I made a Bitinstant/Zipzap payment into my Block Chain Wallet and checked the address which was correct. The funds were then deposited into a different destination address. I contacted Bitinstant and they more or less told me tough luck.

What country are you located in?  Generally there are many ways to get your BTC back into your original currency.

Hi,
    I need help. I tried to use bitinstant today to send money to mtgox, but it's been 5 hours and I have had no email confirmations, nothing shows up in mtgox, and the order status on bitinstant isn't clear to me what happened. It says "Order Completed" at the top, but in the event log I see "MTGox Connection Error", and then   "Order executed - funds deposited at remote exchange".

Please help.

I received my transfer from BitInstant at 3:15 it is now 6:30 and I still have 0 confirmations on the transfer. Is there anything I can do to increase the speed at which my transfer will be confirmed? I was trying to move rather quickly on something. Other than this snag my experience with BitInstant has been quite pleasant.

Hi, earlier today I deposited cash at a money gram location, but when I got home I realized that I input the wrong email for my notification email on the bitinstant form. I have a copy of the payment slip, and I can provide any information I provided to prove that it was my transaction. What do I need to do?

RESOLVED: I initiated a cash deposit at a CVS pharmacy near me. Went there, they were helpful, told me how to use Moneygram phone. I paid cash at check out, cashier gave me receipt. Got back home and saw two emails, one from zipzap saying successful payment, the other from bitinstant saying
