81  Economy / Economics / Re: What's is daily budgets or expenses as a bitcoiner? on: March 27, 2023, 11:38:52 AM
I know everybody is not in a same class but still we all do budgeting, expenses and impulse. How much do spend a day? Do you think is possible to program your daily expenses?
What you say it is very important, whatever your salary or income, daily expenses are very important to calculate. In my country which incidentally is a developing country, $ 10 is enough to live alone but if you already have a wife or expenses for a family at home, $ 15 is enough. And it must be saved as much as possible there is still some left so it can be saving.
82  Economy / Economics / Re: Lending money or damaging family bond ? on: March 26, 2023, 12:01:07 PM
I have a suggestion for those of you who are often visited by your relatives or your best friends to borrow your money. If the first borrow they want to return, I think its okay. But if him don't return it and come a second time, just say "I'd rather give you money than lend you because i don't have much money". In this case for example he wants to borrow $ 100, then just give him $ 10 as a gift, so you and he are not burdened with debt problems.

Because after all, relatives or friends who want to borrow money from you must really need it. On the one hand you don't want to lose a lot of money because in the end he doesn't want to give it back, on the other hand there are people closest to you who must be helped. So just give him 10% of the total money he wants to borrow.
83  Economy / Economics / Re: Benefit from Higher Education? on: March 26, 2023, 11:53:46 AM
I wonder if higher education will help for entrepreneurship?
I am more interested in how much theory will help in this, because during a long study we do not get practice, this will be possible only when we start doing business, until that moment we will not be able to know how much it will help us.

This can help us if we need a license, but in some cases it can be obtained without a higher education.

Statistically, 95% of entrepreneurs have a bachelor's degree or higher and I wonder, for those of you who are involved in entrepreneurship, how useful was higher education for you?
Depending on what business will be developed because it determines how big the role of higher education is. And I think the main factor for successful entrepreneurs is the privilege they have, although not 90% true. Let's say the A and B are the same school at the college of economics. Person A has the privilege where his brother is a confidant in a large company while person B comes from an ordinary family. When both of them have graduated, person A has better career opportunities if he enters the company where his brother works and he also has the opportunity to get the highest position.

Privilage applies to all entrepreneurial sectors, whether it's small, medium or large businesses. Back again, that's not 90% true, because there are also entrepreneurs who really start from 0 without privileges, but at least have inherited property from their parents haha  Cheesy

Education is very important, but privilege is everything
84  Economy / Economics / Re: Its not human vs machine its human vs human on: March 26, 2023, 11:44:54 AM
The advent of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) has sparked a debate about the role of technology in the workplace. Some fear that robots and automation will replace human workers, while others argue that machines will enhance human capabilities and create new jobs.in the midst of this discussion, we often overlook an important factor: it's not human vs. machine, but rather human vs. human. AI and ML are tools that are designed and controlled by humans, and their impact in the workplace is determined by how humans choose to use them.

You have made an excellent point that the impact of AI and ML in the workplace is largely determined by how humans choose to use them. While some fear that machines will replace human workers, the reality is that these technologies can enhance human skills and create new job opportunities. However, it is important to be mindful of the biases and assumptions that can be reflected in the development and deployment of these technologies, and to work towards a future where humans and machines can work together in harmony.
In simple terms, AI working on orders or programs from humans. The meaning no matter how much or how skilled AI is, it still needs humans as their main control. Especially the daily or weekly routine maintenance part, because if an error occurs in that machine it will have very fatal consequences, especially if it is placed in the industry.
85  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you survived during covid19 ? on: March 26, 2023, 11:40:07 AM
During yesterday's covid or in the period from 2020 to 2022 yesterday, I was still able to survive by selling designs online and that really resulted in huge profits every month. So it's very suitable because you don't need high mobility to get out of the house. Only need a stable internet connection and work to make designs according to consumer demand. But the strange thing is that after the pandemic was declared it started to disappear, the marketplace site that I used to sell, now can't access anymore and right now I'm actually experiencing quite a hard time (probably the same as someone who was dismissed from the factory during Covid yesterday).
86  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of work and education on: March 26, 2023, 11:34:14 AM
The COVID 19 pandemic tripled the job search competition in the world. And to become the right candidate for any position, self education on relevant skills is important. The AI technology is taking over lots of opportunities from humans and soon many occupations won't need man power anymore, rendering lots of people jobless. Teachers could miss out if Robots begin teaching in schools. So, people are meant to get hold of digital skills and learn continuously to be the best. Skills like networking; Cisco is very relevant in the world of today. Recruiters now look at IT skills to differentiate between unique applicants and it's an advantage to know advanced programming and designing. It's a new era, limitation isn't accepted in the cooperate world of today, a little skill you own that a competitor doesn't possess can land you the job. Therefore, to stay relevant job seekers must spend their spare time acquiring soft and hard skills.
Maybe more precisely humans must continue to develop from now on because in the future if the industry is controlled by AI, it is humans who have control over AI. Because I think AI will not be able to stand alone. If that is the subject of the main discussion, then those who will reach that level are likely to be middle and upper class people or those in the economically capable category. Because all information technology education is a very expensive science.
87  Economy / Economics / Re: Replacement? on: March 25, 2023, 04:15:26 AM
I have been seeing the progress of cryptocurrency these past few years, and I've been thinking, will it definitely be a replacement for physical money and use crypto as a primary transactions in our everyday life?
Doesn't rule out the possibility but certainly not in the near future. the world's economic situation is unstable and in the post-pandemic recovery period, of course the government also doesn't want to take risks by providing crypto as a means of payment because crypto is also volatile and very risky to use for transactions at this time.
88  Economy / Economics / Re: War: who benefits and how! on: March 25, 2023, 04:10:21 AM
In the near future or in a period of war, no one gains. the victorious side got power, but many soldiers and people died. Many buildings, fields or farms were damaged. The economy must be build up again from 0. The losing side also suffers more losses because they have to be sovereign over the winning side. But in the future if the reorganization of the people's economy goes well, then the advantage will go to the side who won the war because their territory will expand and their economy will be very prosperous.
89  Economy / Economics / Re: Al Transforming Job Market on: March 25, 2023, 04:03:39 AM
I've heard about this AI 5 years ago, where an expert predicts that in the future robots will replace the role of humans in the industrial world. And from what the OP explained, we can conclude that the opportunity for robots to replace human labor in industry is very large and it is dangerous for humans because they can lose their jobs.

But those whose names are human-made have their drawbacks, those called robots are definitely prone to short circuits or errors and that must also be taken into consideration as to whether they will really enter the industrial world.
90  Economy / Economics / Re: Scarcity of money on: March 25, 2023, 03:58:36 AM
This is just a step and government policy to avoid inflation. The world is now in economic turmoil, especially for developing countries where the cost of imports, production, raw materials for industry, gas, are all going up. If the government prints a lot of money then gives it to its citizens, it will have a bad impact on the country's own economy so that its circulation is controlled.
91  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think Bitcoin can end poverty? In a nation today on: March 25, 2023, 03:52:17 AM
Not yet, because in what way can bitcoin end poverty? With the technology? It is only part of the progress of the times and doesn't have a big effect on poor countries. Unless bitcoin can create jobs that can be accessed by everyone in the world without exception, then bitcoin can really end poverty.
The question is, in what way can bitcoin provide a job or income to all people in the world?
In as much as Bitcoin has saved many lives from wallowing in poverty then we should take a smart look on what Bitcoin had done to many investors by improving there lifestyles and making them live in a fullfil abode. I think Bitcoin is going to do more with time if we give ourselves the opportunity to invest in Bitcoin no matter how turbulent the market want to be. The wise investors are the one cashing from the market while those that are always in a hurry to take there profits would only make little money from the market.
That's for crypto investors or traders who in this case must already have large capital, devices, a stable internet connection, and that can't be said to be poor. While the topic discussed was "ending poverty", meaning will all the poor people in the world be helped by bitcoin? If we are still discussing investing, trading, mining, in my opinion it will only make rich people more rich and have no effect on the poor.
92  Economy / Economics / Re: Try to save money while you still can, will you ? on: March 24, 2023, 02:30:48 AM

Well, the inflation in my country now is not extremely high but has already damaged the economy. The cost of living is increasing and does not seem to stop. Last week one of my friends lost his job after working in the same company for a decade. His life abruptly changed, putting him in a place where he could not support his family. If you were him, how would you survive this tough time ? As a friend, I am trying to help him as much as I can and meanwhile, I am planning to save more money to prepare for the unexpected challenges in my life. What about you ?
Yes, we should have discussed this topic like what you are talking about and we should done it 10 years ago. Why only now? it is clear because right now we are going through difficult economic times. Whatever the cause, the inflation experienced by the country, the high cost of living, difficult jobs, the employment system with short-term contract durations, it makes us depressed in a few seconds, especially for those who are married.

I also regret when 5 years ago I only spent money on secondary needs. But from now on I promised myself to start saving. Getting a job, income, business or whatever it is that can earn some money in the present, is a fortune.
93  Economy / Economics / Re: Money hardly come this days! Why? on: March 24, 2023, 02:23:39 AM
It is expected, we are going through uncertain economical periods these last three years and it obviously will strike harder against developing nations.
Are you from Nigeria OP? Do you have a job at all?
Because I have read some stuff going on in Nigeria and how make things more gloomy for those looking for ways to sustain their families...

By the way, this could be me but in the case the economical crisis continues on this way, I would not think on getting children any time soon, it would only make things more difficult to me and them, at the same time.
If referring to the scarcity of cash, it seems that it is from Nigeria. but if he refers to "no money" in the sense that he doesn't have money or savings, it means he certainly doesn't have a job at all. And this is a problem for developing countries in the last 3 years since the start of covid-19, everything has become bleaker.

I still do not get what exactly is going on in Nigeria with cash, by the way.
I would have guessed that since the Nigerian government is going for the implementation of their E-Naira, the use of that CBDC's should not be a problem for the most of the population, unless there is a lack of internet access in the rural areas.

Also, someone could have a job and still not having savings or spare money at all, those kind of tight budgets exist.
We certainly don't know the details, the Nigerian government knows better about the problems in their country. But from the news circulating, the government is depreciating the currency, on the other hand import costs are rising. It slowly made nigeria experience inflation. For reasons why the government depreciates the currency, it is also difficult for us to know this information, except for the government of the country itself.

95  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Cara Menyampaikan Pajak Penghasilan Atas Transaksi Perdagangan Bitcoin pada SPT on: March 24, 2023, 02:08:38 AM

98  Economy / Economics / Re: Always Have a financial record in whatever business you own on: March 23, 2023, 02:21:26 AM
For small entrepreneurs, they don't keep financial records because the turnover they get every day is small, or at least they can still calculate it manually. For example vegetable sellers, snacks, roadside barbers, they don't need to do that because they think the turnover they get is still easy to calculate. Regardless of expenses or costs that come out (not for their business purposes) which in the end they are sometimes "minus" because they are not thorough.

I agree if you want to educate them, but note that the average business actor is 25-30 years old, because if it's above that, they are usually comfortable with the business they are doing in their own way.
