The rules of the game are simple guess 0-100, each person gets 1 guess per round and each entry costs .005 BTC.  The winner will be determined through the Bitcoin blockchain.  I will pick a predetermined block at the beginning of each round, the 1st 2 digits of the # of transactions will be the winner.  For example block 436049 https://blockchain.info/block/0000000000000000006c1ee9f3fd8275bfdd23f5f37a9c01e268bde0bc443d77 had 2389 transactions so if you guessed 23 you won.  I will be paying out 95% of the pot and will be keeping 5% as an administrative fee.

If somebody guesses the same # as another person I will move your number up or down to the next available number.  You can buy as many guesses as you want !

All guesses will be kept public on this thread and I will create a public ledger for each round showing everyone's guess and their blockchain transaction. 
When you post your guess include the blockchain transaction so I can verify the owner of the guess.  In addition specify which address you want the winnings sent to if you win !

Round 1 will terminate on block 436195 and the first 2 digits of the # of transactions will determine the winner !

Last night the website was working and the admin was saying how the payments are a couple hours away and everything was perfect.... Now I check the website today and to see if my payment is there and the website is completely offline, and rychallenge's board says it collapsed/admin flee'd...... The admin came off as such a stand up respectable person, you literally can not win with this crap !
