[The Principality of Stars]

 Hello, I am establishing a new decentralized nation project founded on transparency, freedom, and democracy. I have already been in contact with several governments throughout the world and one of the nation I have been in contact with have shown a lot of interest in this project and has even invited me to travel there to discuss the plan more and start getting things prepared. I have not yet traveled there to meet with their government due to not having enough funds to actually do this project and I don't want to travel there and not have the funds to actually commit to them for the lease or purchase of some of their land and be able to establish the first settlements. So that is why I am making this thread to get support from the community for this project. I plan to hold an ICO to raise the funds for this project and the token that will be issued for the ICO will become the new nations currency which will be used for land purchases and any other transactions held within our borders. I have already written up a document that gives information about the governance model and the ICO but since I cannot post the document on here I have copied and pasted it below. Also just for full transparency I am also the founder and CEO of a gaming company that is partnered with the blockchain based gaming platform called Flux Coin and I have made many posts on this forum before about the company and ideas I have had. So if anyone would be willing to help with the ICO as far as development and/or promotion then please contact me and let me know. Also I would like to get everyone's honest feedback on the project and if this would be a project that you would support monetarily.                                                  The Principality of Stars

The Concept:
 
 The idea is to establish a new nation under the ideas of true democracy and freedom for all of its people. The Principality of Stars is a new nation project that will establish a democratic way of life for all of the citizens of the new nation. We will put our new democratic nation government operations on the blockchain to be completely democratic and transparent. The official currency of the nation will be a cryptocurrency that will be developed by the government officials.

The Provisional Government:

The provisional government is established as of June, 2018 and will run the executive and legislative operations of the government until such time that the legislative duty can be passed on to the people of the Principality of Stars and that will be when our new nation has land of its own and a permanent population. Until then the provisional government headed by the founder and Prince of the Principality of Stars will hold the executive authority and the legislative authority will be given to a group of 5 people that are elected by the people of the new nation project.

Official Government:

 The official government of the Principality of Stars will comprise of three branches.  The Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. The executive branch will be headed by the Founder and Prince of the nation Austin Rowe. The Executive branch is also made up of the team that the Prince puts in place to help with day to day governing operations. The Legislative branch will be made up of every citizen within the nation that is of voting age. The Judicial branch will be made up of a set number of judges that are appointed by a majority vote from the Legislative branch (the people).


Governmental Authority for each Branch:

 The governmental authority for each branch of government is listed below.

Executive:

    • To call on a vote for a new legislative bill.
    • To propose a new legislative bill.
    • Make diplomatic agreements with other nations.
    • Spend the government funds on projects that are approved by the people.
    • Pardon people on a case by case basis.
    • Propose the initial constitution for the new nation.
    • Propose amendments to the constitution.

Legislative:

    • Vote on the bills that are proposed by the Prince or a fellow citizen.
    • Vote on what government funds should be spent on and how much.
    • Vote on who should be a judge in the Judicial branch.
    • Veto any government actions taken by the executive branch.
    • Vote on any new governmental authority that the executive branch proposes to receive from the Legislative branch.
    • Vote on the proposed constitution that is proposed by the Executive branch.
    • Vote on proposed amendments to the constitution by either the Prince or fellow citizens.


Judicial:

    • Hear and rule on criminal and civil court cases.
    • Decide if any new laws and/or amendments to the constitution are legal under the constitution.


Other Government Information:

 Anything not listed on the list of governmental authority for each branch will be left up to the Legislative branch (The people) to decide on when the time comes that it needs to be figured out. The idea of how all Legislative votes takes place is most likely going to be through a mobile and desktop application where citizens can login using their citizen ID and a password and then from there they can access all government documents, vote on proposed legislation and amendments to the constitution, create proposals for legislation and amendments to the constitution, and so much more. We could technically offer these services through the mobile and desktop applications using blockchain as the way to login to the accounts but in doing so that would mean anyone can create multiple wallets to then have multiple votes which would then make the voting process very difficult to determine if its accurate or not. Also if it is done with blockchain then anyone that creates a wallet can then cast votes and proposals even without being a citizen of the nation which we as a nation cannot have none citizens voting and creating proposals that affects our future as a nation.

National Cryptocurrency Information:

The new cryptocurrency for the Principality of Stars will most likely either be on its own blockchain or on the Ethereum blockchain in the form of an ERC-20 token. There will be an ICO which will be held in the near future once an ICO team has been formed. The funds acquired from the ICO will be used to pay the ICO team, run all government operations, find adequate land to establish the new nation on, purchase the land from the current nation that controls it (If we cant find any current unclaimed land), build a small settlement on the new land if there is enough funds left over after the purchase of the lands. We will have other ways to bring in more funds once we acquire territory such as the sell of land within our new nation to private citizens and investors, and the potential of international aid from other nations until we can get established with infrastructure and start the process of figuring out our tax system which will be decided on by the people.

I am going to set it up with a new name which is CoinCraft and a totally new blockchain. That was we have a fresh new start to the coin. Hi, I am just trying to figure out how profitable if at all Bitcoin ATM operators are in my state. Hi, I am restarting the BitSynq project which was abandoned by the original devs. I am hiring a cryptocurrency developer to recreate a new version of BitSynq and add the features that were not added by the original devs. But there will be a few changes to the new coin that were not in the original. First the coin supply will be 500 million instead of 50 million, second there will be a premine of 50 million instead of 21 million. The reason for the first change is to have a lower total coin supply to premine ratio so that it is more attractive and is easier to add to an exchange since some exchanges don't allow more than a 20% premine. Also the second change is do to the fact that I am going to do a 1:1 coin swap with the people who actually put money in the original ICO, a 1:1 coin swap of 1 million coins to the original coins bounty holders, a new ICO to fund this project and with that there will be an ICO of 20 million coins which will be proportionally distributed, 1 million coins for a new bounty campaign, and I will be taking 8 million of the remaining coins for putting up money initially to hire the dev and also for the fact that I am going through the trouble of getting this project started and also part of the 8 million coins will go to paying for other things for the project once the ICO funds run out and also will be put into investments to keep the fund going to pay for future expesnes. Also with the new ICO I will be putting all of the money into this project and any left over will be put into a holding account to pay for further development of the coin.  Hi, I am the founder of StarkaCoin which was an altcoin that I planned to use a while back for Minecraft but that never did really work out. But I have come up with an idea to relaunch the altcoin for my MMORPG called Cubicverse. The game already has an in-game currency setup that already is programed to allow players to send and receive the in-game money and also to use it to buy and sell things on the in-game marketplace. So the plan is to integrate StarkaCoin into the game and replace it with the already in place in-game money which is mainly just play money.  Hi, I am the owner of the MMORPG known as Cubicverse. I have posted on this forum a few times about Cubicverse and other things and now I am posting here about the opening up of the Cubicverse currency exchange.

 the Cubicverse currency exchange will be done manually starting out but will eventually be automated with the ability to buy/sell Cubicverse's in-game currency known as Soul Energy to other players through an in-game currency exchange. As of right now I am only selling Soul Energy and not buying back due to the fact that the currency can be earned in-game without needing to pay for it and that would mean the game could potentially lose money that way. But players are free to resell their Soul Energy for USD or Bitcoin to other players as long as they trust each other for now until I can get an automated exchange setup. But I would not recommend players selling to other just yet due to trust issues.

 Also we have a forum setup which you can view by going to the website and clicking on forum which you will then be redirected to the forum and from there you can post about Soul Energy you have for sale or other in-game items you may have gotten and would like to sell. Also if you are selling in-game items there is already a marketplace setup in-game that you click on to buy/sell your in-game items for Soul Energy. You can visit Cubicverse at cubicverse.com and if you would like to exchange USD or Bitcoin for Soul Energy then please contact me either by PM on here or by going in to Cubicverse and searching for the player tobeyrowe and PM me through there.

 The exchange rates will be at a fixed rate until I can get the in-game exchange setup which then the players will establish the exchange rates by posting buy and sell orders of Soul Energy. The exchange rate will be $0.005 USD per Soul Energy and the recommended minimum exchange amount is $10 USD for 2,000 Soul Energy payments can be made in USD through Paypal or Bitcoin. The funds generated through the sale of Soul Energy will be used to further develop the game and pay for advertising and server hosting costs. I currently have a developer who is going to do major improvements to Cubicverse including better graphics, better UI, in-game currency exchange, and so much more which will end up costing about $6,000 and could take up to six months to complete. So I need to be able to raise the money to pay the developer. I do not expect to be able to raise the whole $6,000 anytime soon but I hope to raise some of it and then make up the difference with some money that I have and also an investment from a family member.

 If you are interested then please either contact me on here or in-game like previously mentioned if you would like to buy Soul Energy or even just donate to Cubicverse. Also please note that there is a system to donate $20 USD a year to the game as a subscription to receive in-game perk but it was brought to my attention by another developer that is helping me that the donation part works as far as me receiving the money but the perks that are given to the player automatically for donating may not be working and as of right now there is not a way for me to give you the perks manually so if you decide to donate by using the donation system in-game then please do not get mad or upset with me or the game if it doesn't give you the perks you donated for. But I will try my best to make it up to you by giving you Soul Energy or in-game items if it doesn't work if you contact me to let me know that it didn't work for you.

Hi, I posted a while back about how I made a stock for my MMORPG called Cubicverse on the CounterParty Asset Exchange Platform but I couldn't figure out a way to pay the shareholders dividends on the platform so I have decided to make it a non dividend paying stock. Which I know a lot of you may be wondering why you would want to invest in a non dividend paying stock and the answer is that so I can reinvest the dividends into the company which would theoretically make the price of the stock go up in value once the company starts making more money from the added features of the game paid for by the would be dividends then shareholders can sell their shares for a profit once the value goes up and this strategy is being used now by many different companies on centralized stock markets such as the NYSE. So if you are interested in buying shares then please comment or PM me so I can put some out on the CounterParty wallet. I am only going to sell at most 1,000 shares right now or 1% of the company because I would like to wait and see how the price of the stock goes and if it starts going up I want to be able to sell at a higher price in order to raise even more money for the company. Also I must point out that I say this is for the MMORPG Cubicverse but its actually for my gaming company as a whole which is called Rowe's Gaming (Not an officially registered business) but I am just stating that it is for Cubicverse because I do not have any other games out at the moment but I am working on another game that I would not like to share the details about because it is not trademarked or anything and I don't want anyone to take the idea. Update: I just made a new website for Rowe's Gaming and please do not say anything negative about it because I only took like 10 minutes to make it and I used a free service called Weebly to do it but I plan on adding more content to the website and also getting it upgraded to a paid plan later on so I don't have to use their subdomain name. Hi, as some of you may know I am the owner of an MMORPG known as Cubicverse. Well I am now looking into starting a cryptocurrency that will be used as the real money currency in the game. Right now there is an in-game currency but it is just play money basically so I need to have a cryptocurrency made that can be put onto exchanges to give it real value.
