Official Block Explorer (http://blockexplorer.cryptobullion.io) is back up and running. It's a lot more responsive now.

Guys come on, seriously. No news/anything from Kimoto in over a year now, all projects were vaporware - he has moved on, Megacoin was a good project but face facts.

Game over Sad

84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptogenic Bullion (CGB) | "The Digital Precious Metal" on: January 17, 2015, 07:30:12 AM
CGB has held its USD value far better than most other Cryptos in the this latest BTC crash I'm very happy to say, there is a new wallet/nameing relaunch in the pipeline that should do CGB a pile of good in terms of advancing the platform, raising awareness and getting more people involved in storeing, staking and actually using the 'digital preshious metal' that is this excellent coin Smiley

Thanks for the updates. Glad to see Raizor keeping us informed and sharing some ideas for the future. The rebranding will be great, love CBX.

Go CGB!
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: loss on: December 04, 2014, 09:30:56 AM
it's fine, you will only make a 'loss' if you sell them for less then you purchased them for, hold them and never invest more than you can afford to loose Smiley

When BTC (eventually) goes up substantially LTC will follow - your only dilemma then is when (at what price) to sell them at Wink

No worries Smiley I was trying not to be negative, but you have accurately describe the boat that most of us are sitting in at the moment...

The truth is that no one knows, the lead (only) developer has been quite for a few months now and there are a number of projects that are year or more overdue. Apparently it's 'not the right time' to release these projects yet, what ever that means.  Roll Eyes

I am still holding my collection but I decided a while ago that I was finished with investing my hard-earned fiat in Megacoin until we get some concrete developments released. Megacoin might still come out with something ground breaking and shoot up to $10 a coin, but so far all it has done (since Nov 2013) is loose the 50M market cap (it once had) and slip into obscurity.

There are (I believe) a number of community projects being created in the background based on MEC, technically the network is running well, mining is commencing and exchanges are still dealing in MEC on a daily (all be it low volume) basis.

status update?

All quiet on the western front
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Altcoin to invest in for 2015 and WHY on: November 11, 2014, 09:19:47 AM
Neoscoin for sure

There developer syntaks is awesome, he build everything from scrap and its a anoncoin that can turn anon off.
Also big features comming really really soon , wont tell what but it will shock a lot people anyway Wink.

Also the amount of coins is decent about 21 million , and with now on 4k sat a bargain.

Just one minus there great developers who will keep working on it, just a awesome promotion team wont harm them.

But in the end quality will win and some will stand out and Neoscoin will be that for sure Cheesy.

I would have to second that, Syntaks is indeed a rock-star developer and Neos is extremely good / promising, it also has a slick php web based interface to the wallet Cool

Check it out:

95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ixcoin TODO on: October 24, 2014, 08:14:24 AM
In the end there will only be one crypto!

Nice war cry, but I personally don't think that's true - there will be a small collection of cryptos that end up being adopted in the wider world that fulfil a number of specific niches, IXC is doing well  Smiley (I hold a large quantity myself) but I don't think it will ever topple Bitcoin, to make that IXC's primary goal to paramount to planning to fail.

Don't get me wrong, IXC supporter here - we just need a bit of a reality check
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [UNO] Unobtanium Info & Discussion - Current wallet 0.9.5 on: October 23, 2014, 01:21:30 PM
My guess is that Unobtanium has a more mature audience than many coins

"MUCH RARITY!! SUCH WORTH!!!"

*sigh*

Thank god we are not like that  Roll Eyes

98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: That's what proper pump looks like on: October 21, 2014, 11:22:03 AM
It's not a pump. Its an error with the data CMC is being fed.

So you're saying I shouldn't have invested all my savings in ANC?  Smiley

Shows how 'valuable' market cap stats can be.

Heh - that's a bold move if you did! Market cap stats are indeed a powerful tool Smiley
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: That's what proper pump looks like on: October 21, 2014, 11:10:09 AM
Don't know what happen but this Anoncoin pump looks impressive. Don't think it will stay at 2nd for more than 1 hour.

It's not a pump. Its an error with the data CMC is being fed.

LOL this is how you publicly tarnish a mans intelligence, crush his dreams and shit all over his ego in only 4 seconds

bravo sir, bravo

aaaaand my work here is done  Wink
