the network for a few minutes, and it grabs some work. After a minute or so it drops off the network and stops all work. All the fans keep running and we can not see or get into it remotly until it is powered down for 15 seconds or so and plugged back in. Any ideas?
3  Economy / Exchanges / CEX.IO Unable to transfer funds? on: April 13, 2016, 06:04:23 AM
I have been trying to have funds transfered from CEX.IO since January with no luck, just a constaint stream of excuses as to the problems they have in doing so, and fees assed to me every time they "try" to transfer funds to me. Has any one else had this issue? Reminds me of Mt. Gox.
4  Economy / Computer hardware / FS 2 TB HDD X4 on: September 20, 2014, 03:39:38 PM
I have 4 white label hard drives made by WD, 2TB in capacity. SATA 2, 3.5" FF. They were used for @ 1.5 years in our  4 bay NAS server. Spent a fair amount of there time powered down so they should be good for a long time. Just upgraded the unit for more capacity so these are no longer needed. Have no problem with escrow, have been using oGnasty for larger transactions BUT, this being a smaller one I would just assume deal direct. We do have a good rep here and we are a business so you will not be dealing with an unknown.

Looking for the equivalent of $55.00 each shipped CONUS. I will ship outside the US, but shipping will be a lot more, will only charge exact shipping.

Can post photos later. Need to find out who in the office had the camera last...Sad

Ok. Found the camera.

5  Economy / Currency exchange / Need about 1 BTC to finish deal with Powell on: July 23, 2014, 09:19:15 PM
Trying to finish up a deal with Powell to buy a 3rd Jupiter. Already picked up 2 from him. He has been kind enough to hold this last one while I round up a few more coins. Trouble is in our business we get very little business in BTC. It's all cash, check or Paypal. So we have plenty of cash in the bank but I need to turn a bit of it into BTC. @ 1 BTC worth give or take. Have enough BTC banked up to make up the rest. Would prefer is their is someone local in Wisconsin so we can do a cash exchange FTF. If not I can deal remotely, but it's not easy to find someone to work with using Paypal for a newer member here. If it helps we are a business and have an excellent rep locally, on eBay, and BTCJam.

We are Cloverleaf762 on BTC Jam, dolofson on eBay, and have the following businesses:

www.joulesofnature.com and www.ddpservices.net

Plus you can verify our deal on here with Powell.

Any takers?
6  Economy / Computer hardware / Like New Asus T100TA Win 8.1 Tablet FS on: June 18, 2014, 04:59:39 PM
Well my trusty ASUS TF700 tablet died so I tried this one. Pros and cones to both, but needless to say for now I think I would rather go back to Android on another TF700 or 701. This tablet is like new with almost no use. No scratches, dents, or dings. Comes with factory box, all accessories, and when it come in a keyboard skin to protect the base. (Skin is on order but not here yet.) I do have this up on CL and will post on eBay shortly to get it out of my hair so if you think you may like it don't wait to reach me. FYI, this unit comes with an extended warranty that covers most everything that could damage it for 2 years from the date of sale. That puts it under warranty till January 2016.

Looking for .5956 shipped in the US. If you would like a MSD card for the memory expansion slot I have a new one with MSD to SD adapter I can sell with it for .04132

Link to ASUS site for more information on it. It is the 32 GB model.

10  Bitcoin / Mining support / Garden Blade Setup Help on: May 27, 2014, 09:57:33 PM
It was suggested I move this over here from the beginner help section so some of this is cut and past.

We have a friend who acquired a bunch of odd BTC mining gear on a budget. As such it is a lot different from the KnC's and BFL's we are running, so we are not sure what to do with it. Unfortunately he came to us looking for help and I am now a bit lost. Of course I thought it would be a piece of cake before we started this...

He has 8 Garden Blade Miners. They seem to power up OK, but I can not for the life of me log into them. I have scanned every IP after setting them up on a private net from 192.168.0.0 to 192.168.255.255 and I can not find the damned things. IP listed on the sticker is 192.168.1.201 port 10000.

Dose anyone know anything about them, or how to default them to factory settings, and what the factory default IP would be so we could get into them and set them up?

The basics seem simple enough, they just are not working. I did set them up on a closed network with a range of 10.0.0.1 to 10.0.1.255 and scanned that. In that range I did manage to find the IP's they were at. Knowing the IP's I thought it would be easy to simply type the IP (I.E. 10.0.0.117:10000) into a we browser and log in to the interface to change the IP and pool settings. No such luck. They seem to be active, and we can now see the IP's, but as of yet it will not let us log in...Sad

Makes me happy all of ours are Block Erupter, BFL, and KnC units.

12  Economy / Currency exchange / Business CC or Paypal to BTC exchange needed on: May 10, 2014, 03:58:52 PM
Have a few small purchases we have been doing on here that need to be done in BTC only. We have used up our reserve BTC and are now paying off the transaction from our mining capability. I would like to finish these transactions off today or tomorrow if possible instead of next week. We currently have $326.00 in the Paypal account we use for the business, and/or I can use our business credit card IF you happen to have a merchant account with a reputable provider. Willing to settle for the $326.00 in Paypal, but being able to do $500.00 would be better. PM me if you have the free BTC to trade and have reasonable rates. While getting this done fast would be nice, I don't want it done so bad that I will pay outlandish fees. I can wait on our miners if need be.

Would be willing to trade some of our top end soap also...Wink
