★ যদি আপনার পোস্ট কাউন্ট আপনার এক্টিভিটির চেয়ে ১৪ বা তার বেশিতে এগিয়ে থাকে, তাহলে নতুন সময়সীমায় পূর্ণ ১৪টি এক্টিভিটি পাবার জন্য আপনাকে মাত্র একটি পোস্ট করতে হবে। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, আপনার পোস্ট কাউন্ট যদি ২০০ হয়, কিন্তু এক্টিভিটি  মাত্র ২৮, তাহলে আরও ১৪টি এক্টিভিটি পাওয়ার জন্য নতুন সময়সীমাতে আপনাকে মাত্র একটি পোস্ট করতে হবে। সেই পোস্টটি করার পর আপনার মোট এক্টিভিটি হবে ৪২।

কারণ প্রতি দুই সপ্তাহে আপনি সব্বোর্চ ১৪ এক্টিভিটি পয়েন্ট পেতে পারেন। এরপর নতুন করে আরো ১৪ পয়েন্ট পেতে হলে পরবর্তী সময়সীমা পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা করতে হবে।

আমার রাঙ্ক/এক্টিভিটি আপডেট হচ্ছেনা কেনো?

আপডেট হতে সাধারণত ১ ঘন্টার মতো সময় লাগে। তাই ভয় না পেয়ে ধৈর্য ধরুন।

এক্টিভিটি বা রাঙ্ক কি কমতে পারে?

হ্যাঁ এটি সম্ভব। যদি কোনো কারনে  কোনো নির্দিষ্ট সময়কালে করা আপনার সবগুলো পোস্ট ডিলিট হয়ে যায়, অথবা আপনি যে থ্রেডগুলোতে পোস্ট করেছিলেন সেগুলো যদি ট্র্যাশক্যানে মুভ করা হয় তাহলে আপনি নিচের রাঙ্কে চলে যেতে পারেন। এমনটি যদি হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে আবার নতুন করে পোস্ট করতে হবে এবং এক্টিভিটি পয়েন্ট বাড়াতে হবে।

কিভাবে মেরিট অন্যকে সেন্ড করা যায়?

Sabacc is a really really really addictive card game in the Star Wars universe. I literally used to play it for hours.
This little card game is playable in the "Star Wars Outlaws" video game in case you are wondering where I can play it.

1. You start with two cards (number cards or symbol cards). And two is the max card btw.
2. Then you try to make it close to zero or match the numbers like 11 22 33 44 or the some special combinations. 3. You can keep, draw, discard cards, trying to reach the best hand. (Each time a chip is spent, and chips are limited)

What I really wanna know is that have any of you heard of it before and have any of you seen this game in any of the actual real world gambling platforms before? And maybe talk about it a little. Would love to play it again by the way!

1. Before making a very long post, do you guys ever calculate whether you are about to hit the 65535 bytes / 64k character limit for post?
If yes, then how? With what tool? Some of you guys have very long posts, so I assumed you guys knew.

2. Is BBcodes itself (url, img, table etc) are also part of this calculations? Or only the things we see after making the post is consider to be part of that 64k char limit?

3. My language 'Bangla" takes more space than "English", so I'll usually be hitting the limit way sooner than others.
And I was wondering if anyone could calculate and give me the exact character limit for my specific language? Before it gets broken at somewhere at the end or into two parts It has something to do with UTF-16 or UTF-8.

Assuming if BBcodes are not part of this big calculation.

There isn't much to introduce, as many of you already know me. So, long story short, I decided to open this thread mainly to share some of my photography skills with the community. I am not a professional photographer, just someone who really enjoys capturing interesting moments whenever possible, in my free time of course, a sort of a hobby. It's been always one of my interests, and so from time to time, I'll be posting some of my shots here.

Additionally, I'll be using this thread as my personal portfolio or reference, in case someone wants to buy some of my photos.

Disclaimer: I know this is a free forum and anyone can do anything, but please Do Not Use My Photos Without My Permissions. I, me, DYING_S0UL, is the sole owner of these photos.

Some of the photos might be edited, color graded as photographers usually don't show the RAW ones, also quality decreased as forum doesn't allow images more than 2.5 mb, LOL.

Anyone else having problems accessing Bitcointalk?? recently...

It was fine a few minutes ago (10-15), but now I'm having issues. I was on chrome when the error 504 hit me, and even after several attempts I didn't go away. Until I had to clear data and change browser, wait it out, and then, I was able to post about it.

After I found this forum I used to find so many libertarian topics, written in the past. Or topics written by anarchists or crypto-anarchists. Many of them were very interesting, such as:

I'm creating this separate topic because I feel like I may have unintentionally derailed the OP's thread.

As the subject implies, I wanted to know more about terms like "Autoban User" and "Nuke User". And exactly what's gonna trigger them (specially the autoban one)?

And exactly how many bans are there? Autoban, nuke, self ban and any other on the list?

Here is my original post and some of the replies I have gotten so far.

Apologizing for bumping this very old post. Yeah, I saw that 120 days warning message. Actually, I bumped into this post while searching for another one.

Long story short I saw a banned user, went to his profile, hovered my mouse cursor around the banned message (I use BPIP extension), and it said "Autoban on xx/xx/xx date).

So what's an "Autoban" anyway?
I know there is this "Normal Ban" (afaik, it's called nuking an user) that Mods manually apply.
And there is this "Self Ban" that can be triggered by secret questions.
But what's this 3rd one? And what's the requirement for triggering this?
In OP's posts, there is also mentions of "Autoban", but unfortunately no details.

Autoban as the name implies is "automatic ban".
This means that no admin or moderator manually reviewed the profile to ban it. The system detects obvious breaking of the forum rules and triggers a ban.

I'm not sure. Are you saying that the plagiarism report has not been checked by any moderator? The user is banned for plagiarism. The system does not detect plagiarism on its own.

Yes, I was referring to this user. I saw him posting in my local section a few days ago and all of a sudden he got banned. I got curious, went to his profile and I saw that term.
And, as per your plagiarism report, I guess Xal0lex banned him as he is the one who merited your post. Then I wonder why it says "Autoban" instead of something else like nuke!?
I also checked some of the users that were reported there. Some users have "Nuke User", while others have "Autoban User" message. I again wonder how are they different?

Staff:	Shown when moderators (see next point) post outside of the sections that they moderate. The tags under their usernames are dependent on their post group.	variable
Moderator:	Shown when moderators of specific sections post within those sections. Gets 5 gold coins, of which the last is shown as half faded-out green.
Global Moderator:	Applied to Staff that have moderation privileges in all boards. Gets 5 gold coins, of which the last is half teal colored.
Administrator:	Has all available permissions and can appoint moderators and perform other administrative tasks. Gets 5 gold coins, of which the last is shown half red regardless of post count.

Badges

I added a system of badges to SMF a while ago, though only two are defined now. Here are the current badges:

Bitcoin expert	Dev&Tech only. People with this badge know enough about the Bitcoin network to reimplement something very like it from scratch. They are capable of intelligently discussing the Bitcoin network: current protocol, possible attacks, proposed changes, etc. Criteria: Recommendation by an existing Bitcoin expert or core dev and approval by a forum administrator.
Bitcoin-Qt core developer	Dev&Tech only. These are the core developers of Satoshi's Bitcoin client. They are listed here. Core developers are among the top contributors to Bitcoin-Qt, and they are all bitcoin experts, though they don't also get that badge.
The Glider(hacker symbol)	Awarded for people who have responsibly disclosed forum security flaws.

A core dev does not "outrank" a bitcoin expert (or vice-versa), and it's possible for someone without a badge to contribute meaningfully to a discussion with experts and core devs.

Art contest recognition badge - Art contest winners only. Offered by Theymos to only 5 people who participated in the 10th anniversary art contest.

- Between 1 and 20 (depending on number of submissions) people will receive art contest recognition badges: , based mainly on community consensus of who had the best art. In judging consensus, I will be substantially but not entirely influenced by the total amount of merit your art received.

You are automatically whitelisted if you buy a copper membership. You don't need to wear the copper membership, just own it. You can also be whitelisted for free by any staff member and a few non-staff, but we're going to need some reason to think that you actually deserve it. Do not ask me for free whitelisting.

Whitelisting is a not a license to spam. You will be immediately banned if you're found spamming, even if you bought a copper membership (and you will not be refunded).
