As vrea sa emit un posibil semnal de alarma pentru toti cei care tranzactioneaza BTC folosind ING Bank.
Eu am avut cont la ING de peste 3 ani. In tot acest timp am tranzactionat BTC atat prin LocalBTC cat si pe pietele internationale. Sumele tranzactionate nu depasesc totusi 10.000 EUR, decat poate per total, insa niciodata mai mult de 500-1000 EUR pe luna.

In urma cu timp am fost instiintat ca banca a sistat relatia contractuala si ca toate produsele pe care le detin (carduri,conturi) vor fi inchise. Totusi, mi s-a dat un termen de doua luni, termen in care am putut sa-mi rezolv eventualele datorii (solduri cu minus) sau sa imi mut banii in alta parte / sa ii retrag. Mentionez ca nu am detinut conturi de credit!

Nici pana azi nu cunosc motivul exact pentru care banca a decis "unilateral" sa rupa relatia cu mine. Din ce am inteles, deciziile de genul sunt luate la nivel 'inalt' si niciunul din operatori nu mi-a putut spune de ce s-a intamplat asta.

Eu banuiesc in proportie de 90% ca bitcoin este motivul inchiderii contului. Nu cred ca am incalcat nicio regula, mi-am folosit contul ca un 'om normal', am facut cumparaturi, transferuri si niciodata altceva.

In "Conditiile Generale de afaceri"(contractul semnat la deschiderea contului) nu spune nimic de criptomonede , bitcoin sau altele...

Imi pare rau ca am ramas fara cont, chiar i-am apreciat pe cei de la ING. Acum nu am ce sa fac, urmeaza sa ma mut la o alta banca.

Daca a mai patit cineva asta, va rog sa scrieti aici. Cat despre cei care tranzactioneaza BTC, aveti grija... Nu pot sa zic cu siguranta ca va va fi contul inchis, insa acest risc exista pentru majoritatea bancilor...

Parti esentiale si introducere:

Bit2Me este un serviciu de tip "exchange" intre BTC si fiat, disponibil (momentan) doar in Spania. Mai exact utilizatorul plateste cu BTC printr-o aplicatie mobila sau printr-o extensie chrome, primeste un cod prin SMS si cu acel cod poate retrage banii de la peste 10,000 de bancomate din toata tara.
Din articolul de mai sus reiese faptul ca cei de la Bit2Me au in plan extinderea acestui serviciu atat in Polonia cat si pe teritoriul tarii noastre (totul in mai putin de o luna, spun ei) .

Ce inseamna asta? Inseamna ca am putea schimba BTC in Lei (sau Euro?) la orice ora, fara a detine cont la vreo banca, fara sa avem nevoie de un card. Mai mult de atat, serviciul este momentan GRATUIT si va ramane asa un timp pana strang destui clienti, probabil.
