Trading cryptocurrency is awesome stuff but very very scary. Believe me this thing can ruin you if you don't have a strong heart. Trading Altcoin is definitely not recommended for people with history of heart attack especially if you're day trading. I have two price notification apps, man those things nearly killed me. I ended up disabling notifications for all the coins am holding except Bitcoin
Ripple was my most challenging Trade & most rewarding. Ethereum was the easiest. My first Trade ever was April this year. I started with Ethereum at $45 sold at about $100 with just $25.
I already withdrew some Bitcoin from my poloniex account twice otherwise I would be worth $232 now. My aim now is to hit $500 before the end of this year, so help me God.
Hope this inspires you to start trading no matter how small

It makes me very uncomfortable seeing Articles on Bitcoin from the Mainstream media whether they're against or in it's favor. Their insecure sponsors have very unhealthy obsession for power and would most likely do anything possible to control the Blockchain. Let all Crypto fans be aware that Blockchain/CryptoCurrency was created because of these corrupt people. We all need to do everything possible to protect it from them or we'll be doomed again
I kind of feel they are trying to penetrate, control or destroyed the Blockchain with "if you can beat them you join them" tactics.

When exactly is the best time to buy Cryptocoins very cheap? Is it during their Crowdsale or immediately they launch on exchanges? I bought some Siacoin few days ago at 330 satoshi but heard some people say they bought it at 7satochi and am wondering where they bought it that cheap. Could it be during their Crowdsale? Is it possible to buy during crowdsale? if yes, how?

I use Blockchain.info as my wallet. I had several of my Bitcoin transactions pending for days(5days and counting), I tried using some services(both paid and free ones) to speed up the transactions without success. While going through this forum I came across a comment on how easy it is transferring through Poloniex. I tried transfering some of my trading money & behold it transfered very fast in less than 5minutes to be precised.
I have decided to use poloniex as both wallet and trading platform until the problem of pending transaction is solved. Meanwhile all my other transactions at Blockchain.info remain unconfirmed. I don't know if I can cancel them or reroute all the Bitcoin to my Poloniex address. I have replaced my former Wallet address with Poloniex Bitcoin Address in all Bitcoin services I use online.
You too can try this.

A newbie asked what the difference between Bitcoin and real money. I almost replied that it cannot be counterfeited but paused to think before giving that answer. I wondered that if people can counterfeit money why not Bitcoin. Virtually everything can be counterfeited thesdays. Can Bitcoin be counterfeited?

I consider my self a new cryptocurrency trader. I started last month actually (April 12th precisely). I started with $25, thank God for this forum advice my first Altcoin was Ethereum... it was $45 or so then. I did a further research on Ethereum and found out it's worth it. it's among the best Altcoin if not the best. The price went as high as 100$. So i finally sold @ $97. My investment double to $56 in less than a month. I owe some of my success at Ethereum to day trading... i did lots of switching back and forth between Ethereum & Bitcoin. Am now holding Ripple which was why I sold my Ethereum. My $25 initial investment is now worth $72 less than a month of trading Ethereum, Ripple & Bitcoin
So my advice: You can actually start small. You need lots of research before investing your hard earned money. Don't invest in Worthless coin. You can actually make money from them but only knowledgeable/experience traders make money from them. So stick to the good coin till you become experience enough to trade those coin.
Download Reddit app and join your favorite Altcoin groups. The reddit groups are full of great coin analysts who are knowledgeable in Altcoin trading. Bitcointalk is also very helpful.

Am considering starting an experimental Project called BitLand — it's simply a cyber Country of thousands to millions of Citizens.
Bitland will be a full fledged cryptocurrency based Country on the Internet with Virtual Government, Virtual Schools (online/real schools), Insurance, Factories, Business, Security Network, Intelligence unit, Tax system, Welfare scheme, emergency toll-free numbers, Health units, etc
Bitland will be ran on Blockchain to encourage Transparency. Imagine Citizens are able to view all incoming & outgoing taxes in the Country(Bitland), Participate in transparent elections,

It beats my imagination why most people regard pyramid scheme as Ponzi scheme. According to them Ponzi scheme takes from Peter to pay Paul, claiming it's unsustainable in the long run. Insecure global fascists don't like Ponzi scheme because it could make people less dependent of them & their controlled governments. Unfortunately everybody bought into their propaganda as true without reasoning it. Pyramid scheme is an excellent idea. It could help wipe out World poverty & create less dependent citizens if well regulated like banks and other businesses. Bad publicity and non regulations is what is killing good Pyramid scheme not non-sustainbity. Regulators could demand that whoever is participating must use the money for profitable business that can be verified by the pyramid companies or that participatants must guarantee to bring in more investors that is required. I repeat no such thing as Ponzi scheme(there is such thing as bad business) otherswise Stock trading, Bitcoin trading, Altcoin Trading etc should be regarded as pyramid scheme. Afterall they take money from investor A to pay investor/company B
