I read that there are some countries that are crypto friendly when it comes to paying income tax.
These countries are: Germany, Singapore, Portugal, Malaysia, Malta, Belarus, Switzerland, The Netherlands, The Cayman Islands, Slovenia, Puerto Rico.

Is there someone from these countries that has exchanged crypto for a profit and has paid little or no taxes on it?

I have some bitcoins that I've kept for a couple of years and I'd like to sell them for a profit, without paying a big tax on it, and then to transfer the money through bank transfer to my country. Here in my country I'd have to pay 20%, which is not acceptable.

Hi there. I will write this in english because my german is at a beginner level, I just started to learn it from scratch 6 months ago. I just found out that there is a tax exemption that applies in Germany that works like this: if you hold your crypto assets for at least 1 year, no matter how much profit you earn, you don't pay any taxes, you don't even have to file it on your tax return. I'd like to know how could an EU citizen(from Romania) take advantage of this opportunity, since back here I'd have to pay 20% income tax on my crypto holdings. I think I should acquire residency in Germany to have to file tax returns there, this way I should be able to avoid paying taxes in Romania.

1. Is my assumption correct? Do I have to have a residency in Germany to be able to pull this off? Or is there some other way around this?

2. Once I can pay taxes in Germany, how should I approach this? I already held the bitcoins in a wallet for more than one year, is it possible to sell them and take advantage of the tax exemption right away, or is it the case that I need to wait for an year?

3. What does it imply to get residency in Germany? I've read that you need to have a job or study in Germany to get residency, but these are not viable options for myself. What other ways are there to aqcuire it? I plan on visiting the country for a couple of months, then leaving to some other places.

Aș avea de schimbat criptomonede în fiat currencies(în jur de 150,000 euro) și aș vrea să știu care este soluția cea mai avantajoasă din punct de vedere al taxelor. Din ce am găsit pe internet, în Romania se percepe o taxă de 20% (10% impozit si 10% la sănătate), ceea ce mi se pare prohibitiv de mult.

M-am gândit la câteva alternative, însă nu știu statutul legal al acestora:

1. Să merg într-o țară unde criptomonedele sunt considerate monede sau nu sunt reglementate deloc, unde taxele sunt 0 sau mult mai mici decât aici, să fac schimbul și să depun suma într-un cont din țara respectivă, după care să fac transfer bancar în contul propriu din România. Care sunt condițiile necesare pentru a putea realiza acest lucru fără a întampina probleme cu fiscalitatea din România: e destul să stau acolo cateva zile până reușesc să schimb, sau o perioadă mai lungă de timp, sa zicem 6 luni? ar trebui să obțin reședință sau e suficient să fiu turist? Care țări ar fi cele mai potrivite și de ce? ( de exemplu Belize are din start un punct în plus pentru că a fost recomandată de Saul Goodman )

2. Să cumpăr bunuri tangibile sau intangibile din țară sau din străinătate direct cu bitcoin, de la proprietari care acceptă această metodă de plată. De exemplu să cumpăr un apartament, după care să-l vând și să transfer banii într-un cont din țară. Sau să cumpăr aur pe care pot să-l vând ulterior fără a pierde valoare.

 

Eu m-am gândit la variantele acestea, vă rog să-mi menționați care este mai bună sau să-mi propuneți o altă soluție, dacă există.

Poate sa imi recomande cineva un avocat care cunoaste legislatia romana privind bitcoin si restul monedelor crypto?

If I had 1 btc and 50 wallets, I had to select the first wallet and send, then the secont wallet and so on.
In the old version of blockchain I put at send 1 btc, and it automatically sent btc from all my wallets.

Cum pot sa trimit bitcoin prontr-o singura tranzactie in noua varianta de blockchain.info?
Adica daca am 1 btc pe cont in 50 de adrese, cum pot sa ii trimit pe toti o data ca in vechea varianta? In vechea varianta puneam la trimitere 1btc si se trimitea automat din toate adresele.
Acum la trimitere trebuie sa selectezi portofelul din care trimiti, si asta inseamna ca daca vreau sa ii trimit toti, va trebui sa trimit de 50 de ori.

Caut un avocat care are cunostinte despre bitcoin in Bucuresti.
M-ar interesa si un contabil care stie sa inregistreze platile cu bitcoin in contabilitate.

Stie cineva care sunt taxele care trebuie platite pentru a schimba bitcoin in valuta?
Prin ce metoda se pot schimba legal cu taxe minime?

Doresc sa vand 50 Btc in Timisoara cu plata in cash. Pretul se va negocia in functie de cantitatea cumparata.
Suma minima pe care o vand este 1 bitcoin.
Sunt dispus sa ma deplasez la Deva sau Oradea pentru cine vrea sa cumpere mai mult de 20.
