Fungibility (or lack of it, not sure about how to use the term tbh) what can be done? I don't like the idea of using some Bitcoins that were once used by some criminals or something. With cash this is not a problem because we don't have a public ledger for cash, all cash is the same, but with Bitcoin, all transactions are recorded for everyone to see. I know confidential transactions are coming which is cool, because its no one's business to know how much money you are moving but you and the other party, but ultimately this does not solve the fungibility problem. So how do you keep the ledger public, while making it impossible to know if your Bitcoins are "good bitcoins" or "bad bitcoins" so to speak, so all Bitcoins are the same? I think everyone deserves the same level of anonymity and fungibility, no matter if you are expert, noob, wealthy or poor. It shouldn't be something "extra". I hope this makes any sense.

I love this website, I know a lot of people use this for their portfolio, it's really lightweight and convenient, but the thing is, it doesn't store logs longer than 2 weeks (by logs i mean graphs). You need to pay 10 dollars then you get an unlimited supply:

So my question is, is there any other websites like this, or maybe an actual software that is more robust, and will keep graphs without any cuts that are stored locally? I just want to be able to see my progress of my total stack of cryptocurrencies through time, to see if im doing good.

So let's say I want to accept payments or donations in a webpage so I put a QR code there. The problem is I dont want the address to be attached to my real name forever because this is dumb from a privacy perspective (it would be like having your bank account transparent in a webpage). Everyone could see how much money I got paid/donated and everyone could see where that money goes as soon as I move it. You could say "duuh move it a to mixer". Well we shouldn't depend on mixers, its a very primitive form of privacy and a centralized one to boot, and its just annoying that you can't directly buy or whatever, you always would need to lose time with the damn mixers first.

So how to solve this?

Tor vs SAFE

Tor is a routing layer that is built on top of the current internet. It works by routing traffic through a relay of nodes, thereby concealing its origin. While Tor can offer anonymity, it comes at the cost of decreased performance. One problem inherent to Tor is that the exit nodes remove the last layer of encryption and therefore are able to read the traffic. Governments can maintain a large number of exit nodes and thereby read some of the traffic. Furthermore, successful attacks on the Tor network have been reported [citation needed]. There is no built-in reward mechanism to incentivize individuals to run nodes, hence their number is still rather small.

The SAFE Network is designed from the ground up to provide strong anonymity by default and does not suffer from any of the weaknesses of the Tor network. Successful attacks on the SAFE Network would require the attacker to gain control over very large percentage of vaults. Even then, the damage an attacker could possibly do is very limited.

Bitcoin will most likely remain the #1 cryptoCURRENCY out there with the most potential to reach worldwide mainstream approval at "official" govermental-level sort of type as well, but when it comes to decentralizing everything else... why would you trust anything that isn't Maidsafe? why would you deal with the bloat of a blockchain when Maidsafe uses an anonymous system without blockchain and instant transactions?
Why would you build all of the things that can be done on Maidsafe on top of Bitcoin? or even on top of ETH (maybe beyond some specific stuff...)
I just don't see anything as exciting and huge as Maidsafe right now. Is there anything that Maidsafe cannot do that justify other technologies to be used instead of it?

I just tried putting -reindex in my Bitcoin shortcut, has been going for a while, it's about 1/2 now. Im just wondering if I can quit and go to sleep and continue tomorrow starting where I left it at, or will the process begin again from scratch? cause i want to go sleep and the computer noise annoys me.
