2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Bitinstant: Are they actually resolving the issues with missing deposits? on: April 09, 2013, 03:58:42 PM
Has anyone had their deposit refunded in the past week when using the bitinstant service? So far on the boards I have only seen people complaining about missing deposits and haven't seen a single one of them resolved.

Has anyone had any success with their service in the past week? Has anyone ran into an issue and had their problem resolved through their support lines?
3  Economy / Service Discussion / Hundreds of people have lost money using bitinstant on: April 09, 2013, 01:55:45 PM
This is just a heads up, avoid using bitinstant if you don't want to risk having your money lost in limbo. Either the company is purposely stealing everyone's funds, or they're simply too incompetent to run a business.

Take a look over at the newbie support thread to see everyone complaining about missing funds:

4  Other / Beginners & Help / Avoid using Bitinstant if you don't want to lose your money on: April 09, 2013, 01:48:12 PM
This is just a heads up to everyone who has used/is thinking about using bitinstant.

They are either stealing everyone's money or are too incompetent to run a money transfer service successfully. Either way, that means YOUR money is in jeopardy of being lost in limbo.

Just look at the thread of everyone complaining about never receiving their funds. I have yet to see anyone post saying their issue was resolved or they received their transfer successful after their problem was "escalated".
